Hello Everyone,

I’m getting the following error while trying to login to acumatica mobile app.
What could be causing this, have researched about it but couldn’t get a solution.

 


Kindly assist.

could it be the server configuration?
The URL is correct.

Got the solution to this.
It was the setting in the IIS.
Previous setting on client certificates was Accept, I changed to Ignore and it worked.
