I have items on my MRP Exceptions that are showing Transfer Available types. How do I get these off of this list as they should not be available from that supply warehouse? They are the ones highlighted on the bottom.

I have created a wiki article consisting of a few images making up a flow chart. I would like to create a link from the image to a process screen (new cases) in the customer portal, so that the user can click on the image and will be taken to the appropriate screen.

Hi, One Employee needs to report the time Two different Projects. Once complete the Time Card Entering need Project manager Approval base on line level ProjectWise. (01). How Could we facilitate the Approval for individual Project managers upon line level?(02). Is there any restriction to enter one Employee to multiple Labor Items or Is that One to one mapping?  Regards

We’re attempting to troubleshoot a new store connection and seem to have everything in place on the Shopify side – when we try to sync the orders we get the following error:Inserting 'Sales Order' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CuryOpenTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. CuryUnbilledTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. ShipVia: 'Ship Via' cannot be empty.Shipping address and methods are present in the order JSON along with Tax lines which appear to all be accurate. Any input on where the misconfiguration could be would be greatly appreciated!

We would like to get a version of the AR aged report for Customers who have an invoice outstanding over 90 days (age03), and then we want to show all invoices for that customer.  If they do not have an invoice over 90 days old we don’t want them on the report. I thought that there would have to be a way to filter the report using the AgeTot03 variable (<>0) then print but I am not having any success.Any ideas?

All - I have an Import Scenario created the goal is to import time from a SQL table to the Labor Screen and create the labor batch. See Scenario The data comes in with out issue when I prepare it however the import is giving me the following error.   Any help is greatly appreciated. 

Our customers get uploaded automatically from our CMS. By error sometimes twice. Once in acumatica, how do I merge the customers, so I have only one customer in acumatica?

I am using the external tax provider and this is causing me to not be able to unclose appointments without disabling the external tax provider. How would I fix the taxes so they are up to date so it no longer causes this error?

We need to order Bank Checks.  Does Acumatica have a standard “form” of check?  If so, where can we order the checks that match the standard Acumatica “form” of check”? 

When I try to unclose an appointment I get the following message. Another process has updated the ‘FSAppointment’ record. Your changes will be lost. Is there any way to stop this from happening? It is preventing me from being able unclose appointments. 

The Automation Schedule History shows all of our email are “Processing completed with Errors’.  We cannot find what is causing these errors.  Please help us understand the errors and show us how to fix the issue.   

I brought back a copy of the Finance Basics course from the Acumatica Conference for our Controller. She has been working through it, but is confused because the instructions don’t quite match up to the guide. For example, financial periods are not open for the 2022 time period (this can be fixed by opening financial periods for 2022). In addition, for example, when reversing a transaction on page 10, it says to find the transaction on 2/25/2022...but this doesn’t exist. It does exist for 2/25/2021.I would like to fix this problem, so that the user doesn’t keep having to second guess the training materials or work around them. Is the fix here to just change 2022 to 2021 for all instructions? Can someone advise? We are using u100 from 2022 R1 currently. I have attached the Learner training guide from the conference.

In Field Service we mostly care about the service address, which would be the Customer Location address.  We need to be able to have the user, in the Service Order screen, enter in an address and have the system match it to a customer record and populate the Customer field and the Location field with the match.  I am not a developer and would like to know if this is addressable either by a Workflow type customization. I have tried using Actions/Navigation:Search Records but the closest I have come is to allow a popup of the Customer Location GI.  This could possible work if the user could use the popup GI and search the address, select the customer and have it populate in the Customer field with the corresponding Location ID. Any ideas or pointers would be great.  Thanks.

Hi guys After copied data I am not able to paste because Paste option in disable how can I get data by pasting. 

Is there a way to change the probability values based on the stage the opportunity is at?  If so, how?  An example for further clarification would be I want the qualify stage to be 15% not 10%.   Thanks in advance,Tom

Several internal users and our construction clients use Bluebeam Revu software to view pdf’s and for other functions.  Our Subcontract docs produced in Acumatica appear like this to a Bluebeam user……Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Is there a way to filter the schema objects using the SQL connector in a data provider?While I am only using one table I see reference to all the tables in the import scenario XML 

we have been testing the PDF Annotator and have ran into a problem with it.  We have found that if the extension (.PDF) is in uppercase then the annotator doesn’t recognize the file as being PDF.  One of our major suppliers send their bills as PDF and the extension is uppercase.  This means that they won’t show up in the Annotator.We would would have to rename each bill for it to work.  Has anyone else seen this and any suggestions on fixing this.

 Good Morning Forum Members,We are currently in an implementation with our client. I have reached out to support and escalated the issue, but unable to get a sufficient response for the client. They have several process work flow issues with how Acumatica handles shipping. These are some concerns they have with Pick, Pack, Ship features:What happens if they are picking an order into totes and the tote is full? The Pick, Pack, Ship screen requires the user to enter a tote ID for each shipment in the picklist. However, when that tote is full, can the user scan another tote ID for the shipment?Can multiple picklists be shipped together?Can we re-open a package to add additional items? Once confirmed, is there a way to re-open packages to add additional items?Are they able to combine shipments after the picking is done? Thank you in advance, I would really appreciate some insight on this process.   

Is there a way to export record notes from an SO to BigCommerce?I’m currently working with a user who needs to make timestamped document notes on a Sales Order to update customers on their order statuses.Currently attempting to leverage Export Mapping on the Entities screen, however I am getting an error. Any thoughts/ideas? Thanks!

Hey ! I currently face difficulty with filtrering query results  :I often need to restrict the documents visible for user (ie Invoices or P.O.) I use the @me parameter but I also need to keep the abaility for the general accounting users to see all the lines without restriction (They may not be the creator, last modificator or owner). Is the a way to pass the workgroupID of the curent user in parameter  or an other way to escap filtrering with condition of the curent user ?    Thanks for your help. Cécile 

Hi in my Processing Screen am bring line wise details (SOLine Wise) means if we have 10 line items 10 times it will display When we click on One line of the record it has to get selected for all records which are related to that particular order type order number  i tried all possibilities in all events but it is not workingIt was unbound field and now i made it bound still it is not working   can u pls Share with the answers
