When, trying to do confirm shipment for Amazon SO order, we are getting and below error

Another process has updated the 'SOAddress' record. Your changes will be lost.

There is a knowledgebase document regarding these errors.

Also, check automation schedules and see if there is an active automation schedule for confirming shipments.

This was due to ISV package issue and got solved.
