Is there a way in which one can add vidoes to the customer portal visible to all cusotmers?

I am not a developer but have worked with a few who have edited the customer portal and I know you would need to know how to update the HTML.

It might be possible to embed a video in a wiki document and use it as a screen on the customer portal.
