Hi Team,We have  a requirement  to print multiple dropship order into a  single reports. Example There are  three Dropship PO, where each order is having 5 items. When a report is generated, we would  like to see all the 15 items in single report / page. In other words, we are looking for a way to send items as a  dataset to reports for displaying all the items at once. Thanks Deebhan    

Does anyone know if there is any progress toward the Vendor Shipments (AM310000) working with the carrier plugins?  If not, how do other companies, or what is the Acumatica recommended way, to create an actual, physical shipment after using the Vendor Shipment screen?  Many companies send all of their shipments to the shipping department. Ideally, the Vendor Shipment screen would just work with the carriers like the Shipment screen, which is closely resembles.  Almost as good would be a ‘Create Shipment’ action which would create an actual Shipment from the Vendor Shipment. Any ideas or suggestions?  This must be a common issue for anyone using carrier plugins and needs the functionality of vendor shipments.  Thanks!

Do we have ? or can we have a option to see the GL posting effect (Dr/Cr) before releasing a transaction. Now we have to post the transaction to see the GL posting and if any mistake we either need to reverse or do adjustment entries.

Hi we are stuck and 2months behind in our implementation of Acumatica.   Our BOMs often consist of standard components and custom Make to Order components.  From the sales order it seems Acumatica generates the production order for the parent but uses MRP to generate the children.  The children production tickets then don’t contain information about the sales order or customer making it confusing for our shop production team (they don’t know what order the custom components are for).  We can’t use Auto Create Linked Orders or else it will disregard on hand inventory for standard components.  Hoping you can shed some light how you manage production tickets for sub assemblies?  

Hello,  Our company is a 2020R2 users. In the course of our financial workflow, we would like to create AP Checks and Payments (AP.30.20.00) first and then link them to open AP Bills and Adjustments (AP.30.10.00) later.  This would be done because i would like to match AP Checks to bank transactions as soon as possible, and then book the proper AP bill. I played with it in our system, but it seems that Acumatica’s workflow is only to create AP bill first, then create a full or partial AP Check and Payment. The “Receivables” module allows for AR Checks and Payments to be created separately from AR Invoices, but not the “Payables” mode.   Is there a reason why i cannot create AP Check separately as unlinked from AP Bills? Thanks,Kirill

We’re using file synchronization to send payment batch files to an external site. Hi, is there any way to see the complete inbuiltlist of reports within Acumatica, without searching through workspaces or sitemaps?

I am creating a from in report designer in which the font is not a standard (i.e. not found in the list of fonts in report designer). I have installed the font on my computer and created the report template with this font.When the report is run on Acumatica, though, the font is incorrect and the spacing is out. Is there a way to get around this? Or alternatively, how do I find what fonts are available on the server?Many thanks.Sue

This file, and it’s related indexes are taking up half of our database. The current file size of the database (.mdf file) is 135GB and we’ve only had it installed for three weeks.At this rate we will have a 1TB db in ten months. Any idea what’s going on with this?

Is it possible to add the Unit Description to the title of the the ARM report?We have 5 units and I would like to put their name in the title of the report.  So that when I printed them all off I could tell which one belonged where.

Looking for a training guide or course for the new feature of WorkFlow.  Need to start at basic training.  Partner university does not have any courses on this.  I started to see that you need to removed all automation steps on a screen.  This seems scary. Any ideas.

We have dropship customers that require us to remove (overwrite with "X") the customer's contact (ARContact, SOContact) and address (ARAddress, SOAddress) information every few months. The address and contact are overdriven on sales orders and invoices. Acumatica's privacy tools seem to go too far, restricting the customer's account as well.Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi All, Is there a way in Acumatica to bulk update a particular field in all the Business Accounts/Customers/Vendors? Hi Experts,II’m trying to test Acumatica’s OAuth Authorization flow using Postman. I already created a Client in the Connected Applications screen, and set the flow to Authorization Code. Also I got the access token after I called the authorize api.I can call the OData service successfully as below.But when I call the web service to get sales orders with the access token, I always get a message “You are not logged in.” Here is the screenshot.Do we still need to call LogIn api again when we call the web service with access token?Thanks in advance!

Hi! How do I set up our ShipEngine Integration to pay Flat Rate?We have it all synced up to ship USPS Priority but how do I tell the system within the Box ID that this is a flat Rate envelope?

Some stock items do not sync over to BigCommerce, most of them do but for every 50-100 items that do sync over there is 4-5 items that do not. Most of the items, if I change the price, category, description it will re-sync itself and usually the ones that don’t I can force the re-sync and it will work. But occasionally a stock item won’t sync no matter what I change or how many times I resync everything, even if I force the re-sync it won’t pick up the changes on that specific stock item. I have set stock items the synced successfully and stock items that will not sync, side by side and both of them have the same settings. does anybody know what could be causing this issue? Thank You….

I have a report who was exporting just fine to Excel and PDF. However after rolling out a large swathe of customizations changes between myself and my VAR, the report does NOTHING when I click export to PDF or export to Excel. Anyone know what might cause this or how to fix it?

We have created a Sandbox instance with tenant, companies, calendar and financial periods configured and to ensure safety we take snapshots periodically to rollback changes if a mistake is made while configuring the system.Is there any method to revert the instance back to the original state, that is the system when you first create an instance? (no configurations)

Hello, when opening the Sales Prices screen,  Inventory Items are not loading.  I have selected Price Type = “All Prices”.  I have looked in Sales Order preferences and couldn’t see anything relevant.Is there a parameter I’m missing to use prior to all the Items loading in the Sales Prices screen ?Laura

Is there a way to add the customer location into the global search.  As a field service company, the only thing we care about is the customer location because that is what all of our work is attached to.  Currently the global search doesn’t search for anything having to do with the customer location.
