Hi All,On Inventory Transaction Summary IN406000, The column Warehouse has been definedFrom my understanding of the definition, Column Warehouse will be invisible if Warehouse Details are clear. However, on my system, this column is still displayed with or without a check box This issue (display Warehouse when Warehouse Details is clear) is so nfusing. The system will display the random WH, even though there is no qty in that WH.For example:Clear box Warehouse DetailsCheck box Warehouse Details

Has anyone encountered this issue before, that Acumatica shutdown then restart itself.At least once per day.  

Is anyone else experiencing this issue after upgrading to 22 R1? I’ve been able to replicate in 22.105.0031 and 22.107.0022 in Chrome and Firefox. Is this a bug?

Is there a way to archive the old data in acumatica system ?because we have data from 2011 and we need to delete them because the system is getting slower

Good day,I set up a new email as an incoming email to process AP documents. Test the connection was successful. I have sent a number of emails as a test but they are not being received in ACM.  I have other emails receiving incoming that are working. (Set-up by someone else)Any suggestions where i can review, look or something that needs to be done to get emails received.Thank you.Evan

Has anyone experienced slower system operation/transaction speed when dealing with a large data set of > 500,000 SKUs (i.e., is there inverse relationship between operational speed and SKU quantity in a system)?Thanks.

HiI wanted to create approval map to enable approval of the purchase orders. I’ve done the creation and leave the condition tab blank since when I select the entity type as Purchase order the status does not appear on the field name  but on the rule action tab have specified the following;- but it does not work, is there another way to do it?

I'm curious if there is a way to offer this via PowerShell or otherwise. Essentially, if we were to need to shut down the application for whatever reason (upgrades, updates, etc) can we avoid having to cancel and re-adjust the times of automations that were missed during that time? The goal is to have the system come back online less stressed by a list of long running processes starting back up all at once. 

Where do I put my Acumatica into Maintenance Mode so I can get a clean, no error snapshot?

For most of our companies, we normally setup a test tenant. I noticed today when logging into one that the test tenant was not available. I looked and they recently had an update applied. I then looked at another customer, who I haven’t accessed in a while, and they also didn’t have a test tenant. These are our only 2 clients who have their acumatica automatically updated. The test tenant is not available in the dropdown nor is it available in the tenants window. I then went and looked at Space Usage. It shows both the live/active tenant and the test tenant, but beside the live tenant it has a checkmark for Current. It does not have that for the test tenant. Has anyone else experienced this? 

Sometime Acumatica performance start slow in one  or two client Computer. I check those Computers everything went well except Acumatica.

I configured emails using azure Modern authentication. On email address I specified donoreply@xxx.com which I used to sign in to the azure application.On reply address I specified support@xxx.com, still an account in office 365. I tried to send email now using support@xxx.com but got the following error in Acumatica. It seems I cannot send emails through the created application using any user.Could I have left out any permissions, or what might be causing this?Kindly assist Urgent!

Hi @all,Have been trying to configure Automation Schedule to email statements. When I select Bi monthly which is the statement cycle ID set up for my customers no records come into view as shown;- What actually causes this? And again what if I continue configuring the automation schedule, will it be able to email the statements even if no customer records appears? 

Hi @all,I wanted to upgrade my instance from  Build version 21.113.0011 to the latest 2023 R1 version. Have already uploaded the SQL database back up format of the system to test the upgrade offline. Have also installed Acumatica configuration wizard of build version 21.113.0011 same as my live instance  and deploy an instance on it to help me test the upgrade offline.Which place actually should I perform the upgrade? is it on the configuration wizard or on the instance: -System > Management > Process > Apply Updates>Download Package>validate customization……..Which place exactly?

In 22R2 when trying to “Release” an AR Credit Memo generated from “Reversing” an Original AR Invoice an error message appears "Execute Timeout Error Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" error. I’ve seen this issue on forum for other situations in system and says resolved in previous versions prior to 22R2.

I have created a snapshot without attachments and wiki and exported it to XML from a production instance. When I attempt to restore the snapshot to a different (test) instance, I get an error: - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'Note_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Note'. When I do a search in the notes.xml file from the snapshot export, the id identified in the error message is <row NoteText="" GraphType="PX.SM.EmailSendReceiveMaint" EntityType="PX.SM.EMailAccount" NoteID="e6ed61c5-0122-ec11-9b48-00224843cfc4" /> The test instance to which I am restoring already has a older version of the same data. How should I resolve this?  

How can I can restrict and deny a user from creating a vendor? Which form or screen do  I use?

Hello,     Our company has run Acumatica for nearly 3 years. We installed Acumatica on our own server and database. As an IT stuff, I checked there are large amount of history records when opening screen SM205035.    These records are not quiet necessary, so I want to clean them.     However, if I click “Delete ALL” button, I would get request timeout. Maybe these records are too much(we set some scheduler run in minutes interval).       I can select 1 page and delete 1 page’s record at once by clicking “delete”. but that is so time consuming.      Is there a better way to clean them?      To delete them directly from DB is probably a way to go, but I am afraid to broke the table constraints and reference of each other.       Can anyone give me some directions.
