Hi, I’m setting up a automation schedule for recalculate customer balances. I have about 1000 customers, but the schedule only run for two customers all the time. I have tried the same schedule setup in a local environment which runs for all customers without any issues. Below is the schedule I have added. Trying to figure out why it is limited to two customers all the time. No conditions are available and here are the other settings. Thank you,Dulanjana

Instead of going to each cash purchase and releasing one by one , is it possible to release several cash purchases at once ?

I had tried not activating the EI taxes on the Employee Payroll Settings but get an error when calculating the paycheck.  How do I set up this employee so EI insurable earnings & premiums are not calculated for this employee and that their T4 will show that they are EI exempt?

I’ve setup up purchase order appovals with email notifications, but I’m only able to send the notification to the purchase order owner using ((Document.OwnerID.EMail));. I’m trying to use ((Approval.ApprovedByID.EMail)); to send the notification to the approver, but the ((Approval.ApprovedByID.EMail)) value is returning an empty string. What is the correct value to use to send the notification to the assigned approver for the purchase order. I’m not using approval workgroups, just a single defined approver. This is on version 2024 R2.

Hello, our business has a requirement to upload the Scanned printed copies of Sales Order to Acumatica that is completed and highlighted with picking & packing information by warehouse employees. Currently, we bulk upload the copies in OneDrive, but we want a solution where the scanned copies lies next to the respective Sales Order in the Acumatica screen. The scanned copies can have a different tab or can be uploaded in the activities tab. This definetly requires customisation, our acumatica team is novice and has very little experience with this software. Has anyone in the community established this type of system, if so, then please do share the feedback and the steps of implementation.Thank you

Many of our customers have the Amount field on their AP Bill entry screen, like this: On my instance this field is not showing up.  I’m trying to debug why things aren’t matching up and need to get this to display on my test server.  Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.I’ve looked in Enable/Disable Features, and didn’t see anything.I have generally only worked with the API directly, and am not very familiar with the UI customization.

Using the ARM report for the Balance Sheet - I am having trouble with the turnover formula. I have a consolidated column and a Prior Year column but my turnover Consolidated- Prior Year is not calculating correctly. Any insight would be appreciated.

When trying to create return labels via “use customer account”, I receive error: “UPS: 121526 The payment method specified for Transportation charges is invalid for return service.” Any solution on how to solve this?

I see that a couple of years ago there was discussion about per unit discount.  We are building our Acumatica instance and stuck because we need a way to discount per gallon.  Fuel customers focus on the list price and offering a .20 discount is needed.  Sale price worksheets do not work for what we need.  Has there been any further development on this concept?  Any other ideas besides custom developing a solution?

I have production orders that span multiple months, but the Qty to Produce is just 1 unit (e.g., large machinery or equipment). Since Acumatica only posts overhead at the time of the final move, all overhead gets booked in a single month — even though the production activity and costs are spread across multiple months. This creates challenges in monthly financial reporting, as it overstates costs in one month and understates them in the others.

Is it possible to change the Transaction Description (ARTran.TranDesc) for the invoices created when using Credit Terms with the Multiple Installment Type?Currently it generates the invoices with “Multiple Installment Split” as the description. Ideally, we’d like it to either copy the transaction description from the original invoice or not automatically post the invoice so that we have the opportunity to manually adjust the description (i.e. maybe we’d write 1st Installment/2nd Installment/etc., or Installment for Dec-2025/Installment for Jan-2026/etc.).I reviewed the discussion on an earlier thread, but as that was a previous version I was asked to start a new thread. Change the transaction description of Invoices created with multiple installment credit terms | Community

Using an ARM report, is it possible to create a Cash Flow Statement with a column for the period and a column for YTD?

We have a home brewed web app that handles some of our system's more unique and customized functions, and it needs to make various API calls, especially to the SalesOrder endpoint. We have a push notification setup to send a notice whenever a line changes on SOLine and that sends to the web app, which then makes an API call to grab order information to update the order in its system. For each call it logs in, does its thing, and logs out. We started getting the error "Sign-in limit exceeded LoginLimit:50", and at first couldn't figure out what was going on - we thought potentially we were getting so many calls that it was logging in 10 times in a row and hitting the user limit before the previous run had finished and queuing in more than 10 logins at once. Here is the flow:     Web app gets an 'OrderChanges' Push Notification from Acumatica (We have set this up so we can track various changes and then update the shipping message in our eCommerce platform). Because we need the full ord

With the new Lot Serial Attributes feature in 25R1, what is the best way to retrieve the value of the attribute for the lot serial number? My expectation was to be able to pass the lot serial number and attribute ID (with “Attribute” prepended) to GetValueExt, but I’m not consistently getting the return data that I’m expecting.I’m specifically looking at numeric attributes, so I’m looking for the ValueNumeric column from INItemLotSerialAttributesHeaderKvExt where the RecordID matches the NoteID of the INItemLotSerialAttributesHeader of the record passed to GetValueExt along with matching the AttributeID value. Thanks in advance.

