When trying to create return labels via “use customer account”, I receive error: “UPS: 121526 The payment method specified for Transportation charges is invalid for return service.” Any solution on how to solve this?

Hello!
When using “Use Customer Account", it uses the “Carrier Billing Account” for the set customer.

The error seems like the “Carrier Billing Account” used does not support payment for return services.
Do you get the same error with every Shipment using “Use Customer Account” or only on certain customers?
You may also want to check with UPS if they can clarify why this error would be returned for a Shipment with this Billing Account.
If the issue affects ALL “Use Customer Account” Shipments in your tenant, I suggest creating a case with support to investigate the issue further!
