Deleting Ship-To locations

We need to delete some ship-to locations that are attached to a specific customer but I keep getting told that I don’t have permission to delete them. What do I do?

Hi @Cetylite

With regards to initial error, looks like the Ship-to location has been used on historical documents.

With regards to access rights issue, check if you have permission to access customer location screen i.e.,screenID: AR303020

Regards,

When I try to delete the location I get the below message.

Our team has looked into this and cannot located any tables the location is referenced in. They found a work-around where I would try to view the Account location and I received this message.

Hi @Cetylite  I’m assuming that Location is NOT deleted from other referenced tables hence it is showing the error message (from the 1st screenshot).

By default Acumatica Location ID column is present in around 71 tables, you can review module-related tables that you are working on the verify whether it is properly deleted or not.
