Hello,Thanks to Gabriel’s help. I can get the data I want in GI using a second filter.  like below:   The key in the join condition is that “INitemsitehistday” might only have qty in record，no sales record     So if “left join” used， might get a joined line with INitemsitehistday.Sdate as Null. This filter out  is working well in GI.However if I would like to apply the same kind of second filter by using the visibility section setting in report Designer. The “ Or [INItemSiteHistDay.SDate] Is Null” does not work.  Then can somebody help me to get the data I want in Report designer?1， Not sold in 90 days2， never sold， which left join get a NULL value

I have some payment date data for different  customer in an excel spreadsheet. How can i bring that data to ecumatica to create a dashboard where i can see the list of the customers payment due on a particular day?

We have a situation where customers come into the facility multiple times/day or week to get product.  We are just using an Invoice type sales order (no shipments) to record the shipment by entering warehouse/location in the sales order.  Upon prepare Invoice it creates invoice and processes inventory issue, etc.  This works fine one by one.  However, we would like to be able to create consolidated invoices for the day/week using Process Orders screen.  I know that we can choose Prepare Invoice in that screen and it will create one invoice for all the orders for that customer that met the criteria entered on top.  We need it to apply additional grouping.  For example, in one day or week, 12 sales orders/invoices, 5 have PO/Cust Order Number 1234 and 7 PO/Cust Order Number 5678.  If I just ran wide open it would create one invoice with all 12.  I need it to create 2 invoices, one for each PO/Cust Order Number.  Actually, these are all for Projects and I'd need that to be the first group

I need to create an import scenario for the Transfer Order (Sales Order) screen that will select a pre-configured template from the clipboard to load the Transfer Order detail lines.Has anyone successfully done this? 

Does anyone have the Acumatica-Procore integration set up?  Does it work well?  Are there any issues we should know about before getting this set up? Thank you!

Does any one know how to recognize the last row of an import?   I am trying to have it insert a particular account number at the end of the import to balance the GL batch. Thanks 

I have a set of sales that I wish to isolate and reclass to a different account. Has anyone done this before? I’m not sure how to handle the shuffling out of one account into another, the finance segments in ACK have always been a weak-spot for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.Longer explanation: We started up a new division, but we didn’t know it would be it’s own full division until it grew. So now I need to take the sales for those items and put them to a new class to show a new profit center on our P&L. I can find the old/new accounts and sub accounts easily enough, but actually deducting from the old account and attaching everything to the new account without wrecking my system has me a bit nervous. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,     In most cases, we apply payments to invoices.       Just some times, we would like to mark the payment for Sales order before shipment.       We want to use the “load orders” function under “Orders to Apply” tab to load orders of this customer all in once.         However, if this customer has had 1 “Cancelled” Sales order, this function will pop up errors. I know at least 2 ways to work around:1，just delete that cancelled Sales order2,  select the selection date frame to skip that cancelled SO. But both take extra and unnecessary efforts.        I truely and fully understand “canelled”, “voided” Sales order can not be applied to payment.Can the system directly ignore/skip these documents when people do the “load orders” fucntion?

I am new to developing forms in Acumatica and in Acumatica in general, my coding knowledge might be just starting to hit intermediate level, although with C# I would say I am still basic.  However my issue doesn’t seem to be code related it seems to be more of an issue of me not understanding HOW the sorting works in Acumatica.  On the Pick List form on the Detail Section 1 area (not kits the next detail area) it has 2 fields that I want to sort by,  SOShipLine.InventoryID OR SOShipLineSplit.InventoryID.  I put those 2 fields in the Schema Builder in the Sorting area, however it completely IGNORES anything I seem to put there, I tried with the out of box form and our customized form and the sorting does literally NOTHING in BOTH cases so I clearly must not understand something, I will attach the relevant pictures.  If someone could explain to me how I can get this form to sort by the InventoryID instead of the BIN location or anything else that is what I need.  I thought this would be

