Good day,  We have an issue is few our tenants but not all.  When you select the Stock Item under profiles in Inventory module the GI is gone and you go right to add stock item screen.  You can still select an item.  ACM support told our VAR it is bug in 2020R1; and told us to upgrade since they not longer support our version.  Has anyone experience this issue or work around.  (Not happy with ACM Support’s response).  If it is bug then they should have a fix?Your advice and assistance is solving this issue.Thank youEvan

When I create a Approval Map for Purchase Orders, click on ADD STEP, the Reason Settings disappear from the Rule Action Tab. How can I have a Reason for Approval & Reason for Rejection on the Purchase Approval Map?

Hello,We have to load project id into customer details inquiry screen using custom field.We have added a new custom field on customer details screen and not able to assign the project id value of the invoice. It is always returning an empty value even it is assigned in the code.→ Extended the graph and overided the Document() view delegate.→ In the debug, the value is assinging but it is not showing in the screen and I tried to add hardcoded value but still it is not working → I have used another method from view delegate to assign the value but still same issue. I have attached the cusotmization package with the above code. Can anyone let me know the issue in this code or how can we load project id to customer details grid section.Thanks in advance.

I am building a GI and want to create a formula to add two fields as one.  I am trying to crete output of the vendor ID with the PO Number.  I would also like to add a space between the two records. I am using the POOrder Object.  I have placed the following in the Data Field =Concat([POOrder.VendorID],[POOrder.OrderNbr])This returns the following error where 21-200379 is the PO.OrderNbr Not sure where to go from here.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

I need to do a report where amounts are posted in different sections and columns based on wether they are Debit or credit For instance in a Balance Sheet :Bank accounts are posted under the Assets or Liabilities sectionand amount in a Credit or Debit columnThis is something that can be done in the report designer, but is there any way with the ARM?Many thanks Christine

I have a client who is attempting to import open POs and open Appointments/Service Orders. Is there a way to create a PO who’s lines are linked to demand (mark for po)from specific appointments? Currently if the appointment demands items be purchased the po will be linked to the appt. Can I do that retroactively? Can I import an appt. which has line items marked for PO, then import a PO with those requested items and link them together?

I need a report that will show total hours worked, by construction project, by employee, for a specific date range.  There are only two canned hours reports in the construction edition -- neither of them accomplish what I am looking for.I’ve built a generic inquiry from the Earning Details screen and made a pivot table - which is okay -- but I’d rather have a standard report I can run each month.Any suggestions?

Hello,    I’d like to show purchasing history (Unit cost and qty) on selection of each  item on POline.I firstly thought it would be achevied by side panel. But item id on po line can not be passed on to side panel easily.   In the above artile, this might be a way, but it is too complex that I would like to try it last.Is there any other can help me acheive my goal. I mean, side panel is an option. Also, something like pop up window can be accepted, just how to do it.  Or navigation to another screen with the line selection parameter can also help.Please advise.

We use serial numbers for many of our products.  Our inventory in Acumatica is accurate as of date we went live.  The problem is we sometimes need to process a return for sales completed in our old systems and Acumatica does not know about the serial numbers for those sales so we are unable to process the return in Acumatica as its asking for the serial number but when we enter them, the system does not accept it.  So we are stuck and don't know how to process and create credit memos and generate serials for such returns. Anyone knows best practice for handling this?

Has there been any info or announcements yet on Acumatica support for SQL Server 2022?

I’ve added UDF’s before and created actions that used Navigate Parameters to write to that UDF, but in this case I am looking to update a UDF but I can’t find it when I search.  There may be a few reasons why, which I need help confirming.You can’t update a UDF via Actions You can’t update a UDF via Actions if it is located in a grid.  In this case its a service order details UDF. I am missing some kind of Layout Properties setting which will make it accessable via Actions/Update Field.

Trying to create a no-code customization in 21 R1. I would like to add an action button that uses the create new record functionality from a case to a sales order. I got it to pop up the sales order creation screen, but I would also like it to grab the customer # and case ID to populate into the customer field and a custom case ID field we have on the sales order screen. Is this possible with the no-code customization of adding an action button? The parameters section allows me to pass in the specific order type I’m looking for, but I haven’t gotten it to pass the other fields into the sales order screen. Thanks!

I have three or four production orders that are causing demand on MRP despite the fact that they are closed. Anyone have a list of things I could check to make sure everything has been correctly processed to trace back why this is happening? TIA

HI All, @Olesia Alpeeva, I am having trouble getting the following PO workflow to work .  please see screenshots in attached.   The PO Approval process should be as follow’s:-Step 1All PO’s go person A & B.  Both must approve. IF the PO is under $15,000 the PO is approved.   This step works fine.If the PO is over $15,000 move to the next Step.   Step 2                                          If the PO is over $15,000 and the country in ShipTo field is ‘AU’ or ‘NZ’ the PO needs to go to Rachael to be approved. If under $150,000 the PO may be approved. If the PO is over $15,000 and the country in ShipTo field is not ‘AU’ or ‘NZ’ the PO needs to go to Robert to be approved. If under $150,000 the PO may be approved.I can not get Step 2 to work properly. it does get allocated to Rachel and Robert and Approved but does not move on to the next approvers.  Status is “Pending Approval” but no next allocation is applied in the Approval tab.Step 3If the PO is over $150,000 and the approver i

We imported Amazon orders which invoiced and completed, but then noticed the dates were incorrect and not aligned to the proper sales date.  We need to delete all of them and then re-import with the proper dates.  We have reversed the invoice and created a credit memo as stated in the community, but are still unable to delete the orders so our sales are all skewed.  There is an notification that because of the order not actually having a shipment we can’t delete it.   This is quite urgent so any assistance is really appreciated.  Is there a way to move the ship date out so that it is not completed and then remove the record?  Or go into the data and remove it directly?   This is the error:  @Irina do you know of a solution or someone at Acumatica that can assist?

I know that I can do what I want with custom fields but I’m wondering if there’s a way I can do this with a dataview.I’ve added Contract Item to Cases. The Contract Item is one of the contract detail items based on the Case Contract field. No problems there.I want to display some field values from the Contract Detail record and from some attributes associated with the Contract Detail’s recurring item (which is a non-stock item record).I was starting with my graph extension and was going to add a simple data view along the lines of:  public PXSelect<ContractDetail      ,Where<ContractDetail.contractItemID          ,Equal<Current<CRCase.usrContractItemID>>          ,And<ContractDetail.contractID            ,Equal<Current<CRCase.contractID>>          >      >      >  CurrentContractItem;But CRCase doesn’t contain usrContractItemID since that field comes from my DAC extension.Can I create a data view this way in my graph extension?  Or do I have to
