We run Acumatica 2020R2 and currently working on SQL Servers upgrade from 2012 to 2019. We have created new SQL Server 2019 and need to switch Acumatica production to it.I have successfully connected to new SQL Server (SQL2) from my local instance, now test it on DEV. Acumatica Configuration Manager have successfully updated database, but when trying to open website I receive error:Configuration ErrorDescription: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.Parser Error Message: Login failed for user 'XXXXX\FEDXXX-DEV$'. User 'XXXXX\FEDXXX-SQL$' is <Domain>\<DEV Server name>$ This user was NOT created on SQL2 server during switch. Both DEV and SQL2 servers are internal and don’t have any restrictions.

Hi, When we have selected the currency in Customer creation form. Then we try to enter customer in sales order form it is not selecting. When we removed the currency in customer creation form it is working as expected. Attached the screen shots documents.  RegardsNethupul

When an approval map condition is set to "AP Transactions > PO Number > Is Not Empty", the approval map engine is unable to assign the approval. Have I done something wrong in the approval map? This started after we upgraded to revision "20.217.0022". Sorry to the misleading Subject text.  I meant to first ask if anyone knows if there is a way to prevent Gmail emails from being marked/flagged as ‘read’ after it is synced with Acumatica.Ideally, it would be great to have a configuration setting that enables to you turn this off so that the original email in Gmail (or Office 365) still appears as “unread”. 

 Hi, We have created a sales order with 20qty and in 1st shipment we shipped 8 out of 20. Once Sales order status was changed as “Confirmed”. Then i need to ship rest of the 12 qty. Then i reopen the sales order and try it. Create Shipment function is not working and showing following error.  Mention the Clear steps need to be followed for Sales order shipping.

Hi, I am in the process of implementing email in Acumatica and have been having difficulty in figuring out how to have the users email address populate automatically in the email that is being sent.  My current setup is that each user has there own email configured as a system email. Currently, when sending an email from any screen the email field remains blank and the user needs to select the email that they wish to send from. I do not wish to have system emails that are department based...I would like each user to send and receive from their own email address. Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks.

The weird thing is that I was typing “SQL to Acumatica Number Fields Multiplied by 24 or 40” into Google and it autocompleted right after I started typing “multiplied” but then there were no fruitful results.So, we’re on-premise SQL hosted Acumatica 2021 R1 and I’m attempting to make a Pivot Table run faster by doing the query, main filtering, and calculations on SQL in a View that I have on a Customization as a DAC Table (generated from database) and a Database Script. Everything runs great except for the actual numbers. They are fine when I look at the View in SQL Server Management Studio and there are the same number of rows for the SQL View and the Generic Inquiry on the View in Acumatica, but all of the values of the decimal and integer columns are coming into Acumatica as Number columns multiplied by 24 or 40. I have a GI that I am building that will allow me to show all sales orders our Powdercoating warehouse team need to work on.Many of our sales orders come with a lead time that is quite far in the future (eg, the material is not needed until the end of the month) but others need to be shipped urgently. We use the “Requested On Date” (renamed in my GI to “PC DUE DATE” to measure DIFOT, and I have added a “PC Scheduled Date” attribute that I have connected to the Sales Order UDF so that production planners can put a date that they want the team to prepare this order. I want to be able to have a combo box at the top of my GI that says “Painting Today” or something like this, but  cannot seem to make it work.  so for example, the production planner would select “Painting Today” (A) and if the Schedule Date (B) was in the same day as today, then only these records would show.

Howdy y’all!I am trying to find a way to create tasks that would be linked to certain reports (ARM and Standard reports), like a month end checklist for finance users.  However, I see that Tasks can only be set for leads, contacts, opportunities, business accounts, cases, employees and projects.  I also researched Business Events but those seem to only be linked to Generic Inquiries.  There are no Activity tabs on the reports so I can’t use that option either. Am I perhaps missing something super obvious? Thanks!   

Hi There,Is it possible to make it so you can edit fields directly on the generic inquiry screen?For example, I created Attributes for amazon prices and asins, and it would be convenient to be able to edit them on one screen / on the fly for all the products instead of having to go into each item or doing a data import. Would like to create something like the sales prices screen where you can edit all the prices in one spot.  Thanks in advance for the help. 

We set up a new cash account, mirroring a current account, but we are getting the following error message when attempting to export the payment batch into a NACHA file,  “The export batch cannot be created due to invalid checkdigit for bank routing number xxxxxxxxx. Review and correct ACH setting on the Data Providers (SM206015) form.Our existing cash accounts are still processing batch payments and exporting correctly into NACHA files and because we copied the exact set up, we are at a loss for how to fix this.  We have submitted a ticket to Acumatica, but no resolution as of yet.    

Is it safe to Drop table or Change data type of some column in Tables Starting ‘AM’? because I notice some of NoteID Column has Int data type. it is supposed to be Uniqueidentifier. it causes error on my upgrade from Acumatica 2020 R1 to Acumatica 2021 R1 

Hi, when we create our Sales Order using the API, we encountered this issue Response 422  Unprocessable EntityWe rarely encountered this issue, and we don’t know why it happens. In our request body, we are sure that we have the Status field.  For additional record, I have used the same request body a moment ago and the Sales Order is created but after trying now, the error shows up.Any help would be helpful. Thanks a lot  

 I have created one custom field each in Sales Orders screen and in Add SO Line dialog box in Invoices screen to display the value of Tariff Code in Stock Items screen. Hello, I’m having some issues adding a side panel to a GI that I made. For some reason, it will only show data associated with the first record, even if a different line is selected. This wasn’t always the case; when I first added it it worked just fine, but I have made some changes since then and I’m not sure what could have broken it. Has anyone else encountered this issue? 

I'm working on a new Acumatica screen for our company that will require some javascript code to retrieve and display a map object (from ESRI).This code requires an external .js file that can be programmatically loaded. Everything works fine if I use a blank HTML page to test this.The problem I have is that when I try using the same code from inside the Acumatica screen, it doesn't load this required external file, and therefore the code does not work properly.I attempted to load the full .js file along with my code, but it returned the following error:error CS8095: Length of String constant exceeds current memory limit. Try splitting the string into multiple constants.I haven't tried splitting this file into multiple strings (as the error message suggests), because I want to make sure there isn't a cleaner and more professional, direct/right way to do this.Is it possible to manually import this external .js file into our Acumatica instance, so I can point to it instead? (in case it mak

In service order, after the service is completed not all the items were used, and some were returned. How to reflect the reduction of costs in the service order?

I have trouble accepting that an Invoice can simply be deleted in AR Acumatica, in order to reopen a proforma Project Accounting Invoice. The audit purpose of Invoice numbering is the numbering sequence to ensure "completeness", and by simply allowing the deletion of an Invoice breaking the numbering sequence as far as I'm concerned is unacceptable. I would rather that the Invoice be left in display on the system but its status changed to "Deleted and Not Posted" (or something similar).

Hello Good Night. I have a problem filtering a Sql view.  I have a grid and i want to asign the vendor name in the corresponding column when i select a new vendor. I use de FieldUpdated Event. Then event works but when i want to filter by V_CEVendors (My Sql view) , the condition not work. I did a test with the table BAccount and apply the same filter and it worked.
