Could someone please explain the relevance/importance of GL #24900 Suspense Clearing Account. I see it when I run my reports and I would like to know how it is calculated and its importance.

To help figure out what Suspense Clearing account 24900 is being used for, use Finance → Inquires → Account Details to study what type of documents and transactions are posting to account 24900. Can you identify the source module and screen for the transactions that were posted to 24900? What kind of documents are posting to 24900?
