Our Distribution Center Operators keep reporting that certain Stock Items are being altered unexpectedly:
- The Default Issue From Location is being removed
- The Lot/Serial Class is being changed
- The UOM and Conversions are being modified
- etc.
When I check the Audit History, it always shows “last modified by admin,” but no one is acknowledging making any changes.
My questions:
- Is there a way to drill down deeper than “admin” in the audit history to see which user or process actually made the change?
- Could this be caused by an integration (SPS, import scenarios, etc.) or only by direct user edits?
- What tools, logs, or setting should I be looking at in Acumatica to track down the source of these modification?
