I’ve got a custom GI that pulls together a bunch of metrics on customers, and I’ve added a dashboard to visually display data related to the customer invoices to the side panel. Naturally, I’d like if selecting a different customer in the GI would update the dashboard to show data filtered for that customer, and I was able to do this successfully with linked GI/Dash parameters. My issue is that I also want to be able to adjust the date range for the dashboard data on the fly. For instance, let’s say I’m assessing a customers credit, and I have a graph of account balance by date in my side panel, and I want to deep dive on the last 3 month. I want to plug in a date range in my side panel dash and have all my graphs update to just the last 3 months invoice data. But no matter what I do, the parameters on the dashboard are read only. What’s more aggravating is that this all works fine when the dashboard is opened in its own page. There just seems to be something applying read only status t

The client needs to have a different order type for orders passed thru Shopify from TikTok.  An Order Data field, Source Name, is populated with ‘TikTok’. A different Acumatica Sales Order Type is required because TikTok takes care of the reporting of sales taxes so Tax Calculation needs to be disabled.  The normal Shopify Orders are only taxed in two states and the client has Avalara. The Expression Editor only can be used for the External fields.

We have expanded Field-level audit across five tenants for around 45 screens in each tenants(45 * 5 Screens). Before we promote this to Production we want to understand the cost and the correct way to operate it long term.

I dont believe this is possible but going to ask. Can you allocate an items quantity on a sales order to a location (like how the Shipment does it when it is created). I know you can allocate it to a warehouse. The Location field exists on the Line Details tab of the Sales Order but it is not editable.

Has anyone figured out a way to bring in Inventory Allocation Details to a Generic Inquiry? I would like to add InventoryAllocDetEnqResult.RefNbr The DAC Schema Browser shows “Nonexistent in DB”

I am in purchasing for our company and purchase products for all of our branches (warehouses). What I am looking for, because I don’t see this functionality in Prepare Replenishment, is way to see for a specific vendor what all the branches' needs are on one screen without changing warehouses.

Hi All,Is there an option for us to merge customer cards?Lets say we accidentally created aduplicate card for the same customer and there are  already SOs created for them, is it possible to combine it with an existing customer card?

Is anyone on 26R1, who uses the 24 hour clock vs the 12 hour clock, finding an issue with it not allowing a labor transaction to be under the 24 hour clock vs the 12. I have checked all the local system settings and profile, along with the AM101000 screen setting but its not working as it did in 24R2. My assumption is they are forcing this change or a bug.

Hi Everyone,Anyone with an idea on how to prevent creation of duplicate customer profiles, I tried configuring the validation settings of Account to Account as shown in screenshot below, but it still allows users to create duplicates on the customer profile.

Hi Everyone,I have noticed that users are able to start an appointment more than once even if the previous log is still In process, this is not ideal because the user might end up tapping on the start button more than once thinking his logs aren’t being captured yet there, which causes inaccurate reporting, I have attached a screenshot with an example, in this case the user ended up starting the same appointment twice on the same date without noticing that his log was captured as twice in process and when he completed the appointment the next day, they were both completed at the same time.I don’t know if it’s a bug or there’s a setting I am missing?

Normally, the projects are visible in version 24r2; however, after upgrading to version 26r1 and running some tests, we were surprised to find that the projects no longer appear (they do not show up in the filter). Could this be due to a specific configuration required to view them on the expense request screen?I also notice there was a change in the DAC; could that be related? I have attached the code.If you are aware of any relevant configuration settings, I would appreciate the information. version 24r2#region ContractID public abstract class contractID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<contractID> { }[PXDBInt][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Project/Contract")][PXDimensionSelector(ContractAttribute.DimensionName,                    typeof(Search2<Contract.contractID,                                   LeftJoin<EPEmployeeContract,                                            On<EPEmployeeContract.contractID, Equal<Contract.contractID>,

(Using 26R1) We cannot enter landed cost documents for vendors that have “Hold Payment” status. But we CAN enter AP bills. Which leads me to believe this is a bug on the landed cost documents side.Any insight into this?

I see some great related topics where people have discussed the overview of creating a GI, then an export to generate the layout etc… We have a positive pay solution that is working as long as the check is generated (check start date) and (Check end date) are the same day… The GI has parameters and I can change those as needed, and when we run the export it works.  However the user doesn’t have access to the GI to change the date.  Sometimes the user starts a batch, the payment approval may take a day or more, and then they finish the checks… so the dates are not the same day… The export doesn’t allow us to pass a parameter to the GI, so they’re stuck.  Is there another way to limit the checks to just the ones that need to be on the positive pay file?  Other than date, how else can the checks be identified?  Printed but not closed?  What if it’s ACH?  Automate with a business event once status changes to printed? How have you solved this?  Open to all creative and fun ideas!

