Hello,
It is possible to release groups of batches at once from Release AP Documents, when the Cash Purchases have Status = Balanced.
Batch status will default to Balanced when: 1) AP Preferences has Hold Documents on Entry cleared/NOT checked, or 2) Hold is removed from a document, and 3) the Cash Purchase does not require Approval.

In your Cash purchase - GI enable mass actions on records and save it
Then under mass actions select - release as below
Then go back to the GI and select the records you need to release and click release
