Has anyone had an experience with a government agency utilizing the customer portal to place orders? We produce and sell medical equipment to the military and are looking to simplify the ordering process but with the government’s security level we aren’t sure if they will be able to use the customer portal. Any advice? Thanks!

I’m looking to add a "Date of Service" column to the Services > Invoice > Details grid.I'm trying to add a column on the Details tab of the Invoices screen to show the Appointment Date for charges listed on the Details tab. It pulls this information just fine on one of my reports (relationships shown on the bottom row, Left join FSARTran to FSAppointment, in the attached image), but when I duplicate this join (the FSAppointments table to FSARTran) in the Generic Inquiry for the Invoices page, the fields are all there, and it saves with no errors, but it begins generating errors for our users. Anyone know how to add a column for Appointment Date to the Details tab of the Invoices screen?I found the info (see image) for tying the Invoice to the Appointment Dates in the report file SO643000.RPX. I have a client using the product configurator and they want to roll up pricing based on the parent item and all the selected children options. This client uses discount pricing and the pricing of the fully configured item is subject to a discount which varies by customer. My client would like the pricing to rollup in the configurator such that the base item is discounted but the children are not. The issue is that the calculated price of parent item and the options essentially take on a new identity resulting in a discount on parent and children. Has anyone run into this issue before and how did you resolve it?

Do we have the ability to offer different Shipping Methods in BigCommerce that will be mapped to existing Ship Vias in Acumatica? Would this configuration through the Entities work well?Where do we map the Shipping Method in BigCommerce to the Ship Via in Acumatica?

Our implementation is such that all customers will be generated in Acumatica and pushed to BC prior to the customer logging into the BC storefront. Is it possible to push the CustomerID to BC into a customer user field? I looked into the articleHowever, it doesnt seem to allow CustomerID to be a source - nor does it seem to allow custom fields on the BC Customer object.We have some supplemental API inquiries that BC is going to do which require the CustomerID and it would be best if it were already there. Relying on the email address as a unique key when it isnt required to be unique in Acumatica doesnt seem like the right way to go.Any thoughts?

I am working with the product configurator and I’ve come across a situation:1. Create a sales orders with a configurated item.2. Configure the item, and push to production to get it on the schedule.3. The configuration changes AFTER the SO is created but before production happens. 4. Delete the production order since the BOM has changed.What we are running into is that we cannot reconfigure the item on the SO, we have to completely delete the SO line and re-enter it to be able to do a new configuration. We are also finding if we configure, but don't push to production, and the configuration changes they cannot pick up the new configuration and reconfigure. Has anyone run into anything similar and are there creative process solutions around this?

Hopefully I explain this correctly.  On the Project Revenue Budget tab I’ve added two new fields: Unit Cost and Mark Up.  When the values in these fields change we want to update the Unit Rate.  I’m using the FieldUpdated event to do this and everything works great.  The problem is that we also want to allow the user to enter the Unit Rate manually and when that happens it needs to update the Mark Up.  This also works fine but the issue is that when the Mark Up is updated from the change in Unit Rate the FieldUpdating event on the Mark Up is called and then updates the Unit Rate again.  Currently my Mark Up rounds to two decimal places.  Because of the rounding on the Mark Up the Unit Rate is then recalculated incorrectly.  Questions:1 - Can I change my precision on the Mark Up to more than two decimal places to give me more precision and prevent rounding? If so, the how?2 - Can I prevent the code from running in the FieldUpdated event for Mark Up when the Unit Rate is changed?3- Shoul

Hello,We have a client who have an in-house Exchange server and have been using Exchange Integration with Acumatica since 2018.Many emails have been synchronized between Exchange and Acumatica.They are now moving to Office 365.Does anyone have experience with this situation and able to share thoughts?  My primary question is will there be an issue when the mailboxes are migrated, where Acumatica exchange sync is unable to recognise that emails have already been synchronized (therefore starts duplicating emails)?  I believe this will also depend on which method is used to migrate the mailboxes from Exchange to 365.Thanks in advance.

Hi All, We were wondering if we are allowed to use field dependencies in Acumatica. An example of field dependency would be that if a value of field A changes, then change the value of field B. Here’s an example for better understanding: If the Tax Zone of a Business Account changes which is extended to Customer and has locations in it, then we will want to change the tax zone field for all associated customer locations as well. Please let us know if you need any further clarifications about this. I have customized the Sales Order Report (so641010.rpx) in my dev instance and report generation occurs as expected.When I export the customization project to the sandbox instance, add the necessary information in the Sales Order Screen and run the report I get the report with no data. If anyone could suggest why this happens it would be great.

Hello Everyone, I am working on a minor edit to my pick list form to print out kit items below items that are kits. I can get the subreport to pass-through just fine when I run the report from SO644000, the pick list screen, by picking the shipment number. When I try to run the Pick List report from the actions dropdown on SO302000, Shipments, and go to Actions → Print Pick list, the subreport does not print on the report.I wonder if this has anything to do with automation steps. Has anyone had this issue before?I am having trouble uploading an rpx file here so here are some screenshots:

I reduced the Quantities On Hand for all Stock Items to -0-.To effect a change in Valuation Method, can this be accomplished by changing the associated Item Class records? As I adjust the quantities and costs back in, will the Item Class record make the change to each Item record?Or do I need to make the change to each Inventory item record to make the valuation change take effect?

We’re using the official Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to do our shipping, but neither seem to have the ability to add any extra information to the Label (and to Fedex).  Is it possible to enable a reference field or any of the other default fields Fedex offers for their shipments?  Currently only the tracking number and address information is on the label.  This makes it very difficult to match up actual invoice charges from Fedex to the Invoice of the Sales Order/Shipment.  Would this take a customization and is the code for the carrier plugins available anywhere?  Didn’t find the repository on the github page. If not, is this something that the EasyPost integration will be able to do?  And is EasyPost as cheap as they appear to be?  From the website it looks like it is free for under 50000 labels a year..are there hidden fees that accumulate?  If not, we may start using it just to get International Shipment working in Acumatica as easily as the carrier plugins work for domestic! Tha