I created a new screen that has workflow code on it. i followed the T270 series to make it. I am having issues with disabling an action conditionally. I want the “Remove Hold” button to be disabled whenever a line item is added that has a “Stock Replenishment Type” of “Manufacture” and the Bar ID is null. In the below picture, the removed hold button should be disabled because line 1 and 3 are empty in the bar id. i have the field conditionally required, but it will still put it on hold even though an error will pop up saying that the field has to be filled out. i tried adding it in a row selected event. i also tried to do it in the workflow. but it doesnt ever get disabled. can someone tell me what i am doing wrong?protected void _(Events.RowSelected<ProtoCutLine> e, PXCache cache){    ProtoCutLine row = e.Row;    ProtoCut lineitems = SelectFrom<ProtoCut>.Where<ProtoCut.orderID.IsEqual<ProtoCutLine.orderID.FromCurrent>>.View.Select(this);    if (lineitems.Statu

Hi Team, how I can display Project Id, if the payemnt is created without “PayByLine” in Check and Payments screen. I know if the payments are created using “PayByLine” it will display the Project details. I could see the ProjectID field in Payments screen is linked backed APTran table which is the source for Bills.Kindly help me on this.  Regards,Ramya Krishna

When the Vendor has Allow AP Bill Before Receipt checked why is the same flag on the Purchase Order not enabled?  It was not checked and now the only way to enter AP Bills for the vendor is to change the vendor on the PO, set the flag on the Vendor, change the PO back to the original vendor in order to enter the AP Bill for the PO.  When you receive a vendor invoice and you have not received the goods, the best practice would seem to enter the bill and leave it on Hold until the goods are received vs. keeping it on your desk or in a file,

Is there a reason why ‘Credit Adj.’ and ‘Debit Adj.’ end with a dot (.)  But Bill and Prepayment does not have a dot at the end.

In Acumatica version 24R2, I deployed the customer portal. I want an email notification to be sent to my team whenever a ticket is created on the portal. I haven’t found a simple solution. So I created a generic inquiry on all tickets, then a business event based on this inquiry that triggers for any inserted record with status “New” and the screen ID of the portal. I linked an email notification to the event. The event triggers perfectly well. But when a ticket is created on the portal, the event does trigger, yet it doesn’t send an email (the email isn’t even created in the “All Emails” view). However, the event history doesn’t show any failure and indicates that the action was executed. Finally, when I create a ticket directly in the ERP, it works fine and I do receive the email.Does anyone have an idea?

I am reaching out regarding the API request for Bills in Acumatica. The current URL being used is:{{baseURL}}/AcumaticaERP/entity/DefaultAP/29.200.001/Bill?$count=true&$top=1&$skip=0&$filter=Type eq 'Credit Adj.'&$expand=DetailsWe noticed that the total count of records is not being returned in the response, even though $count=true has been added.

Is there a way to run a report for this on all service orders. Would like to be able to get a full list instead of having to narrow down to individuals.

I have a requirement where I want to highlight the Sales Order Generic Enquiry data when the Sales Order is created by a certain user and the Sales Order Pick List has been printed. How do I extract the status of the print, and other information like date of print, printed by whom etc.

I created a UDF and added it to the approval map, but it is still not working as expected. Could someone please assist?

Hi Team,We have encountered an issue with the Browse button in the custom screens. The button is not functioning in the Modern UI. In the Modern UI, it should allow us to upload the file in the same way as it works in the Classic UI.Please refer to the attached screenshots and files.Screenshot 1: Customer screens Classic UIScreenshot 2: Customer screen Modern UI: We are using the following HTML, TypeScript, and Views files in the Modern UI:KNMC5023.html<template>    <!-- Upload Dialog -->    <qp-upload-dialog        id="UploadPackageDlg"        key="UploadPackagePanel"        session-key="KNMC5023_UploadPackage"        caption="Select File"        allowed-types=".xlsx">    </qp-upload-dialog>    <!-- Filter Section -->    <qp-fieldset id="Filter_form00"                 wg-container="Filter_form"                 view.bind="Filter"                 class="label-size-sm">        <!-- Filter by Dates -->        <field name="FilterByDates" caption
