We’ve entered our count and are now reviewing it via the Physical Inventory Review and a GI from the same info. I’m curious as to why we’re not seeing any values in the “Estimated Ext. Variance Cost” field? I can imagine that the “Final” value will populate once it’s completed, but how we get that Estimated Variance in order to review before completing it?
Hi There, Is there a way to bulk update the external ID that connects Acumatica items and Shopify items? I see that there is an option to enter the external ID in the Sync History, but I cannot find this field at the product level.
We want to start using the Parent-Child Account feature in Acumatica. Can someone tell is if we use Acumatica Parent-Child accounts, will multiple Big Commerce accounts be created (we hope multiple Big Commerce accounts are created)?
I’m ultimately trying to add each of our 70,000 items to each of a couple hundred fictious locations for purposes of a semi annual full count of our retail store. I know that we can add items one by one (article), but of course that would take ages. So, I’m trying to create an import scenario to accomplish the same thing. Here’s what I have so far: When Importing the excel doc, I get an error that says “the scan action cannot be found”. Does anyone know what this means? Is it not going to let it be updated by import?
Good day,We would like to upgrade to Acumatica 2023 R2 but are being delayed waiting on True Commerce upgraded package.Has anyone else experienced the delay or maybe you have the package? It is interesting that the package is not available for 2023R2 since it has been released a few months ago.Thank you.
I’m trying to do a very simple Attribute Import. I created a Data Provider with an Excel doc that has 2 columns:Inventory ID INSZINPLNTINSZINPLNT is the Attribute ID. I am trying to test import just 1 Item (Inventory ID = FIHYW2). I want the Attribute Value to = ‘2’ 2 does exist as an Attribute Value and the Attribute has a Control Type = Combo. I confirmed that I added this attribute to the Item Class for this item. Below is what the Import Scenario looks like. I’ve read all the community articles and help articles on this topic and believe I set it up consistently. When I try to Import the Import Scenario, I get the following error: Field: Value, Value: 2, Error: The 406 class does not have the INSZINPLNT attribute. Make sure the attribute name is correct or consider adding the attribute to the class.I thought I accounted for the Item Class. Is it another class that I’m missing?
I'm trying to figure out the best way to sync third-party fulfillment products from a Shopify store into my Acumatica. My initial thought was to use a logic statement based on the Shopify line item vendor, and then push it into Acumatica as a generic non-stock item for that specific line on the Sales Order. However, I hit a snag because the ERP field for inventory ID isn't visible on the Entities for sales orders. I've attached a screenshot below for reference. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to make this work?
When I got into the template item for a product we sell and try to delete one of the matrix items that we no longer offer I am getting an error. “Referenced in multiple tables”. The trace points to a number of locations including old sales orders and GL accounts entries. Is there a way to keep the references in the tables but remove from the matrix? (we use matrix to push to a number of ecommerce solutions our current work around works with some and not all)
Looking for instructions on how to map the export from Acumatica to Shopify. I want to export the URL of the order in Acumatica to Shopify. This will help users quickly open the order in Acumatica. I can map the actual order number via the standard available fields. However, that’s a static field with out the URL. I’m looking for info on how to map the URL at the beginning.
Are there plans to sync the carrier over to Shopify when fulfillment occurs from a drop-ship PO?The situation we’re running into is when we sync the tracking number to Shopify, Shopify is choosing the carrier. I’m not 100% sure of their logic, but sometimes it chooses the incorrect carrier. When our customer looks up the tracking in Shopify (usually via the Shop Pay app), they are confused. Ideally, we’d be given the fields in Acumatica to sync the carrier, tracking number, and url (if necessary) so it doesn’t confuse our customers. Thanks in advance!
The encountered we encountered in the title is similar to this error. But, we are using ShipperHQ as Shipping app in our BigCommerce store. We also use the Advance feature of Delivery Date and Time, to display the delivery date and time in the checkout. In Acumatica syncing though, this resulted to a Shipping Method name with appended delivery dates Since the dates are dynamically created, we need to manually map each date for same method in the BigCommerce Store screen.Do we have a way where we can map one time the FedEx (Ground Delivers) Shipping method to any FedEx (Ground Delivers) + Date that BigCommerce/ShipperHQ provides?
Prior to Acumatica, we simply managed the “Continue selling when out of stock” designation in Shopify. Now, it seems Acumatica wants to impose it’s will at a global level across all products for this setting. For 99% of our products, we want to NOT sell when out of stock. But, there are a handful that we DO. So, for those we’d like the “Continue Selling” checkbox to remain checked at all times so that when it does go out of stock, the customer can still buy it. See below from the Shopify Mapping Reference. I believe the setting I want is “Do Nothing” because that’s what I want I want Acumatica to do… Nothing (just leave Shopify alone). But, on the right, it seems to say that if the product goes to 0, then the checkbox is selected. But, I don’t want that to happen for the rest of my store. I’d like the ability to select that on a product by product basis. It looks like the field lives at the Stock Item Level in the Ecommerce tab. However, it says “Store Default” and is not editable. Is
Big Commerce is not giving me a new, clean Big Commerce sandbox so I can connect it to the Accumatica 2023 R2 Sandbox and test them in preparation of going live with the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade. I was told as a Big Commerce enterprize customer I will only get one sandbox. I have a Big Commerce Sandbox from the last time we upgraded our Acumatica. Big Commerce is saying I do not get a new, clean Sandbox for testing. And Big Commerce will not “clean out” the existing Sandbox. I believe I should have a new, clean Big Commerce Sandbox to test the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade. What should I do?
