Hello Acumatica Community members,

Do you know if it is possible to see the time a transaction is posted without having to turn on audit activity? I’d like to see the time stamp on our generic inquiry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

On your G.I, do this:

  1. On your Data Field click the [Fields], then find the field name with [createdDateTime] for AP Invoice it’s [APInvoice.CreatedDateTime] this goes with other Data Classes.
