My reason for asking is we have different size attributes depending on size run. For example SIZESSXL is for Small through X-Large, SIZESS2XL has Small through 2X-Large and so on. If I want to add 2X-Large to a shirt with SIZESSXL, we would change it to SIZESS2XL and create the extra matrix item. This leaves the existing items pointing to the previous size attribute which causes problems all over the place.
Is there is a way to point it to the new size attribute?
