Receive and Put Away error when not tracked stock item Released: One or more lines have unassigned Location and/or Lot/Serial Number

We do not track serial numbers.  I read that I have to enable Lot/Serial tracking to get Receive and Put Away to work.  I have enabled it.

Releasing Receipt Error:

Stock Item Screen, Lot/Serial is Not Tracked:

Lot/Serial Class:

 

Purchase Order Preference:

 

Item Class:

 

All warehouse locations are no validation.

What am I missing to configure this correctly?  Any advice would be appreciated.
