Hi All, 

Just a simple question: is it possible to record time cards for vendors (not employees)? For some reasons we couldn’t set the vendor as employee in Acumatica, but we still need to record the vendor’s time cards. Is there any way?

Hi @shuang57  This is out of box acumatica, May be you need to work for customization with developer or Acumatica var.

Hello,

Vendors may be set up as Employees for the purpose of entering time.  Consider using a different Employee Class and Departments to identify subcontract employees versus regular employees.

Hours entered on an AP Bill from a subcontract employee/vendor will also update Projects.
