Is there an online list of Acumatica Partners in European countries? I have a lead for Spain. Maybe create a section in the Discussions Forum called Overseas Acumatica Offices and Partners. and post the contact information for each office and partner. Sometimes an overseas company has a major office or plant in the USA. Hi All,Am I missing something here, I see you can easily do mass emails (Marketing | Mass Email). But I can’t see an easy way to en mass create a load of Tasks / Appointments for members of a Marketing Campaign or Marketing Lists. Within both options you can create an activity, but it seems just for that List/Campaign but they don’t seem to have any links to the members within. Example Scenario - I have a Marketing List of 100 members, How do I easily create a Task/Appointment for all 100 people? I don’t always want to email them and want to set up tasks for users to then call them.

Is there a way to have a multiselector in the mobile app like there is in the main application (PXMultiSelector)?

Our services clients have sub contractors who provide invoices but the payment of the invoices has to be made to an umbrella  services company and only one payment to cover all sub-contractors associated to the umbrella company.A parent child association would work well here as it does in AR.

Hello, We are having trouble with Report “Expense Claim Details” Employee drop down menu populating with direct reports (see attached screenshot).When they run the report with nothing in the Employee parameter it will populate with all expense claims approved by manager within the other Parameters selected. Hi guys, does anyone happen to know how to terminate a deferral schedule related to an AP bill? In the system I couldn’t find any button to close/cancel/delete/terminate/reverse it.Till now I have run recognition twice (at the end of December 2021 and January 2022). But unfortunately we just found out that there’s something wrong with the bill and we need to reverse the whole thing, including the bill and this deferral schedule.How will it infect the deferral schedule if I reverse the bill now? Is there anything else that I need to do?Thanks.

I am trying to help a customer with trying to get DeviceHub setup and eventually to get FedEx labels to print via DeviceHub.There are bits of information scattered in the community and on other Acumatica focused sites on the web. Acumatica help documentation also is difficult to find instructions for DeviceHub installation and configuration.Does anyone have a top-to-bottom documentation on at least the DeviceHub setup and usage? Thank you,Greg

We have been using ShipStation and Acumatica for 4 years, and have not run into this problem. To my knowledge, no settings or configurations have been changed. But over the last several weeks, the integration seems to have degraded. We can export shipments fine, and maybe 1 out 15 shipments gets confirmed. The vast majority, however, remain open. When the issue first started, the tracking # and freight costs were still importing. I was able to build a filter based on these parameters and my warehouse was able to manually confirm the ones that had shipping info. On the ShipStation Log Details screen, most are in error. I have searched this Community and others like it and the ShipStation Community and have been able to find anyone else with this specific issue. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

I ran into an error when publishing a customization project that I haven’t seen before:  “The '<project name>' customization project contains a prohibited database script”.  The customization has published without errors and the db script in it executes fine on many different Acumatica instances except for this particular one.  The db script just drops a view if it exists, and then creates the view.  The Acumatica build is 21.115.0017.  The error shows up right away after selecting Publish.  Did I miss something in the release notes somewhere where certain db commands are no longer allowed in scripts, or could it be a licensing or permissions issue of some kind?

I have items on my MRP Exceptions that are showing Transfer Available types. How do I get these off of this list as they should not be available from that supply warehouse? They are the ones highlighted on the bottom.

Hi, One Employee needs to report the time Two different Projects. Once complete the Time Card Entering need Project manager Approval base on line level ProjectWise. (01). How Could we facilitate the Approval for individual Project managers upon line level?(02). Is there any restriction to enter one Employee to multiple Labor Items or Is that One to one mapping?  Regards

We’re attempting to troubleshoot a new store connection and seem to have everything in place on the Shopify side – when we try to sync the orders we get the following error:Inserting 'Sales Order' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CuryOpenTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. CuryUnbilledTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. ShipVia: 'Ship Via' cannot be empty.Shipping address and methods are present in the order JSON along with Tax lines which appear to all be accurate. Any input on where the misconfiguration could be would be greatly appreciated!

We would like to get a version of the AR aged report for Customers who have an invoice outstanding over 90 days (age03), and then we want to show all invoices for that customer.  If they do not have an invoice over 90 days old we don’t want them on the report. I thought that there would have to be a way to filter the report using the AgeTot03 variable (<>0) then print but I am not having any success.Any ideas?

All - I have an Import Scenario created the goal is to import time from a SQL table to the Labor Screen and create the labor batch. See Scenario The data comes in with out issue when I prepare it however the import is giving me the following error.   Any help is greatly appreciated. 

Our customers get uploaded automatically from our CMS. By error sometimes twice. Once in acumatica, how do I merge the customers, so I have only one customer in acumatica?

I am using the external tax provider and this is causing me to not be able to unclose appointments without disabling the external tax provider. How would I fix the taxes so they are up to date so it no longer causes this error?
