After upgrade to 2021 R2 According to above screenshot you can see that once click on close button from action then its going to update data and then disable the button of close then its show dilogbox so once click on ok button then its display error that close button disable 

I am trying to exclude cancelled items.  Report works well but I do not seem to be able to exclude cancelled records.  I believe I have tried everything I could think of.  I tried using single quotes and double quotes around the word “canceled” and I cannot get this to work.  All I can think of is that Acumatica actually stores cancelled as something other than the actual word?Anyone have any thoughts on this?Thanks!

After creating a sales order and entering attribute details from the configurator demand is created in MRP.  Next, from the MRP display screen, we generate the Production orders.  The configuration attributes are not carrying over to the production order.  How can we get the configurator details to be maintained?    

A user is trying to bill a service order and getting the following error:Shipping Contact must be specified to process this item.There is a contact on the service order: But interesting that the account name has not come across (and any attempt to fill it with data gets blanked out when you tab out of the field).Acumatica 2021 R2Build 21.215.0016Has anyone experienced this?

Why does the Invoice for the 100pcs on IN0563852 shows a sell price of $271.23, but when you print the invoice the price comes in at $135.62? It is cutting the price in half. Does anyone know why? 

Hi Team, Recently, I tried to bill a customer invoice for the time card hours spent by the employees who are working on the specific project. Once the employees released the time card after approval, I could able to see the activities in the “activities” tab in the project but in the “cost budget” tab i couldn’t able to see the actual hours and amount. As per the help document, it shows once the time card gets released, the actual hours and amount will be updated.  If I click on “Run project billing”, I could able to see the proforma invoice creation. My concern here is about the “cost budget” tab. And also in the “Balances” tab, the project labor balances are not getting updated. After the invoice is released, I could able to see the details in the “Revenue Budget” tab but no balances gets updated in the “Cost Budget”. Is anything missing in the settings? I am working on the ACH Payment export and keep getting a few errors. From what I can tell, this is probably because the default export scenario uses some older table names. I went through and fixed a few that I saw but the others I am not sure how to correct since the fields aren’t available in the internal fields list. Below are some of the main errors I am seeing. Does anyone have any thoughts?  

When upgrading to 2021 R2 we lost the ability to send a PO to multiple email addresses of the same vendor. The email addresses are set up with a ; and a space between them, but it fails to send it to the second email. In 2019 R2 it did work. The notification template has ((Document.VendorLocationID.DefContactID.EMail)) as the “to” email address.

Our VAR, Cloud 9, sent a training video to us on Approval Maps. The training video showed many built-in Approval Map templates we can use.  When I looked in our Acumatica 2021 R2 I do not see the Approval Map templates.  Am I missing something?  Or are the templates only in newer releases of Acumatica? 

How about, if a customer or supplier is placed in credit retention or retained status, it does not appear in the modules, for example customers, it does not appear to register orders, does anyone know if there is a solution to avoid this situation?

Wondering if there’s a formal way to transfer cost from one job to another?  We have a subcontractor that is adding $100K to one project and deducting $100K from another.  wondering the best way to do that. 

We are shipping via UPS and FedEx directly out of Acumatica. Any time a customer email address is entered in the Ship-To address, our shipments generate and email a PDF Shipment Notification with the Customer’s PO Reference, PO Lines Shipped and Tracking information.  Addtionally, and sporadically, our customers are receiving a generic UPS-branded email stating, “You have a package coming,” with the Scheduled Delivery Date, our Company name as “From” and the tracking number.  These notices are redundant and do not contain much useful information.Does anyone have any experience with this, and, to the point, know how to turn them off?  Thus far I cannot determine a pattern to the emails.  Without causality it is difficult to determine where I could shut these off.  

Has anyone ran into the error seen below before? I am looking for a way to correct the error or just delete the move to start fresh with a new move. Any information about this problem would be very helpful. TIA!

I am looking for a report that would show ALL ITEMS issued to a POP. Does one exist, or will it need to be created?

We recently found a variance between the LOT numbers  that our material transactions were set to consume vs the LOT number our issue transaction were consuming. The quantity of each product deducted was the same, but the LOT it was using was different between the two transactions.We escalated this issue to Acumatica and they came back and told us that we needed to switch our base UOM to the smallest unit of measure that we use. Currently our base unit is in LBS and we have a UOM conversion into grams and into kilograms.Moving all of our inventory from being stocked in LBS to being stocked in grams is going to be a major change to our processes and take a lot of time to fix a problem that was working fine for us for over 6 months. Does anyone have any ideas in how to fix this issue with changing the UOM’s?

Hello!We are trying to work with the PO505000 Massprocessing but we stumbled upon a problem without a clear solution. If the Order with the Articles marked for Purchase (SOLine.PoCreate) is in the Status Open, the screen PO505000 displays everything right. As soon as we switch to a custom defined Status (In Production) that we implemented with workflow changes, some data seems to disappear from the screen.Please take a look at the following Screenshot for Reference.Line 1 is in Status OpenLine 2 is in our Custom Status As you can see, line 2 is missing several details like the Customer or the Order Nbr.Yet it is still possible to click on the order nbr and it will redirect to the correct Order.Is this a bug? Or do we have to implement something specific?Greetings

Requirement: We have an Import Scenario to import project transactions. The Sub Account value needs to be assigned from the default cost sub account set for each project. As part of the import source file, we have the project ID in the source file. Then for the that Project ID, I want the system to populate the sub-account from the default Cost Sub Account set on the project in Acumatica. Is this doable?

Good day, I am trying to depreciate a fixed asset per calendar days per period. For example, if an asset has an original acquisition cost of $365 (useful life 1 year, straight-line), the depreciation schedule should look as follows:Jan: $31, Feb: $28, Mar: $31, …… , Dec: $31.I have created depreciation methods using the full day averaging convention but this feature seems to prorate the depreciation when placed in service during a period, for example if an asset is acquired half way through the period - only 50% of the depreciation will be posted to that period. Example of Depreciation Method setup: Example of Calculating Depreciation for Fixed Asset:May you assist?Kind regards,Nicolas
