How can I globally customize the Activities tab and the Activities pop-up window (accessed via the top-right icons in Acumatica) to add a custom button across all relevant screens?

I want to introduce a new button inside that Activities panel (next to the Add Task action), and I’d like to do this in a centralized or reusable way rather than customizing each screen individually. Is there a recommended approach for this?
