Has anyone ever come up with anything that "resembles" Fishbowl for inventory purposes?In regards to the color coding, red, yellow, green... ok to ship orders. I know you can do KPI's  but on an actual GI.

Hi all,We have a situation where so not want to discount based on customer specific pricing.We currently have a customer specific pricing based on Inventory as belowwhen we are raising sales order it is double dipping giving discounts on $49.72 which we don't want.If we remove the customer special pricing then then it picks $918 and gives 93.50 which is correct in other cases but just not when it comes to specific pricing for customer.Is there a way to avoid double dipping, not applying discounts when it is customer special pricing? 

In our system, we utilize sales price breaks (1, 10, 14, 28, 42), we are getting rid of an old price break (56). How can we get rid of that price break when updating pricing using the sales price worksheet or another method? Prefer not manually as we have 3,000 SKUs to update for pricing.Thank you.

We have some purchase receipts that have been entered and released incorrectly. I see that the best way to handle is a return, but by doing so, they sit Open unless we move forward and create a erroneous Bill and Debit adjustment. Is there a way to pair just the receipt and the return without effecting AP?  I also would like to suggest a way for an administrator to correct a receipt/bill - if it is in the same financial period and unpaid - even if that has to be administrator access. Being new to acumatica, it seems odd that some of these transactions cannot be edited easily.

Is there a way to correct a Purchase receipt when it has been released? What if there was a typo, how can we adjust the quantities received?

Is there an existing integration to AutoCrib and Acumatica? 

We have a GI-based Import Scenario to change the sales account on the sales order lines that says it’s completing, but is not actually making the change. I have tried changing different things (looking for line number rather than inventory id & vice versa, or selecting/deselecting commit on different fields), and cannot get the change to actually happen. What am I missing here?  

We recently did a major re-organization with our inventory in our warehouse.  We physically and electronically transferred thousands of parts to new bin locations.  We changed the default bin location along with processing 1-step transfers to the new bin location.  Everything is good here.What we’ve noticed though, is when we create Physical Counts on our inventory, the system pulls the “old” bin location into the count even though there isn’t a quantity in that bin location, nor is it set up as default location.  This causes a lot of extra data entry because users have to enter a count of zero in these bin locations.  Is there a way to eliminate these unnecessary bin locations from being listed on the count?  It’s seems like Acumatica is listing these old bin locations because there was a quantity stored there previously.  Thanks 

We have encountered an issue we can’t seem to find the root cause of. SO has a Prepayment on it. Invoice is generated from ScreenId=SO3010PL (we attached to SO items to it there). Shipment is Auto Generated (Since we started from Invoice screen). Go back to the SO - it is closed but the prepayment doesn’t apply to the invoice 

Setting up Process Orders screen with the goal of creating shipments 2 days prior to the request/ship date if the item is available. How do I set up the automation schedule for this scenario:Today is June 15th.SO00001 has a Request Date of June 17th.On June 15th, the shipment should get created automatically with a Shipment Date of June 17th. However, there are also scenarios where the item that is shipping is not available until the shipment date of June 17th. In these cases, the automation should run as soon as the item is available and should retain the shipment date/request date of June 17th. Current set up below: In this set up, it only works in the first example above. Has anyone had success using an Amazon ASN as a cross reference number on the Stock Item?

I want to be able to create a side Panel on the Vendor Form,  In the side panel i want to view the vendor Inventory.Display this as a side panel on the above. But when i go into the customization, and try to add the vendor Inventory in the destination this view is not available in the list.What do i need to do to have the Vendor Inventory as a Side Panel on the Vendor Form?    

Does anyone else run into the issue of not being able to use non-stock kits because any component that has user-enterable lots cannot be added to a Non-stock Kit specification?If so, what was your solution? This has been a huge pain point for us.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our Acumatica instance from 22.120.0019 to 23.109.0023.During the testing of our API integration, we have noticed that we are no longer able to push through a Sales Order that has a negative value in the Unit Price field, and we are presented with the following error: Incorrect value. Hello,On February 28th, we upgraded Acumatica to 2024 R2, and now the USPS Ground Advantage service method is missing from the service method list.I contacted EasyPost, and they said it appears to be an Acumatica issue. They advised us to reach out to Acumatica for support.Does anyone know how to add or retrieve this service method? I tested the connection and it is working.

I’m getting a “The given key was not present in the dictionary.” when trying pack one specific item. There is only one UOM on that item, so that’s not the issue. 

Hello,when i create a shipment, which is not assigned to a specific purchase order, i can upload my serial numbers with the help of the import option.This option is missing when i create the shipment in a purchase order. Is there a possibiliy to activate this option?If there is no option avaiable, what would be another easy alternative to import my serial numbers?Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know how to set up credit terms that have milestones but do not adhere to any timeline? For example, we are entering a new Sales Order with the following terms:25% Down Payment 50% Upon Preliminary Design Approval 25% Prior to ShippingI had tried setting up the terms with multiple installments but these milestones do not necessarily have a set timeframe between them. For instance, the time between the down payment upon receiving the customer purchase order and the preliminary design approval can range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on how complex the job is or what the customer is asking for. Same with the timeline between design approval and prior to shipping out the equipment. Wondering if anyone who works in a manufacturing business has experienced something similar and found a workaround for something like this or if there are any possible solutions. Greetings,I working on some customized notification templates for Invoices in SO.30.30.00. I have 98% of the template completed, however the need for the Invoice.Note element is missing from the AR Invoice/Memo list of data fields.Can someone suggest how to obtain the Invoice.Note for utilization in the custom Notification templates?The use case so far is for referencing original invoice notes on credit memos. The note functionality is a powerful feature in Acumatica and having it available can greatly increase information to the end usernotification recipient.Thanks.

We just started using Acumatica at the end of last year. We are running into a problem with allocating product. A couple different issues. We have been going back and forth on how to resolve it with no help. This is one example, I have 10 boxes of Product A. I then put 10 boxes of Product A in an order to be shipped next week. All good for now. However, if someone else puts an order for 10 boxes of Product A that ships out today the system will ship those boxes. The first order for next week did not allocate those boxes. This is constantly happening, and it is really frustrating our customers. I need the system to prevent this from happening for one reason. Let’s say I take a call for someone else’s customer. I will enter that into the system. The system should know if it needs to go to backorder. I can’t be putting it on a sticky note to hand to the sales rep. It needs to be entered into the system.Our previous system would lock those available boxes into an order and

How can I put a warehouse ID by default during the transfer? I setting the profile and I put the warehouse default and this appear when I scan but when I gonna do the transfer with the pc the space of warehouse ID appear empty. 

When I do a transfer with the scan in Acumatica Mobile the transfer appear in Balance, how I do for change that and the transfer appear in release when a finish the transfer with the scan? Regards 

Maybe I'm missing it, but would like the ability to have sales order invoices sales post to an acct and/or sub specified on the project.  In this situation, customer location may get serviced by different company locations (subaccounts) and would like the revenue to be credited to these locations/subaccounts.  I know in Posting Class Acumatica added options to pull acct/sub from Project but this is not available in Sales Order Types. Thoughts anyone?
