Hi all,I’m trying to figure out some user auditing that I don’t think I can reach via the UI. There’s an Operation column in LoginTrace, and it would be useful to know what the different numbers there might translate as.  Does anyone have a key?(the particular numbers I just spotted are 2 & 4,1 (Login)& 16 (Screen accessed/modified)I think I understand, though obviously I could be wrong.

Adding the Terms defined on the customer to the customer Statement Report.  AR641500The Customer table is part of the standard report, but when I add any of the Terms_ID fields to the report I get an error saying it is invalid.  Any thoughts?I have tried all 3 of these with the same results.  This is under Customer in the tree shown in the image below. 

I am creating a GI that gives me service orders that were created on Saturday and Sunday or after 4pm on weekdays. What do I use for filters??? I tried @weekstart+5 and @ week start+6 to get Saturday and Sunday but it doesn’t pull anything.I don’t even know where to start for the after 4pm on weekdays.Help!?

Hoping someone else has a solution to an issue we’re having with customer tax exemption records and new locations We recently noticed that when a customer is setup with a Tax Exemption Number and Entity Usage Type those values are saved to their default customer location - However, when new customer locations are created, the values from the default location are not copied over to the new locationWe are using Avalara for a our tax provider and we have a BigCommerce store connected to both Avalara and Acuamtica - BigCommerce maintains a single Customer Tax Code (analogous to Entity Usage Type) at the customer record and all customer orders, regardless of address or location, are processed using this tax code and exemption. Acuamtica keeps this record at the location level and calculates only off the customer location values Because of the above, when a customer changes any of their shipping information online, the system creates a new location in Acumatica but the system then looses the

When I was Processing a requisition the following Error has occured Error: Inserting the 'Requisition' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.Error: 'Creator' cannot be empty. 

My business has some customers that come and pick up their orders.  Shipping would like to automatically notify them once the order is picked and packed. Currently, we select Customer Pickup as ShipVia, it allocates, picks, packs, then sits in Shipping status until someone notifies Customer Service it is ready for pickup, then they contact the customer.  Once the customer picks up the product it moves from Shipping to Completed - for inventory and order tracking purposes.  I thought I just needed to create a conditional Automation Schedule based on Status and ShipVia for a Business Event for an Email Notification - (new type).It will not let me tie the Automation to the Business Event.  I get this warning on the Automation Schedule, but as you can see my Business Event is set as active, and it is saved.  

Hi Everyone,I am working on a P&L monthly analysis report for projects. but I am having trouble on how to configure the totals’ column, i.e. when I run the report for example for March. it will show columns of Jan and Feb with zero since there are no figures in those periods as you can see the screenshot, but in the totals’ column it will show the totals from all the other previous periods not just the ones in the report which is ideally supposed to be zero. If there is anyone who knows to solve this, please help out.This is how it’s set it up in column sets. 

I did a customization to add a GI to mobile. It’s used in a dashboard, and adding the GI was necessary so the dashboard widget will redirect to entry screen in mobile when a record is opened. It worked great for months, but an issue came up recently after republishing customizations. The two tabs of the GI (All Records and This Month) appear under “Other” in mobile app. They were not there before. In my code I set visibility to false. Company really does not want All and This Month to be there. No idea why it suddenly became an issue. Other customizations were published recently but have nothing to do with this one. Below are screenshots of the GI tabs in web, mobile, and my code, respectively. Thanks in advance for help!

If I select the AccountCD field I want the Accoutn Name to auto fill. How can I do it and what are different ways to do.If I get a sample code for is much appreciated!!!

Hi All, I am trying to create a business event to schedule reports weekly. This will be order report that needs to be send on one vendor only  weekly. What will be the logic for that? Should i use Vendor and SO for dates and in GI? I am stuck in creating Gi only.These are the parameters of report Please help thanks

Is it just me or is Acuminator not showing Row events in the code map?I’m running version 3.1.3 on VS 2022.I’ve uninstalled it and re-installed.I was pretty sure that I’ve seen Row events listed in the map in the past but maybe something on my side has changed?

