Hello, I want to carry value of field from POLine >> POReceiptLine » APTaxTrans. Can someone help me please? Regards,May

Hi there, I have tried the steps shown here to enable the custom field in Purchase Receipt screen on the summary area. I have replicated all of the workflows and added the fields on the Released state as shown below but it am unable to get the desired result:

It would appear all the data is in Acumatica but has it been considered or done that there is a function that would show the distance in miles from a linked PO to SO? In this time with everyone wanting things instantly, no one remembers that it takes time to travel 1400 miles. And it would be very beneficial for our employees to visual see the distance and be able to contact the shippers to confirm the orders are shipping timely to make it to our customers. Is there away to do this? Or can it be added to an update?

Hi,I have customized the AR invoice report using acumetica report builder.I want to add bank details of the relevant invoice details in AR invoice report. In this case we customized existing standard AR Invoice report with adding cashaccount payment details table.I joined the cash account table and cashaccount payment method details table below like that. Before the joining report output is shown like that. But, After the cashacount table and cashaccount payment method detail table are joining .Report’s item details lines are duplicated. Can you help to remove above duplication.

Hi there - when I use the search field on any of the pages (community, knowledgebase, news, etc) I get the response “no results found”.  A co-worker follows the exact same steps and is easily able to see search results.  I’m having difficulty using the site without being able to search.  Any recommendations?  What am I missing?

Hi Guys, I am building a report that prompts for a vendor:When I run the report it shows the Vendor ID:I would like it to show the vendor name: Currently my schema on report designer looks like this:And no filters for that particular field:Here is the report:Does anyone know what I should do to display the Vendor name

I’m trying to add the Customer Details screen as a side panel to the Customer Profile screen and to the Sales Order transaction screen. I am having difficulty identifying the correct key to use for both, as well as how to set parameters in the customer details screen.   For the Customer Profile and Sales Orders screens,I want to be able to conditionally see Either the Customer Details for this customer’s bill-to parent Or the Customer Details for this customer if it doesn’t have a bill-to parent To have the Show All Documents, Include Child Accounts, and Include Unreleased Documents all checked by default when the screen loadsI don’t know which key to use for both customizations.  Here are the two customization screen details I have at present for each of the two side panels: Customer Profile Sales Orders  Any thoughts on the proper keys to use as well as how to set the defaults?  I must be missing something somewhere. Thanks in advance!

Hi,  We are in process of the customizing Additional Remittance Form. We need to add vendor ID as a parameter to this custom report version. Which data field do we need to use to accomplish this requirement? RegardsNethupul

Good day,I have imported Historical sales orders from 2021; I would like to create shipments and prepare invoices and then apply payment closing the invoice in one import scenario.  i have created all the sales orders in open status. Can anyone direct me or have something they used for this scenario.Thank youEvan

On the Lead profile screen (CR301000), I created a custom field to store a string values called UsrDepartment.  I also created the same field on the Contact profile screen (CR302000).  When the user chooses to “Create Contact” from the Lead profile, it correctly creates the contact.  However, the data in the custom field I created doesn’t automatically carry over.  How and where can I add logic to copy the value over from the lead to the contact?

When sales orders are pushed into Acumatica and are in a status of Open but the Sales Order has not been approved in Acumatica, the BigCommerce Connector pushes back a status update to the order in BigCommerce and changes the order status to “Manual Verification Required”.  Is there a way we can change that mapping and/or ignore that in the connector?

I am creating a business event using a GI that returns a count of records in the SOOrder.CustomerOrderNbr field.  We use the GI to search for duplicate values in that field and the GI has a ‘count’ field in the results. The business event needs to trigger when that count value is greater than or equal to 2.  I have not been successful with returning the correct values.  It sends each new record inserted instead of following all the conditions. My conditions (Operations) are where there is a Record Inserted and the Count of the customer order # field is >= 2.  It seems to be ignoring the count condition.  I am new to this so very well may be missing something.  Your insight and help is much appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi, I setup Non-Stock Items to G/L accounts that are defaulted to a specific G/L and Subaccount then linked to the project. However, when I code my A/P Invoices against the project the default expense account pulls through but not the subaccount. Do you know why this is happening? Here are some screenshots of project preferences and Non-Stock Setup. Note: We do not have the Inventory Module setup. Project Preferences: Non-Stock Items Part 1: Non-Stock Items Part 2:

Why would the = [Page Of] not calculate all the pages in report designer? Does the location matter?

We have a client migrating from Sage 100 to Acumatica.  Currently, the have their Sage Sales Order form customized to Page Break after the user enters an * in the Item field in the SO entry screen.  I see there is a page break option which can be done by groups but don’t see how to accomplish the client’s need of user defined page breaks.  Anybody have any ideas on this one?  Crystal Reports/Sage 100 seems to handle this quite nicely  but stumped on how to do it in Acumatica.

Does anyone know how to have the sales price from the “Sales Prices” show up as a column on the Inventory Items query?I have been able to do it, but it duplicates the inventory items many times. Here is how I built the relationships: What am I missing?

@Naveen, colleagues, what is the best way of setting up a Project with recurring billing to generate Invoices every second week/bi-weekly? We’ve added the Projects Module recently; before the addition, the bi-weekly billing was achieved by setting up a schedule for AR Invoices. We bill clients in accordance with contracts every second week. The amounts are fixed and change only once a year. From time to time, we also re-bill Customers for some supplies. Now we need to get it automated with the Projects Module.

Job is done after one billing (AR Reference Nbr. 000330) I released retainage on this invoice, creating a retainage AR Reference Nbr. 000331, and then released this Back in Construction tab I tried two different methods: First, I reduced the summary tab (and revenue tab) retainage down to 0% and then clicked Run Project Billingè.  This produced an AIA document that stated a Current Payment Due of $0.00   I deleted the above Pro Forma and brought the summary (and revenue) tab retainage back up to 5% and clicked Run Project Billing.  This, too, produced an AIA document that stated $0.00 as the Current Payment Due The total Current Payment Due SHOULD be $7,450, which is 5% of the total contract $149,000.

Does anyone know if it is possible to show the “Quantity on Hand” as a column in the Generic inquiry for Stock Items?
