I can not change the default address on a customer record or vendor record. The override check box does not actually override the record when you try to print a copy of the invoice.  We have been creating new customer accounts and new vendor accounts when needing to update a new record.  Any suggestions on what we are not doing correctly? Thank you in advance for your help,Lisa Z.

Hello guys, I’m planning to migrate from GoDaddy hosting(domain,email,website) to Microsoft, Since most of the applications like outlook etc. that we use are provided by Microsoft.Is anyone here using Microsoft hosting services to kindly assist me on how to go along with the migration?Kindly assist here on how to go along with this, Hosting on GoDaddy expires in some few days and I need to migrate to Microsoft before then and not wait for next year. Any kind of response will be highly appreciated. Thank you all

I created a very simple parallel approval on projects based on branch.  There are two identical steps, the only difference being the employees who can approve the quotes.  After that are two steps relating to other branches.No approvals are being generated at all.  Am I missing something or is it a bug?   The second step for Suzanne is identical to the step for Danie except for her employee code.The same concept in PO’s is working.

I’m looking to see if the Bill To Address on a Sales Order can reflect the Address of a Contact or a Location without using code. Thoughts?

Hi,I do not do any transactions in acumatica but I am part of the support team (we just started using acumatica). I am wondering is there a documention per module I can read on so I would know the workflow (like, what goes first- SO, shipments, invoice), then what’s next. Or what Sales team are coordinating with Inventory staff and Accounting staff for. I know this is very generic, but I’d appreciate any idea that could help me have a little glimpse to how they work. Any documentation would be fine.Thanks!

Hi all, we have a Business Account attribute CSREP (combo dropdown for customer service representative). We have former employees assigned to hundreds of business accounts that would have to be changed by hand, manually. Is there an easy way to do a mass change of CSREP from say “John Doe” to “Susan Smith”? Thank you!

Hey Everyone, Recently we migrated to a different hosting server and some users started to experience issues with the Sidebar. It keeps spinning forever like in the image below. Some users are using Edge and others Chrome and it happens with both browsers, not necessarily at the same time and not everyone is having this issue. The only thing that helps fixing the issue is clearing the browser Cache, but days later it happens again.  Just wondering if anyone experienced this issue before? It may be something server side related...any insights are much appreciated!! We are in the 2022R1 versionThanks in advance!

Hello,We want to give some of our customers very restricted access to Acumatica.  Just a few screens, and we want them to only see their own customer ID’s records and reports.However, the way restriction groups seem to work this will take a lot of maintenance.I can create a group, assign the user, associate a customer ID, and they still have access to ALL customers unless all of the other customers belong to a different restriction group.Is this correct?I can’t just say “you can only see this customer ID and nothing else” without creating and maintaining other restriction groups?I feel like I am missing something basic here in my understanding.

When trying to setup an approval map, i noticed that under the customer entity it is missing a field that would be nice to have….”Price Class”. Does anyone know if it is possible to add this field to the list of values that appear here:​​​

Hi guys, when I tried to release some of our employees time cards, the system showed error as below. I changed his currency ID in the Employees page (EP203000) to be the same as the company’s base currency and checked again, it’s still like this. What else needs to be done? Thanks!

Good day,I asked my VAR to change the login pics to my company’s product picture to give my users a feeling of ownership to Acumatica.  It seems that this request shouldn’t cost a customer to have this changed.  We are on SAS version with no access to update these stock photos.  The quote was for $750.00; however it is more a principle to customer service not the amount.  The company has a significant investment in Acumatica.  Charging doesn’t seem to be in the spirit of Customer success and satisfaction stated by the Acumatica CEO on his KeynoteI am hoping that the fee could be waived in the spirit of Customer Service. Just looking if anyone else has had this experience.  Not hopefully.Thank you@Evan G

Hello,      My site has multiple tenants. I’ve designed a dashboard based on lots of inquiries. Now, I would like to “copy” this dashboard to another tenant.      The way I can think out of is firstly export all inquiries to xml, and import these xml to new tenant to generate related inquiries, and then redesign the dashboard on new tenant.     It is a way to do, but it takes lots of efforts.     Can anybody tell me is there a better way to do it?

Hello, I’m looking to automatically add an item to an order when a certain item is entered on a sales order.An example would be: User enters item ‘X’ on the sales order, and item ‘Y’ is automatically entered after it.This is useful for promotions or when we’re trying to sell certain products together. It’s easier for our sales team if there could be some automation, instead of manually entering these items each time. Thanks