Hello all,I have created a selector Attribute id as below: I am trying to add this attribute id under Opportunity Class screen, but when trying to add it doesnt show up. Am I selecting an incorrect schema object?As this attribute ID would be used in Contact class, account class, customer class screen. And the data will be forwarded from opportunity to the above mentioned screens while we try to convert an opportunity to create contact etc.

I'm having an issue with my report because there's no Beginning Balance in the Account Details, yet the report is showing an amount. I'm trying to consolidate the two branch, but its showing an amount even though it has no balance. the others is correct  this must be 0   

Hi Community,I have created a tile to display a shared filter on a GI, but the results are not displaying properly. For Example, this Docusign shared filter has 4 records, but my tile shows only 1 record. I cannot seem to get the tile to display more than 1 record. Hi All,I’m trying to generate Demand PO’s linked to SO’s from the PO505000 screen but am finding it will only generate a PO for one line item at a time, rather than the multiple items available for Purchase from the one supplier or multiple suppliers.  I’ve created a Custom Endpoint via Web Services linked to the screen, added the ProcessAll button as an Action with OrderNbr and OrderType as parameters: I call via HTTP using Postman and the below Body:I get a 202 back saying its successful.What seems straight forward and works in the GUI with the above filter options, will only ever generate one PO for the first line, no matter how many lines there may be meeting the criteria.Not sure what I’m missing and this seems like a process many people would want to use via API?? Is there something required in the Entity that I am missing??Any help appreciated :-) 

A client wishes to display on a Google map the location of each open opportunity in Acumatica.  To be able to visually observe geographicclustering of opportunities.  Any recommendations on how to accomplish this?

Hi All,I am trying to get my generic inquiry to do two things that I am not understanding… Grouping the items from the bom into a grouping in some way so that it doesn't look like i need the same weldment 36 times Also, this is what it is generating when the BOM i am working with is  It seems to be changing the work center on the second operation and is doubling how many times it is showing it.  Any suggestions are helpful at this point or if more screenshots are needed please let me know!

Hello - we recently implemented the Ecommerce edition to our existing distribution edition  to connect with our Shopify store.  We do not have any 3rd party integrations for calculating tax in Acumatica as most of our business runs B2B, so we manually set up Tax ID’s and zones and apply them whenever necessary.One area that we do have to charge taxes in via web sales.  For most states, we are only dealing with a single flat rate per state.  However, there are a few states, like California, where you are charging State + County + Local in some cases.Shopify handles this as 3 distinct API calls, as opposed to a single calculation of tax and a pass to Acumatica.I’ve tried to do some mapping to change all the incoming tax rate names from Shopify to match up with my associated rates in Acumatica, but with this being 3 calls in the example above, it seems like Acumatica wants to add 3 rows with the same Tax ID name, which it obviously can’t do/will error.I know you can build out more robust

Our client would like to Create a Sales Order then Select a po to link to and have all items on the PO come back onto the Sales Order.   We understand how to do this line by line.   They may have 30 line items on the PO and dont want to have to enter 30 line items on the Sales order and then link each line by line.   Is there a way to do this? 

Good day,The user entered a CO with a quantity of 1 and an amt.  However, the Task associated with the non-stock item showed only the amount.  When we ran the Project Billing the invoice only showed the amount without a quantity so the invoice was incorrect by the amount. I can’t see why the issue that caused the issue.  the CO was correctly entered.  See the Revenue Tab below.  The item is non-stock.Is this a setting issue?  Preference.  Billing Method?  We need to revise the invoice.Thank you. 

Does anyone know what is the difference between the  PMTran.Date and PMTran.TranDate? The PMTran.TranDate is not visible to user out of the box and is defaulted to the BusinessDate. User can enter and edit PMTran.Date though. So, the question is what the purpose of PMTran.TranDate is when it is not available to user?
