Good day, I have been deactivate one of Company/Branch in our tenant.  (We don’t have any customizations.)  I know I have uncheck the Warehouse first and the deactivate the company (which is set up with no branches).  I am looking information on 1) how this will affect the Financial reports?  Open documents?  Open Payables? and AR Aging?, etc.  The main goal is to strict users from entering new orders and transactions.  I know management and financial reporting is my concern.  I assume  the consolidated reports will not work now for the old branch?  Correct?  How about Velixo?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have been facing issues where employee working time against project is not updating correctly under Cost Budget tab. Few checks done -GL Accural Account under Project and Expense Accural Account for Non Stock Item are same. It belongs to Labour Account groupUOM is displayed same for Project transactions and on Cost Budget line.When employee enters hours for project, Actual qty is not updated. It still displays 0Recalculate Project balances does not affect.  Please help.

I am creating an order and then, while in the sales order I go to the payments tab to add a payment.  Once I have created the payment,  entered a credit card and captured, I then want to print a copy of the payment using Print Payment option under the elipses on the page.   However I get a message saying “you have insuccient rights to access the object (EB620000).   Has anyone else had this same problem?

I have users with access to create new Stock items but I want to limit who can make the inventory item active post creation. I have looked at locking down via user roles, as well as using an approval map to try and make it an approval process which would also work, but it seems that is only for predefined entities. Is there another way to lock down Stock Item Status? 

Hello,  Our project IDs have - between numbers and I want to display them on a report designer report without the dashes.  Example, 25-36-010 would display as 2536010 in the report.  Is there a way to do this with a formula in a report?  The current formula is : ='REQUEST FOR INFORMATION # '+[RequestForInformation.ProjectId]+'-'+[RequestForInformation.RFIID_Attributes]   I need to keep the first and last expression, but make it so the Project ID only displays numbers and not dashes.  Thank you! 

Hi Everyone,MYOB customer updating from 23R1 to 24R1.Having an issue where the Payment endpoint in the API is returning an error that the cash account cannot be found. This error is also experienced in the UI and is due to the Branch that is defaulted from the customer record being a different branch than the cash account (fair enough). The request body has the correct value for the branch so that if all values of the API request were entered in the correct order, then the payment would be valid.Is there a way to control the sequence that values in API requests are entered so that defaulting happens in the correct order?

I’ve created business events that are “Triggered By Action”. There are 3 business events, and they MUST be done in sequential order, but they need to be seperate business events. I have named the three actions with the following format. 1 - XXXXX. 2 - XXXXX. and 3 - XXXXX. I would expect them to show up in this order. But they don’t. I have deleted and re-created the BE’s, thinking that maybe it mattered. It does not matter.I would expect them to appear….. 1 - 2 - 3 -

Created test account on EasyPost site with api keys.  Created new carrier for UPS service.When creating Ship Via with new carrier there are no Service Methods to pick ?created more than one Easy Post account and apisWhat am I missing ?   

A number of clients are creating GI’s.  We are concerned that they could accidently change existing GI’s that they had not created or even system GI’s. Is there a way from preventing this from happening ? Thanks James

I have a production order with multiple moves, on two of those operations I produced two more units than planned for.  EX.  operation one planned: 25,  made: 27.  operation two, planned 25, made 27.  operation 3  planned 25 made 25.  The production order completed at 25 and it got closed, the extra two units never made it through the final operation and are now sitting in the WIP account.  Is there a way to clean this up?  It is my first time using multilevel BOMs in a production order and this is the first big mistake that has come up.  Thanks!

Hi Community,I’m hearing things about dashboards working dynamically for the user who is logged in but I’m not finding much on this topic in the community. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible and point me in the right direction for this?Our case: We have over 10 salespersons and each have their own salesperson associate (support person). Up until now they’ve had one dashboard used in a “Create User Copy” mode but maintaining this is getting cumbersome. We want to take this to the next level - first thought was using parameters but that means the rep has to enter their ID every day, then someone mentioned dynamic logged in by user. We have our Salesperson to Employee to User linked using their one ID but does anyone have more information on how to create this?Thanks!

My ultimate goal is to have MRP tell me how much of an item I can manufacture based on the materials I have in stock.Example: We purchase potatoes in bulk (it has a stock item of Potato Variety - Bulk)We sell that potato in 3 different sizes via manufacturingPotato Variety - Size APotato Variety - Size BPotato Variety - Size CI want MRP to tell me how many of each size I can make not just based on SO but based on the supply of the bulk potato when the sales date of all of the above sizes (first come first served).I thought turning off MRP for the bulk items would help with this but it still seems to be only looking at total sales and not the supply to make the sizes.Thanks! 

When I do a BOM cost rollup, it is pulling the cost of the old revision and putting that cost into the pending cost instead of the latest revision.For example:One part may have 4 revisions based on changes we have made to a part (REV A was the original BOM and then we created REV 1, 2, 3, 4 based on the customers needs). Instead of pulling REV 4 which is the current rev, it is pulling REV A’s cost and putting that into the pending cost field instead of REV 4.

Hi lovely people,we use the Acumatica Device Hub to print shipping labels automatically from our ERP. Unfortunately I didn’t set it up myself, so I don’t know if some option is not set up correctly.