Hey community, wondering if anyone can speak to issues with field team members having connectivity issues with Acumatica on a server hosted instance versus cloud based? We currently host on our server, but our team members occasionally have problems in the field when leaving a job and it not registering in Acumatica. Curious, for users who have tried both or just utilized the cloud-based system, do you encounter issues with team members trying to “complete” an appointment and connectivitiy issues prevent from doing so?

Hi,I want to increase the Segment length of the the Subaccount from the current Value, however I’m facing the BelowErrror: “Updating  'Segment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Segment '1' has values and cannot be updated”.I have deleted the existing Segment Values to be able to try this & re-import them. However the Default vlue get saved automaticaly. What’s the best approach to increase the Segment Length for the Subaccounts. Thanks!

Is there a way we can download all the attachments from the Acumatica. Also, It possible to delete all the attachments from one screen.

Hello!I have created a prepayment Invoice type bill mistakenly by adding manual accounts and descriptions. Now I am required to cancel/void this transaction. But when I try ‘Write-off Prepayment’ action, it tries to create a debit adjustment but errors the line level account, stating it cannot be emptied. I am not allowed to manually fill the account as I did on the prepayment invoice.  Can someone please help me with this.  Thank You

I have a Debit Adjustment stuck in a Reserved status.  I went into it to “remove hold”...I do not have that option.  How can I clear/open this document?TYIA

Looking to make a report that will print on a Zebra label. The only report parameter I need is Item # (InventoryItem.InventoryCD) and the the user should be able to select a single Item # for printing. This is the end goal - a 4”x6.75” label with the Item ID and Item Description.Need to be able to select and print a label for either Stock or Non-Stock Items. The report I’ve created gives me a look-up option for the item but when run the report, I get a label for every item in the system (and this is not my intent). I’m learning Report Designer through trial and error and this request seems so simple, yet I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

One of our technicians Uploaded 302 videos to the wrong place.  He was to attach the videos uniquely to the appointment detail line and instead attached them to the ‘asset’ screen which is a customization.  I have the links to the files from the UploadFileWithIDS DAC, but cannot figure out how to write an import scenario to add the link via file maintenance on the detail line.  Has anyone ever tried this?

Is there a setting that would allow the appointment confimed box to be checked automatically or a glitch in the calendar board?  Recently our schedulers have been complaining that after moving appointments around the calendar board on tomorrows date from one tech to another they appear as confirmed without their knowledge.  Is this possible?  Can it be fixed so it does not happen?

Hi Everyone,I’m having an issue while setting up a project budget in Acumatica and would appreciate any guidance.I tried to upload the Revenue Budget under the project, but the system did not upload all of the data from my file. In addition, one of the cost centers was uploaded incorrectly. Acumatica assigned a cost code/number that was not included in my upload file. The issue is that this cost code is not set up in the Cost Code list. I tried to select the correct cost code from the available list, but Acumatica does not accept the change and automatically repopulates the incorrect/non-existing cost code.I am now receiving the following error:Error: Unhandled exception has occurred, your changes have been rolled back: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Cost Code: Error: 'Cost Code' cannot be found in the system.I also cannot delete the affected budget line because of this error.Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Project Budget setup or budget uploads in A

Hi Community!I ran into this a few months back but was asked again. In the Classic UI I was able to go to “Screens” in a Customization package and drag the tab order around so the first tab would be the new default tab. In the modern UI I can use the Screen Configuration tool to move the tab order in a similar way but even if I move a tab to the 1st, when I open the page it defaults to the original tab that defaulted.Appreciate any feedback or guidance!~Chris

We have a customer that prefers us to master pack--packing several small boxes into a single larger box--so they don’t receive so many individual packages. Here’s our current process:In Acumatica, we pack everything into small boxes (for example, a box with carton ID C01) and enter the contents and weight for each small box. We can usually fit about six C01 boxes into one larger box, a C08. We then move to ShipRush (third-party shipping software), where we enter the dimensions for the large/master box (the C08), generate the FedEx shipping labels, and manually add the master box with the tracking numbers back into the shipment in Acumatica. In Acumatica, we use a dummy Ship Via (ShipRush FedEx), instead of FedEx Ground, so it doesn’t automatically populate tracking numbers. This method works, but it feels clunky. My question:Is there a way to master pack directly in Acumatica without relying on ShipRush? For example: could we create a special carton ID (like “CIP”-carton inner pack) and h

When my purchaser creates a purchase order from a production order it understandably creates a single line on the order for the total amount needed of that item for the production order. Currently our process involves lowering the quantity on that first line and breaking the total quantity out into several lines of that same item so that we can put in different promise dates for each line of the PO. When I or my purchaser go back to the production order details and click PO link, the new line appears but the checkbox to link it is inaccessible. Is there a way to make this accessible?
