Hi all! I’ve created a set of labels using Report Designer and added to the site map. I now want to add a Print Label button to a generic inquiry. I setup the report up in the navigation parameters, added a column that reads ‘Print Label’ and pointed the navigation to the report/labels. This works when only needing to print one label. But if I click print label on one row and click print label on another row, for example, the second row displays the data from the first row. It doesnt seem to update based on the row I am clicked on. Is this a bug or is there a setting needed to get the print out to show the correct data per row? Thanks!

Hi, We wanted to create a GI to get the inventory in and out details for a given time period hence we created a GI joining PX.Objects.IN.INTranSplit and PX.Objects.IN.INTran tables. Inquiry title is Inventory Transaction History Inquiry.Then we gave start date and end date parameters using the release date in InTran table.The end date parameter seems not working properly. For example, if we give the end date as 3/31/2022 the data shows only up to 3/30/2022. Is there any reason behind this behavior or have I not set the GI in a correct manner? Hello Gang, I was wondering is there any way to freeze a few columns of the DATA ENTRY grids on the left to always have them visible to the user when scrolling to right/left and we have many columns? I tried through Css but couldnlt find “Frozen” or similar property for it.Something like as Excel freez pane I’m looking to simulate in Acumatica

In order to get the volume discount from the Vendor we have to place a single PO with max Qty . In the case of Purchase Requisitions system is treating it as a separate channel for creating a PO. Is there any option to add the  Purchase Requisitions to Include in MRP so that PO will be created with max Qty to get max volume discount ?Please correct me if I missed anything ?

Hello,I am attempting to Release a Pro Forma Invoice and I am receiving the following error message “This document is already released” which seems to be incorrect because if it is released it should have the closed status. Using v2021 R2.  I’ve configured DeviceHub and Acumatica for the label printer.  The user profile has the printer as the default printer.I’ve set the “Print Shipment Labels Automatically” flag in SO preferences.I don’t know if it is required, but I set the User Settings in Pick, Pack, and Ship to Print Shipment Labels Automatically.  We’re not using Pick, Pack and Ship.When I click on Confirm Shipment, labels don’t automatically print.  Is there another setting I’m missing?

How does one deal with 2 uom’s where the conversion is not constant?Example Steel industryA pallet of sheets never weights the same. 100 sheets might weigh a ton with one PO Receipts and then next week 1.01 tons.Also, what would be a solution where I Order in kg’s, I sell in Kg’s but I stock count in Sheets/each. what would be a good option for the base UOM? Remember I have variable UOM Conversion factor.  

I’ve been struggling with creating business events to trigger an email, and I’ve come to the conclusion that building a GI specific to the email is probably my best bet, but unfortunately it is not working for me.I created the GI and have all of the fields I need  and the GI works fine.In email notifications, I click INSERT > DATAFIELDS, find a field, then select it into the document. Adding any field results in the following error code “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”   

I have an import scenario for Trial Balance and an export scenario to process/release all the entries.  My question is, has anyone ever made an export or import scenario that works across entitles?  When you process/release a trial balance entry it takes to you a journal entry which breaks the import/export scenario.  I am looking for a way to automate the whole process.

Hi,I am still green to creating Generic Inquiries. I am trying to create a GI that displays the total inventory Items including qty and amount for each customer invoice. Then from there I am going to create a dashboard that shows the top selling items for each inventory item by qty. Here are screenshots for my total setup. How can I get the Customers Invoices to consolidate/filter correctly in my GI? Let me know or what conditions/settings I am missing? I have been building some customization around the Add Items (Inventory Lookup) functionality of the Sales Order Entry screen. The query that populates the Add Items grid is located in the SOOrderEntry.cs class, and is a PXProjection (see code below). I’m adding it here because it took me a long time to find where it was located, so maybe this will shortcut it for someone else in the future. What I want to do now is to use the PXSubstitute functionality to override this query, so that i can populate that grid with my own data coming from a different source. However, I can’t find any mention of the PXSubstitute functionality in the Acumatica Framework Development Guide anywhere. The first link I reference below even gives a page number (95) in the Framework Development Guide, but I don’t see PXSubstitute anywhere in the development guide, including page 95. Can anyone point me to a reference for PXSubstitute? Latest customization guide...https://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/builds/

I have a GI that seems to keep defaulting to a value when i have no default value set. The report works however its just annoying to have to change the value every time We really dont use the “stocked” class for much.  This is what I want This is what I get every time ..  Here are my ParamsAnd Conditions As you can see I don’t store anything as a “default” value.

2021R2 version.  We receive an EDI 850 from our customer.  Through True Commerce APIs, we create a sales order in Acumatica.  Later, we receive an EDI 860 change order from our customer.  Our business does not want this change order to be automatically applied to the existing sales order in Acumatica.Instead, our business wants us to generate an exception report that lists the content of the 860 (e.g. header info, line item data) and generate exception messages where the 860 change order is different than the sales order on Acumatica.  For example, provide exception message that the line item quantity changed, or that a new line item was being added to the sales order.  This exception report would go to the customer service rep., who would review the changes and manually enter them on the Acumatica sales order if accepted.  Has anyone already built functionality that creates custom change order tables (header, lines, notes), and then matches this to the sales order already existing on

Hi, I am doing a GI to show the GL accounts for NonStock Items.The NS Items are tied to a posting class. The posting class can use the default of Inventory Item (I) or Posting Class (P) I am trying to get the GL account to be in one column. My data field looks like this: =iif ( [INPostClass.InvtAcctDefault]='I', [InventoryItem.InvtAcctID], [INPostClass.InvtAcctID])The GI is returning 2037 instead of the GL#, 11302. Is there a function or a way to get the 11302( The GL from the chart of accounts) to display? Thank you, Bill 

I have a request from a client to delete all “Canceled” Service ContractsI tried adding a delete button to the Service Contracts GI.This resulted with: Error: The record cannot be deleted. Different approach: I tested using a SQL DELETE in my local Acumatica instance database.to bulk delete all existing Service Contracts that have a status of “Canceled”                  DELETE FROM [FSServiceContract] WHERE Status = 'X'This appears to have deleted all the Service Contracts that have a Status of “Canceled”, which is what the customer wants. Note: This SQL approach does bypass business rules in this module. Question: Is there a better (preferred) approach to deleting Service Contracts that have a Status of “Canceled”?My customer requests:Bulk delete all of the Service Contracts that have a status of “Canceled”.