Hi Team,Do we have any document related to BigCommerce Connector where the default mapping of the fields mentioned between Acumatica and BigCommerce across all the entities. If anyone has this detail can you please share it.For example: Stock Item entity by default:Acumatica Inventory ID field mapped with BigCommerce SKU field.Acumatica Description field mapped with BigCommerce Product Title field. Thank you in advance!
We do not currently have any Point of Sale system that we use with Acumatica. We do a very limited number of retail counter sales at our business, since most of our revenue is either install/service revenue driven through the service management module or wholesale sales orders. But, for those few counter sales, it’s become an issue for several reasons. We explored Acumatica’s POS (powered by Heuristyc) system, but the quote for the monthly subscription seemed very high for the limited amount we do. Is anyone using a different POS system with Acumatica? The only other one listed in Marketplace is 1Retail. Does anyone have any experience with them?
Hi Team,We have a requirement where we have to import BigCommerce orders with Invoice order template and have to Prepare & Release Invoice subsequently for this order. We are able to import orders with Invoice order template. Now, when we are trying to execute Prepare Invoice action using Base.prepareInvoice.Press(); we are getting errors like: The Prepare Invoice action is not available in the Sales Order: Order Type = IN; Order Nbr. = AR010201 document at the moment. The document is being used by another process. or simply Invoice. Please find below code piece for review that have tried:Approach 1: Results in error - The Prepare Invoice action is not available in the Sales Order: Order Type = IN; Order Nbr. = AR010201 document at the moment. The document is being used by another process.public delegate void PersistDelegate(); [PXOverride] public void Persist(PersistDelegate basemethod) { basemethod(); if (Base.Document.Current.xyz == "")

Hello,In Acumatica, I would like to update the Entities for Stock and Nonstock items. For Target Field = Weight, I would like to adjust the formula to look for a weight, and then default to a value of 1 if the weight is null. The goal is to make it so that we don't 1) have 0 weights in BC, and 2) Avoid having to manually enter weights into BC.We've received two tickets in the last 24 hours regarding unpurchasable giftboxes on our website. These all seem to be related to items with 0 weights. As sales continue to pick up, I anticipate this becoming more of an issue. I'm working internally to get accurate weights added to ACU, but would prefer a quick solution to prevent this issue in the short-term if possible. Is there a way to query items with no weights to remedy those?
When we create new products in Acumatica, we do not want them to show as Active in Shopify until we have a chance to update images, tags, etc. in Shopify. (We handle all of that in Shopify, not in Acumatica.)The connector automatically creates new products in Active status; is there a way to change this and set these products to Draft status when they are initially created? (Outside of creating a custom field or attribute and mapping to the Status field?)
Hello,I am Trying to find where/how to add a new “ERP Field / Value” to the BC202000 screen. We would like to be able to push an attribute with the “ERP Object => Template Items → Matrix” like we are able to with the “Template Items → attributes”.Or we would like to be able to push a custom field on a matrix item so we can push our UPCs to Shopify. How can I add custom fields to this dropdown?I’ve been looking through the PX.Commerce.Shopify source, but as far as I can find it pulls the values out of the ether. Thanks in advance!
Hi Teamwe have a customisation in place where we wanted to land all the categories to a specific category only so how we can override this redirection. Thank you in advance.Best regards,
We have tried integrating shopify to Acumatica before (importing stocks, customer, and sales order). However, we stopped for some issues encountered concerning the POS. Just recently, when we back to check it again, it prompted an error about the endpoint. We resolved it by creating another endpoint and another commerce store in Acumatica with the newly created endpoint. The setup from the first store we had was the same as the new one. However, when I tried to import a customer, there was an error that said: Sequence contains no matching element. Has anyone else experienced this?Trace Log:
We use Template Items in Acumatica with Matrix items by Condition (New, Used, Refurbished, etc.). We really only have one attribute but we are required to use two in Acumatica in order to generate the Matrix items: However, when the products sync to Shopify they sync both attributes as two different variant options: The 2nd variant option (in our case, “Condition Level”) is not necessary for us and shows up on the product page, which we do not want. Is there any way to unmap this specific variant option in the connector? Or another method to prevent this from syncing to Shopify?
We would like to be able to show a more formal description for each Matrix item on the BigCommerce site. Right now when you select a template on the BigCommerce site and then choose your variant options, the only fields that are displayed about the selected Matrix SKU are the image, the price and the SKU ID. The description for the item is simply a reiteration of the variant options selected on the checkout page, and nothing more. We would like to have the fill item’s description shown in Acumatica for that Matrix item displayed along with the SKU ID on the main page and the cart. When looking at the BigCommerce backend, we do not see a specific field for the description on the SKU columns. There are Bin Picking Number and UPC/ISBN as fields to be displayed, yet nothing in Acumatica found syncs to those fields.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to show a more detailed description of the SKU when the variant options are selected on the template? We are using Acumatica version 2023R1
We use Big Commerce as our website (and Acumatica 2022 R2). Is Google BigQuery part of or easily installed into Big Commerce?
