Help. I need the following reports: Sales By Customer By Product & Sales By Customer By Revenue
We have a client who requires branch-specific UOM conversions. For example: In Branch A, Item 1 will have 1 bag = 100 kg In Branch B, Item 1 will have 1 bag = 75 kg Is there way we can restrict this or define branch specific UOM conversion.

Hi, A customer wants to receive in a RMA order the items using the location defined in the original invoice. Does it possible?a workaround I was considering is to use the location of the invoice that appears when user selects ADD IMVOICE in the RMA order, but I’m struggling with a way to send that information to the shipment, any ideas? thanks!
Hi Team,We need to suppress the following message displayed on the Stock Items screen when changing the Lot/Serial Class:"The lot/serial class of the ITEMLOT1 item cannot be changed because this item is allocated in the Shipment 006084 document."We attempted the following approaches to suppress this validation, but neither was successful:Extended the INItemPlan DAC and overrode the CreateEditPreventingReason method to return null. Used a CacheAttached event for the InventoryID field in the INItemPlan DAC to intercept or suppress the validation.Despite these efforts, the default validation and message continue to appear.Could you please assist with the correct approach to suppress or override this validation?
If we allow negative inventory, the system does not allow a hard link between the PO and the SO. We have to allow negative inventory in our business model. Have you ran into this problem, and how did you overcome it?
New Form/Grid program error sequence contains no matching element. In the customization project, I can see the field when I add data fields, but when I save I get the error. It happens if I add a data field to the form or to the grid.I have written similar programs to this that work. Cannot figure out what I have wrong on this one. I know the filter on SO works and the Order Types that start with T. I have tested that statement in SQL. Program:using System;using MCB_Custom.MspData.DAC;using PX.Data;using PX.Data.BQL;using PX.Data.BQL.Fluent;using PX.Objects.IN;using PX.SM;using PX.Objects.SO;namespace MCBCustom{ public class TagSchedule : PXGraph<TagSchedule> { public PXSave<TagScheduleFilter> Save; public PXCancel<TagScheduleFilter> Cancel; public PXFilter<TagScheduleFilter> Filter; public SelectFrom<SOOrder> .Where<SOOrder.status.IsEqual<SOOrderStatus.open> .And<SOOrder.orderType.
Hi everyone,I’m a Product Manager at Cavallo, where we’ve been serving product-led distribution businesses for over 20 years primarily in the Microsoft ERP ecosystem. As we look to expand our reach and better support Acumatica users, I’m connecting with distributors to better understand where current gaps still exist in your systems and processes—even with a modern ERP in place.Whether it’s quoting, order processing, fulfillment, pricing strategies, or customer service workflows, I’m interested in learning: What’s still being handled manually? Are there parts of your operation that feel disconnected or siloed? Do you rely heavily on spreadsheets or tribal knowledge to get through the day? Are you using workarounds or custom scripts to make things work? I’d love to hear directly from folks who are in the trenches every day—what’s slowing you down, where you feel friction, or what’s on your wishlist for process improvement. The goal isn’t to pitch anything, just to open up an honest
Anyone else have issues with autonumbering of duplicate lot/serial’s within the same class? It seems the system sometimes doesn’t verify that the lot/serial is already used. It’s infrequent but happens when we have production lines running at higher speeds, there for creating larger number of move transactions. It is apparent it’s not the intent of the system, but wondering if others are seeing the issue
Hi,I have created a two-step transfer for a single item with a quantity of 100 kg and subsequently generated a receipt to receive the items. However, in this scenario, the item absorbs moisture, resulting in a received quantity greater than 100 kg. When attempting to enter the actual received quantity, the system displays an error, since the entered quantity exceeds the in-transit quantity, and does not allow the transaction to be saved.Could you please advise if there is any method or configuration in Acumatica that would allow receiving more than the in-transit quantity under such circumstances? Thanks,Nadeeka
Can we create a pre-PO landed cost estimation process in Acumatica? Or is there something already available? We would need to be able to create a non-committal quotation or costing record not tied to a PO: Input supplier quotes (SKU-level or container-level). Add estimated freight, duty, and other costs. Calculate landed cost per item or shipment. Show final estimated unit cost before PO creation. Integrate with master stock list, vendors, currency and exchange rate. Convert to PO if approved.
