We issued a P.O for $10.000.00 to purchase Raw materials.  P.O has lead time of 45 days. 30 days for production and 15 days transit time. We have to pay advance 50% to the Vender with P.O.We pay next 25% when the order is ready to ship. (Within 30 days)We release remaining 25% before accepting shipment in our dock. How can I record these transactions inside accumatica liked with a P.O and adjust with accruals when the products are received?  Thank you,SB

Can someone please tell me the value of the non-stock item feature. I am new to Acumatica and have seen on our system many non-stock items being set up for equipment such as desks and tables, actually broken down into their features, which are being purchased to set up as part of the set up of a new business. I imagine these are on-off purchases and I am struggling to see the point in creating any part numbers at all...why not just use the nominal (general ledger) code and the description. I kind of get it for labour and purchases you may be making frequently but otherwise I am not sure what the value is?Thanks in advance

Hi, We need to enter the tax rate in the system when creating the tax and show the tax rate on the documents but no need to create entries for the tax amount in the system. The tax rate needs to act as a showcase. Is there any possibility to cater to this requirement in the system?Your kind attention is highly appreciated. RegardsAmanda 

I am new to Acumatica. We have one client who only has one entity setup (no branches/multiple companies) In the past there was no need to setup a default payment method and cash account for each vendor (single entity). However, when I try to hit the Pay button I get an error message pops up (See second screenshot). Also when I go to Prepare Payments not everything is showing up. Note: In A/P preferences the item to require approval for payments is not selected. Let me know if something changed recently or is it now a requirement to have the vendor or vendor class have a Payment Method and Cash Account selection. (This is even though there is no* by the field). Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Frances Pantelidakis   

Hello,     As we verified, by clicking the “customer statement” button on customer screen, the system always prints the report version with the statement date largest.    However,a user prepared a statement on 2/5/2021 and chosen  12/31/2021 as the statement date, which makes it always the latest one.        Is there a way to delete this statement?If this record exists, the user always get an incorrect version of statement by clicking the “customer statement” on customer screen.

How do we process bank transaction/matching of customer prepayment against sales order?Eg: We enter SO awaiting for payment, customer paid through the bank, and we want to match the payment to SO it relates to.

A client has two web stores being synced to the same Acumatica tenant. One store, B2B only, will only use customer group pricing (AR Sales Prices by Customer Price Class) with a fallback to Default price and the other will use the Default pricing with occasional specials.  The default price in a Big Commerce store can only be updated from the stock item or template item. The client wishes to update the default price on the B2Cstore using AR Sales Prices because the price may be different from the stock item default price for the B2B customers. Unfortunately the Base Price and Price List entities do not allow Export Mapping.Has anyone had this issue and how do they resolve it?  Is it even possible to customize the sync process?

We need to map an attribute to the BC default price.  For non-matrix items we can do that.  When syncing the template does the process use the Stock Item mapping or does not sync use the template mapping and uses the stock item data?

I want to synchronize files generated with export scenario with a SFTP we have in Amazon S3. Is there any documentation available for that or example I can use to get this going?I created the SFTP in AWS S3 and can access it with no problems with WINSCP or similar tool, but not sure how can configure it in Acumatica.   

Trying to find example in C# source of a message being generated for a row in a grid, when a grid is related to an existing record. For example, when a Sales Order is selected from a list, when the order line item(s) are displayed, they may also display a message, with an ‘Informational’ icon, such as ‘Minimum Gross Profit not satisfied’. Where is an example of the C# logic that generates this message? I could not find an example in any of the tutorials?

I already add control to disable request item description in Purchase Request but I want to disable only Stock Items . How can I do this ? Below is my current code.

Hello, I manage to create a custom filed and set it to dropdown list but only with static values code below : [PXDBInt][PXIntList(new int[] {0, 1, 2, 3}, new string[] {"North", "East", "South", "West"})][PXUIField(DisplayName="ListLibre1")] I want to modify the dropdown list values dynamically and directly on the screen.How it can be done ? Thanks :) 

Is there a reason a contact would be showing multiple email addresses? Under the contact there is only one email. The contact is pout in to the address book twice (due to different roles) but the email stays the same. Any work arounds? 

MRP has worked without issue Now every time it is run we are getting this error. Any ideas??  

I’m trying to override the MaxValue on MarkupPct field for Stock Item screen (it is currently 1000).  In my graph extension I have: [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Merge)][PXCustomizeBaseAttribute(typeof(PXDecimalAttribute), nameof(PXDecimalAttribute.MaxValue), 9999)]protected void InventoryItem_MarkupPct_CacheAttached(PXCache sender) { }but I still can’t enter more than 1000.  Any ideas?

I would like to know if there is a way to show the total Order weight for all items on a Sales Order. I see that there is a section under Totals>Freight Info but Ideally I would like the weight to calculate prior to shipment being created and currently it is zero. Thoughts?  

I need to multiply the value of a variable by 4%.  I am unable to get the calculation to work.  Nothing I try results in multiply the value by 4%.  Any ideas? ThanksSharon
