Hi, i have some problem but i dont know how to implement that in acumatica. i have some custom field in screen Bill and Adjustments like this picture with highlight. this is some custom field in screen Shipment with highlight.my problem is how to get custom field value from screen Shipment to Screen Bill and Adjustments if i copy “CA Shipment Num” in screen shipment to “NO.SJ” in screen bill adjustments and in the system can auto filled value in custom field with highlight in bill and adjustments screen. Hi,I have read up on a few “cast” issues but can not resolve.  there are no customisations for this customer.  From the “Stock Items” screen, I click on an inventory id to view and receive the following error:-Error: An error occurred during processing of the field MRP Item: Specified cast is not valid..I have tried revisiting all configuration but no luck.Any assistance appreciated as to things to check.  I have looked in the Trace but not understanding it.Laura

I’m trying to add a customer selector to the Projects screen (PM301000).I added custom field called UsrLocationCustomerId that is of type int.  On the Add Data Fields tab of the Screen Editor it says that the Control is Selector but on the screen it shows as a Number Edit.  I’m not sure what I did wrong or how to change it.  I’m on 2021 R1.  Attached is the customization project.

I incorrectly input the amount of a credit memo and hit release. Is there a way to correct or delete? It has not been applied to an invoice and in open status.  Thanks.

I am trying to perform validation on the project for screen EP307000. Under Project Preferences we have defined the non project code as ‘X’.What I want to achieve is to prevent users from saving their time entry when they have not selected their project, and it defaults on ‘X’.I would appreciate any help.

Hello,We are new install and working through our implementation.  Have come across an issue that I’m hoping folks on this forum may be able to help with.As soon as we setup Segmented Key for our Project ID, and had 3 of the 4 segments turned on for validation (ie…  only certain values can be used in that segment); now our ‘Non-Project’ code we setup in preferences no longer works?Is this a product defect/bug?As soon as I turn the validation off in the segmented keys, the non-project functionality works again.  I realize that I can make a ‘dummy’ project that follows the segmented values setup, but that kind of defeats the purpose of this functionality to begin with.Anyone else run into this issue?  Perhaps there is a hot fix to address this?   Thanks, Lars

To start, I am very new to the Acumatica environment.. We have a customer that has a hosted Acumatica setup and needs a custom table (and its data) imported into the system.. So the scenario is that we need a customization project that will Create the table (if doesn’t already exist in database) Create the screen with all of the data fields form the table Have simple CRUD functionalityI am able to use the database script component of the customization project to create the table but I am having a tough time linking the new screen to the table/correct data fields. Then I am having a tough time with the simple CRUD functions in the graph. I am mostly looking for some examples or more thorough documentation on topics like this so I can dive in and learn how to do this the correct way. Thanks in advance for any help

If the qty reaches a certain amount, I shall do something.(business subscriber).       I choose the INItemsaleshis_FinYTDQTYSales to monitor, because it is a aggregation sum value.      However,  I add 2 “or” trigger conditions on business events. And both of them did not work.          What is the right way to happen the trigger work?       Or can I have another methods to monitor the sales qty increasing?

Anyone in community using BOM’s with Phantom Items?How does it work for you? What settings work best in your manufacturing facility?We have multiple items with BOM’s with component parts and subassemblies and we want these component parts and subassemblies to have their own BOM. However, we don’t want to have to MOVE all the component part and subassembly Work Orders in order to process the Parent Item Work Order.If Phantom Items will work, what is the best way to set these items up? 

how to regenerate MRP by restriction group?

Using Mac product, and Safari. In Quote or Sales Order. Enter partial item. Window opens as you move your cursor down, the scroll bar seem s to move by itself, making it hard to select the correct item.  This problem does not occur in Chrome on a Mac.  It does not occur on a PC using Chrome or Edge.   Besides trying using different browsers. We cleared cache, cookies and browsing history.  This did not correct the problem.  Any Mac users in 21R106 seeing this?  If so how did you resolve it?  Recently upgraded, didn’t see this in previous build 19R1.  I am going to create case with Acumatica but if you have a fix.  Please let me know.   Matt

Version: 21.106.0024We use “No Rounding” for rounding and “#,##0” as formatting to display whole dollar amount on the report and but need 2 decimal when export to Excel for analysis. This works fine in 20R1 version, but 21R1, only whole number got exported to Excel, seems formatting actually truncated the decimals.