When creating the kit assembly, the location assigned to the component lines is based on FIFO quantities. How come the lot number doesn’t auto-assign based on this same logic?
For the PO Error: The line cannot be deleted because one or multiple prepayment requests have been generated for this order. To proceed, delete prepayment requests first. I have tested out a few things of voiding the prepayment and removing the item on the prepayment, but is it possible to delete a PO Line with a Voided Prepayment attached? I cannot seem to have any luck. Thanks,RJ
Looking for documentation to set up kits with options. Can kits be nested together? We would like to be able to print quotes with the Kit number with the Options listed. Also has anyone been able to use the rules as well. Thanks,
When an account has a document discount and we add a nonstock processing fee line to the sales order, the document discount percent changes. It is taking what the document discount amount was prior to nonstock item being added and changing the document discount percentage. Is there a fix for this?
We were wondering if anyone has ever had any experience with automating sales order processing in some fashion. We have a certain order type - EQ - which is a Quote document - that our sales team sends in to the Acumatica system. Whenever this order type enters the system, we would Acumatica to automatically “REMOVE HOLD” and then subsequently “EMAIL QUOTE”. Any ideas?
Hi all, I just wonder if there is a way of reversing a pick confirmation without manually scan and transfer the lines individually. Someone made an error and accidentally confirmed the pick for a shipment that hasn’t been physically picked, and the whole stock on the order has been transferred to the van lane. We managed to rectify it with investigating where the stock was auto transferred from at the pick confirmation and we managed to manually transfer each lines back to their original locations, but it would be good to have a reverse option.
If i enter a Sales order for lets say QTY-10 of any item, mark it for PO, create a (non-dropship) purchase order, lower the QTY on the purchase order to 5. (lets say the vendor does not have the full amount)..i would think that i would see another line in the “Create Purchase Orders” screen for the remaining 5.. but nothing shows up… In order to make it show up i need to go back to the SO, Lower the QTY to 5, raise back to 10, and then i get the other 5 to show up in the CPO’s screen..Anyone know why this is? Seems like a bug.
Hi all,I have a client going live on Acumatica soon, and who wants to start using replenishment demand forecast models from day 1. Are there any information out there on importing sales history that will impact the replenishment calculations without impacting inventory o financials? Regards.
I am attempting to import locations into one of our warehouses. It is only allowing 10 characters for location ID but I was told 30 characters are available. Where do I go to increase characters to allow all 30?
Is there a way on acumatica settings except customization to auto pull the default shipping intructions atleast “Ship Via” and “Shipping Terms” fields? Already tried things on Customer class and have default on this.
Hi all,I was wondering if there is a way to get the system to calculate the unit price/cost by updating the ext price/costUpdating the Unit Price to $700 calculated the Ext. Price to $4,200However, updating the Ext. Price did not automatically update the Unit PriceIs it possible for this to happen? Thanks
We need to 0 the qty of an item that did not come in.When I create the receipt and change the Received Qty to 0, I get error: Quantity must be greater than 0.What is the right process to indicate a receipt is short?
Context: We are matching purchase orders to vendor bills based on the amount. Since we are not implementing the inventory, we are not using the purchase receipts. The items used are non-stock items.Scenario: In our purchase order, we have a single line item with a quantity of 1 and the full amount entered. Our goal is to perform partial billing. We attempted to create a bill against the purchase order and tried changing the unit cost, because the Amount field is not editable. After releasing the bill, the Purchase Order status changed to Closed (cannot do any AP bill) . When reviewing the PO transaction details, the Billed Amount is shown, but the Unbilled Amount is not. Question: Are there any steps we may have missed? Is there a known workaround for this scenario? Thank you in advance and appreciate your help.
Hello Acumatica:I’m writing to inquire and discuss what companies are doing to capture data which is required, and will be required in states where EPR, Extended Producer Responsibility is being discussed. Peerless-AV is beginning a study of what products we will need to report on all of our packaging, where it is being sold, and what our cost for compliance will be in each state. One question is, what is Acumatica researching as far as solutions for EPR. A second question is, how are companies handling this today? My understanding of the requirement is, the material that makes up our packaging will need to be broken down into the materials that fall under the requirement. Then, based on how much of these materials are used in packaging a particular item, we will need to extend that to a project cost we will have to pay the governing body based on how much we ship to any particular state. Here is a website that discusses the regulations: https://epr.sustainablepackaging.org/ Is an
