The problem began when we made a new website and connected it to existed database. it worked well for some hours

but after some time it slows down to the point that no one could work on it. so we restarted the database server and the iis then it worked.
but from this point, it works for maybe 4 hours or so, then it begins to slowdown again, and we have to restart the iis to let it work again
the memory is not full nor the utilization of any resource.

any insight on how to solve this problem?

Hi @mohammadessam53

What is the system queue monitor count on Push Notifications or Business event queue,

Do you see any errors in the system queue monitor,

Have you verified the process running before the system restarted?

The below screens are the first steps to identifying the system behaviour,

Are any Business eventshttps://help.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=1e173168-12d7-43cf-82e4-a140237a700c or Recent customization developed and Published or Automation schedulers setup?

thanks for the insights.
We deleted the application bool that we were using in this acumatica instance,
then we create a new instance with the same database and creating a new application bool for it and it worked fine.
