Every invoice that I try to “Recognize” in the Incoming Documents screen generates the error “Discovery Endpoint Address not set”.  I am manually dragging and dropping the invoices onto the screen and they do display but that’s all other than the error.

Hi, is there a way to include unposted transaction in Customer Statement ? or creating a alternate customer statement which include unposted transaction?

I have a report that I need to run everyday at 7PM.   The report has a Date Range Parameter.  I need this parameter to be the Current Day   ie @TODAY.   I can not enter @TODAY in the parameter fields.  How can i schedule this report to run daily?  The community articles lead me to creating a business Event, but in order to setup a business event you need to have a ScreenID.  I dont have a screenID, or a trigger such as change record.   I just have a report that needs to run at 7pm.Report Parameters - Need to set Start and End Date to Current Date.Automation Schedule - This schedule works, but I dont know how to set the date parameters for Current Day.

Hello,I’m having an issue where AP did not link the PO to the bill when it was entered. It went through the whole process and was paid.I know it can be reversed if the status is open, but since it was paid and now closed is there any way I can link it to the PO?I don’t understand either.. if it can be reversed, how would you apply the payment again without it thinking it was paid twice? Reverse the bill and payment and then enter it all again? It’s causing a lot of extra work when I’m in the project close out report, the costs are allocated to the project but finding out what costs belong to what PO manually with a ton of bills and PO’s on a job…it’s very time consuming. Not sure if there is a way to do a project transaction like entry where it can hit the PO but not be posted to the GL? but..Any help would be appreciated.

I have customers who do a large volume of drop shipping items to customers. They want to be able to invoice directly from the PO to close the purchase order, or to be able to mass process purchase orders like you can with sales orders:Mass create purchase receipt (default to the PO line order qty) Mass release purchase receipt (this can already be done) The preferred solution would be a check box on the stock item to not require PO receipt for the item if it is on a drop ship order. The workflow would behave like a nonstock item with the Receipt Required box unchecked.

I have created a generic enquiry to show the latest invoice age per customer but the ARInoice.DocDate seems to have a problem because my date values are all negative. My formula is =DATEDIFF('d',TODAY(),[ARInvoice.DocDate]). Could this be also because I’m grouping my data  This also impact my options to filter because I would like to only get invoices older than 90 days

There are several Generic Inquiries provided out-of-the-box when a new tenant is set up.  If these Generic Inquiries get modified by a user, they can stop working correctly after an upgrade.Does anyone know if there is a way to determine which if any out-of-the-box Generic Inquiries have been modified without having direct SQL access?  Hoping to avoid having to build something like a customization or SQL View.

We have a use case in Acumatica WMS where we have shipments that require more than one package to ship the products. In our environment, most line items of an order require a separate shipping box. We have our stock items set to auto-package by a quantity of 1 into a specific size shipper.  For shipments, when we create our wave pick list it all works fine. We can use Pick, Pack, Ship and in @pick mode we can select the correct qty, totes, lot/serial#s and confirm the pick list correctly. However, when we get to @pack mode, each shipment throws an error if there is more than one package (anything with multiple lines or a qty greater than 1). The specific error is “The Pack mode is in use. The 000179 shipment cannot be processed in the Pack mode because the shipment has two or more packages assigned.” For example, we create a shipment for an order of 3 cases of water. We create the picking worksheet (pick list), select the shipment from the Pick, Pack, Ship screen, follow prompts and Co

Hello - In one of our tenants, we had an account incorrectly added with an Account Type of “Asset”, and it wasnt caught until transactions had already been processed. Now when attempting to change the account type to Expense, I get an error message stating that I cannot change the account type because transactions already exist. Is there any way around this so that we can change the account to Expense and it populates on the Trial Balance and reporting correctly? Thanks!

are there ‘versions’ of the Report Designer product?how can you see what version you are running ?

Hello, My Consolidated P&L report is eliminated but the consolidated net income under my balance sheet does not match with consolidated income statement. The net income figure that the balance sheet report pulls is a combination of parent and subsidiary without the elimination of interco transactions. It is drawn from the account class NETINCOME from respective entity.  I need help on how to make them tie under the report definition. Thank you in advance. Thank you. Regards,Cherlene

Hi Everyone,  For some reason I don't have the option to “download package” in the apply updates screen. How can I update this site to the 2023R1? Is there another method through the material wizard? Could i potentially just create a new site/instance?

Is there a way that we can make it to where our techs can’t see the default warehouse when they go to job cost parts from their trucks. We are running into the techs choosing the default warehouse instead of selecting there truck as the warehouse so our inventory is getting very messed up. We want them to still have access to the main warehouse we just don’t want them to see that as an option when they go to job cost.
