Has anyone found an elegant way to create shift schedules for organizations with rotating shifts?  We are trying to configure a system for an organization with multiple branch locations.  There may be a few basic shift patterns (e.g. two weeks on day shift, then 1 week on night shift).  They want a simpler way to have employees’ scheduled available hours on the calendar boards to change according to their weekly shift.

My MRP is asking me to delete items from an RC Order (I think) and I am not understanding why. Can anyone shed some light on this situation so I may try to get it cleared off my list? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

How does Acumatica control the dunning letter levels for 30/60/90/120 day levels where the ‘severity’ of the dunning letter increases with each monthly iteration.  Like 30 day “Please send in your payment’ to 120 day - “Your account will be closed if we don’t have payment in 10 days”.  We only see one notification template but believe there are ‘severity levels’ in the dunning letters but we don’t know a) how they work and b) how to modify the language to match the clients preference.Thank you,Mike

Our IT department is telling me that to access the edit menu screen you need to have Admin access  and that it cannot be changed. This doesn’t sound right. How can you configure all users to have access to the menu edit screen?

Hi there,We'd like to create some "graphic" dashboards in Acumatica for showing our customer journey and to create a sort of cover page to access each department's Wiki. I know it's capable of doing like the below / attached images - the first was obtained from an online article and the other was created by an intern we had some time ago. We are trying to show the ship to on the Sales quote but not having any luck finding the link.  We want to use the ship address in the opportunity and it comes from the CRShippingAddress table.  What would be the best way to link them?  We have tried the @opportunity @quote  but it doubles prints each item in the quote.

Hi, There was a requirement that user needs to keep different Item Costing track in different locations under the same warehouse. Ex: Item A -- Location A Cost =10$     // 100 Qty  //   GRN : 01-Feb-2020      Item A -- Location B Cost =20$     // 200 Qty  //   GRN : 01-Jan-2021      Item A -- Location C Cost  =0$     // 300 Qty  //   GRN : 01-Dec-2021User need to issue from Location C(With 0$ cost Items), but when select the Location C, system is considering oldest stock first. As a result system issued from Location A.(GRN : 01-Feb-2020).If we enable Location costing, when we select the Location C , system issued 0$ stocks item from Location C. HiMy customer Balance Sheet is out of Balance, I found one batch with transactionsin multiples periods, thsi is affecting the balance sheet because the debits are in one period and credits in other. I do not have idea why this happens.Any idea how i can revert this batch with the same periods?I was thinking using a sql script to update the batch by a CustomizationAny idea how i can resolve this?ThanksVivian

Hi, We need to restrict Project specific Item Quantity. Ex: There are 1000 Cement bags for One Projects. but it can be divided multiple Tasks. Task 01 ---- 200 PcsTask 02 ---- 500 PcsTask 03 ---  300 PcsCustomer needs to Restrict when create the Purchase requisition system should not allow to create PR more than 1000 Qty.Ex: If Create One PR = 800 Pcs then next PR should allow only 200 Pcs. Hi,There is a customer requirement (Construction project) to restrict creating purchase requestions if the budgeted quantity exceeds. As an example ,  a budget of 10,000 cement bags has been allocated for a specific construction project. The project execution team has been utilized 10,000 allocated cement bags and the team try to create a new purchase requestion to buy more 100 cement bags. In this case system needs to restrict creating a new PR since the budgeted 10,000 units of cement bags exceeds by this PR. Appreciate help on this matter.  Thanks,Dulanjana

I created an Export Scenario and when I view the Screen from the Export Scenario screen it shows me exactly what I am expecting.  (Thanks Naveen)However, when I try to Process Export Scenario, I get an error.The data gets “prepared” and this is exactly what I am wanting to export:In case it helps, here is the definition of the data provider and Export ScenarioPARAMETERSSCHEMA  EXPORT SCENARIOThe source of the data is from a Generic Inquiry.For CSV provider, you have to link a file and that file name is used to create the export file.  I don’t see that file link option in the Generic Inquiry Provider type, so maybe it just doesn’t know what file to export to?Any ideas what that error is caused by?Thanks,Joe Schmucker 

Hello,I have 3 statement cycles defined in the “Statement Cycles” screen.All 3 are available for choosing from the drop down in the “Print Statements” screen.However, only 2 are available for choosing in the “Prepare Statements” screen.The one that is missing is my EOM statement cycle.Any idea as to why I don’t have that statement cycle available to choose in “Prepare Statements”?Thanks!

Hello,I have an issue to export TaxDetails table to Acumatica together with bill data.I prepared columns : TaxID, TaxRate, TaxableAmount, TaxAmount. for requestRequest is received status OK, new bill Item is appeared at acumatica, but tax details is emptyIs there any special conditions, with the help of which I can send TaxDetails table data to Acumatica? 

We were under the impression that an MRP Display of “Safety Stock” indicates the item is only needed to keep the item quantity above the safety stock level. However, we are seeing items which are negative to allocation (ie. demand for the item on existing production orders exceeds the quantity on hand and on order) but MRP shows the item as needed for safety stock. Shouldn’t this be either MRP Requirement or Production Material? See below for sample item:The “Safety Stock” designation is confusing and has resulted in stock outs as the items weren’t ordered in time to meet the real demand for the item. Hi All, I have uploaded Assets and they have been depreciated using Tax Type “Book”.  however now the client would like to calculate “Tax” (i.e. no posting) as well.  I don’t seem to be able to add another Book in the Balance section against the Asset.   How do I add this please? Regards,Laura

Is there a way to search cumulative release notes for a given version of Acumatica (ie: all build release notes for 2020 R2 as an example)?  Prior to creating a support ticket, it would be nice to be able to search release notes for potential fixes in subsequent builds.  Currently it seems that I need to find each build for a version and then download, open and search through the PDF release notes.Is the known issues list the one stop shopping source for any issues fixed in a build?