My company is newer to Acumatica (since April 2020) and our old software (Everest) used to be able to handle transactions in this way very easily, here is a hypothetical scenario:We are a car dealer and a customer is making a purchase of a new vehicle. The vehicle is in my inventory as a whole unit. The customer wants to upgrade the wheels on the vehicle, so we need to swap them out. We take 4 wheels out of our stock and install them on the vehicle then restock into inventory the 4 wheels that originally came on the vehicle. Then we sell the car. We can later sell the 4 original wheels to another customer.In Everest you can simply use a negative quantity (-4 wheels) on the sales order which in this case would bring 4 of the original wheels back into our inventory stock. Then put positive 4 of the new style wheels on the same sales order, effectively "swapping out" or "trading back" the wheels.This type of transaction happens ALL THE TIME, multiple times daily here at my company and I h

We have instances where we are issued a credit from a vendor (which is a debit adjustment in Acumatica). We may not use them for future purchases for a long time, so we request a check be issued to us for the outstanding credit. When we receive that check,  can I apply it to the debit adjustment?

Hello, I am using a GI as the data source of a export scenario.When in GI, if I assign the schema field, then I could get the 2 place decimals as I expected.However, when run by export by scenario, I still get more than 2 place decimals, which I don’t like. How can I make the decimals become 2 places?

I’m curious to find out if the native shipping integration services we have in Acumatica, does it have the capability to support Multi-batch shipment feature like Starship or other shipping solutions?If we integrate with EasyPost then can have have this capabilities within Acumatica or do we have to handle the multi-batch (which is multi-shipment of same order to multiple shipping address and it could be same item sent to multiple address of different quantity) Any product experts here that can verify and let us know how best to solve this real world scenario?

 Hello, we are using 2020R2, Build 20.203.0028. Our operation stuff report an issue, that 1 shipment is still confirmed status while the invoice and IN issue doc already been generated and released.  I don’t know the user’s steps and he could not remember. And this issue happens to only 1 shipment not all. And previously in 2020r1, we didn’t encounter this kind of issue. So my large guess it is causing by our recent upgrading from 2020r1 to 2020r2. see below:  Since this issue happened only once, the root cause might not be easily found.Can anyone firstly give me some directions to quickly fix it, I mean, might correct the shipment status to right.If I simply update it in DB to status completed? Is it a good way to go?And if the root cause could be guessed out, it would be very helpful for us to prevent this same kind of issue in the future.Thank you.

Hello,I have a shipping dashboard setup to show a list of orders that need to be shipped. This contains a basic filter based off of warehouse (either MFG or RDD) and the status of the shipment (open). However, shipments seem to disappear from the widget, this seems to happen to older shipments. I have the record limit for the widget set to 30 for this widget, and I know that we are not having more than that many records listed on it at once. Here is the filter for the particular widget:shipping widget filter  This is the list of shipments returned from the filter above, notice that #1346 and #1379 are missing.shipping widget  On the acumatica shipments page you can see that shipments #1346 and #1379 both meet the criteria from the above filter, yet they are not shown on the widget.shipments screenI am hoping that someone can assist me in fixing this. I would greatly appreciate any input! This is happening currently in 2020R1, and was previously occurring in 19R2 as well. 

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,i drove into a problem today.I created a Push-Notification which outputs through a webhook, whenever a ticket is created, or changed, or deleted. I now would like to get these informations to Discord. Discord allows you to create a webhook URL which u technically could or should be able to paste into acumatica. But whenever i trigger the webhook, nothing gets posted inside of my Discord Server. I checked if the webhook works on pipedream. So there are definitly notifications going through the webhook.Any ideas? I don’t know what i have to do at this pointInside of Acumatica i get this Error Message: Send to target Discord failed. Anyone know if there is a way to print or view a report/inquiry of the GL posting of a payroll check before it is released?  I keep getting a G/L out of balance error when I go to release the check.  Not finding any answers in knowledgebase or general community search.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.  Is there a good point person from Acumatica to ask payroll questions of or is this the best place to post questions of this type? Thanks Kathy
