Client is using Project / Construction.  Orders material and sets type to Project drop ship.  Issues is the commitment shows the order with Taxes.  But when receive the material it only adds the Item costs to the project and then writes the Tax portion off to an expense account.  How do you get the tax to get added to the cost of the project during receipt or Bill processing?

For example, if Mark is supposed to work for 40 hours per week, how can we ensure that he does not work below or above 40 hours per week? How can we restrict an employee from taking more than 80 hours of leave per year? We want to ensure that the employee does not exceed this limit.

Is there a way to find out which account scanned which items using a mobile scanner, not an inventory tag? It would be really helpful for auditing if I could track exactly which account scanned what items and I figure it must be somewhere.

HiAs mentioned in https://help.acumatica.com/(W(5))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=c5e2f36a-0971-4b33-b127-3c3fe14106ffits possible to operate with odata uri conventions when querying entities (predefined or customized as well).however no odata metadata is available for all entities, which make it impossible to work with .Net OData clients packages, and require to build the HttpRequest parameters by myself.Am I correctly understand this, or there is a convenient way to do so ? Hi Everyone,I am wondering if anyone in the group have tried and succeed in having a conditions set between multiple attributes so only relevant data shows based on what was selected. I see some old article which is referring to product configurator and some rules, however in 2023R1, I don't see these type of rules available to link attributes.Example :Attribute 1 (Brand) = TOYOTA , HONDAAttribute 2 (Model) = Camry, Highlander, GR86, CR-V, Accord, PilotWhen Attribute 1 is chosen by the user as Toyota for the Attribute 2 user should only see relevant model of Toyota and not Honda models. Thanks,Hari

Hi There, Is there a way to bulk update the external ID that connects Acumatica items and Shopify items? I see that there is an option to enter the external ID in the Sync History, but I cannot find this field at the product level.

Is this enough to keep updated with Acumatica ? or is there any other source of information I am missing to keep myself updated with Acumatica ?

Is there a purpose for the selected checkbox on the Cost Roll Process screen? I thought this would be what to check or uncheck for the parts that I want to update the pending cost on, but this does not work that way. All stock items listed get the pending cost imported when I select the “Update Pending” whether or not the check box next to the item is marked.

Hello Acumatica users,Happy New Year! As it relates to AP data entry (and using the new features of Acumatica to read and prefill invoices), can Acumatica automatically grab documents from a dedicated email inbox for invoices?  And, if so, can it decipher a branch based on the inbox?  ie we have a dedicated email per branch.  ABCIncapbills@Stockmeister.com and DEFIncapbills@Stockmeister.com.  Can Acumatica Put ABCInc’s PDF’s in the ABC branch and DEFInc’s PDF’s int the DEF branch?
