Hi,I had a small customisation project which was working on 2020R2 but seems to have stopped working on 2021R1The workflow for Shipments (SO3020000) would change the shipment date on the shipment document to todays date when the shipment was confirmedAttached is screenshot of the workflow, I have tried with =Today() and checked the from schema box to use @Today but neither work. I would appreciate any suggestions

We want to send the customer email address to Auth.net so that Auth.net can send out the credit card receipt to the customer.  We are using the Authorize.net API plugin with v2021 R2.  The Email Receipt flag at Authorize.net has been turned on.  Is sending the email address native to the API plugin?

Hello,        We previously maintain our sales price manually. Although we can leverage the sales price worksheet. But it is mainly manually.       Currently , we are short of staff. So we are seeking a way to see if this is possible.Like:      After Purchase receipt/bill be released, the receipt item’s avg cost are changed. so accordingly, the sales price changed consequently as the cost changed.     Is this function out of box?     Please advise.      

Hi,I am new user for Acumatica and have a question regarding adding email address in Report Designer. I am looking to add the email address of the user to invoice SO643000. My goal is when I click on Email Invoice under Invoice, it will send an email to the customer and also BCC to the user on the account. I have read some of the threads on the forum but it mostly just about setting up email but not on adding CC/BCC automatically.   I have try to use =Report.GetDefUI('RowAccessInfo.UserName') on the BCC field in Report Designer but it don’t seems to work. I try to use this logic in the Text Box and it does show the user email address.   Is there a formula or logic that allow the system to pull the user email address base on who is login to the site when emailing? Preferably in Report Designer and not Acumatica as I am not familiar with the coding and logic there.  Thank you.

I’m trying to import some line items to an existing SO via an import scenario.  I get the error:The system failed to commit the splits row The only thing it’s doing is adding an inventory item and quantity to the line details after updating the external reference: I tried doing the same manually and it works without problems.Any help would be very much appreciated. Phil

I have set up many import scenarios before without problems.  Those have mainly been on Customer and Inventory Item records though.I am trying to import line items into an existing sales order on SO.This failed with an error so in narrowing down the cause I tried to do the simplest thing I could think of. Adding an external reference to the sales order.  I tested to see if I could do it manually and I can but if I try via the import scenario I get the error:1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: Document.The only thing in my import scenario is as below: The order no exists and the import scenario is using the same order number.I can’t understand why this is failing.  Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Phil

I need to get some attribute values from the stock items form to a report (Modifying Sales Order Report SO641010.rpx). What are the tables to be joined in order to show the necessary value from the Attributes table to the report?

In 2021R1, I added a button to the Details grid in Bills and Adjustments.  Everything is working great.  I just cannot get the button to be greyed out when the other buttons are greyed out.I can disable it so it will display a dialog that it is disabled if someone clicks it, but it just looks bad that it appears to be available.  This code fires and enables/disables the button correctly, but I cannot change the visibility of it.I suspect this might be something to do with a workflow on this screen?  However, in my installation of 2021R1, the workflow for this screen is not editable.  You can’t even create a new workflow.  I don’t even know if that would solve this for me, but either way, I’d like to grey out that button when it is not applicable.Thanks!Joe 

I may have missed something, but DocuSign esignature feature seems to have disappeared. Is this no longer supported by Acumatica? Also, even though AdobeSign is still listed in the marketplace as an option, I don’t see the setup or package for that either.  We have a customer we are taking live that we provided information on this feature, and now we cannot deliver it.  

Hi Everyone, I am testing our customization project that integrates with our WMS system. We have two Acumatica instances set up on the latest 2022 R1 release. We are using one for development and the other to simulate production. I have tested everything in the development instance and everything is working as expected. After verifying transaction downloads and uploads were working correctly, I exported the customization project and imported it into the “production” instance. I am running into issues uploading transactions to the production instance, receiving errors that fields cannot be empty when calling PutEntity(). Issues and Receipts are specifying that PostPeriod and Branch cannot be empty when calling PutEntity().Sales Orders specify that BaseCurrencyID and CuryID cannot be empty when calling PutEntity(). We had fixed the PostPeriod and Branch errors in the development instance, but we are getting this error in the production instance, even though we set these fields when updat

Is it possible to post a vendor payment to the Undeposited Funds GL? We use PayPal for both incoming customer payments and a few vendor subscriptions. PayPal includes both of these transaction types in our daily deposits, but we are not able to match our deposit records with PayPal’s activity because the vendor payments are not available in Undeposited Funds as we create our deposits. They would post to the Undeposited Funds GL similar to a customer refund. Thank you in advance.

Hello,      In previous version (2020R2), user can print Released SOinvoice in batch on screen SO303000.In current version 2021R2, user can no longer print released invoice anymore, even if he select “show printed” button.        Why change the logic? We have the need to print all invoices of a single customer at end of month, no matter it released or not.         How can we do this in a simple way. Hello,Our client constructs large buildings and often pays a vendor one large check including bills related to several projects, and sometimes Bills have a PO and some bills that don’t (meaning some lien waivers are automatic and some have been manually added to the bill). I’m not able to figure out how to have one lien waiver created/printed for each project, with totals paid for that project.  Instead, we are getting one lien waiver per BILL and that can mean 70+ lien waivers accompanying one check even when the project is the same on every bill.Does anyone have advice or a solution?  Have I missed the screen where I can choose the generation level for lien waivers (one per bill, one per check, one per project per check, etc.)?Thank you!Laura

We have recently been getting this error, "Type mismatch in the expression: '-'.", when a calculation in a column attempts to subtract one column from another, i.e.: =B-C. Both columns B and C are GL column types. The formula =B+C works but the formula =B-C does not.Has anyone encountered this error before?
