Hello everyone, I think I am just missing some simple setting or way of editing this report, but I cannot get the right results for the Sales Order Details by Inventory Item. (Screen ID: SO611500)Our client wants to utilize the report without the Subtotals and repeating headers that the report incorporates. I think I tried every setting within the Subsections and moving the data around to other sections but I couldn’t get the correct result.Does anybody ever edited this report in that way?

Is there away to use ‘AND’ and ‘OR’ in a visible expression on a report writer section?  If so, what is the correct syntax as I have tried various parenthesis and cannot get it to work so any help would be appreciated. 

How can we add a comment to all POs?  Ex., “We are closed on …………..”

Does anyone know how can I activate the lookup button for that highlighted field(DefaultSalesSubID)? It’s interesting because in the screenshot above I pressed the lookup hotkey (F3) and it works, but for an specific old version it was available and we don’t have any customization on this screen Thanks in advance

Hello everyone, Acumatica’s standard workflow is missing from the Change order screen. I see there is a KB that shows how this can be fixed but the type of my account doesn’t have access to the page below:https://community.acumatica.com/customization-and-development-72/how-to-resolve-the-issue-when-default-workflows-are-not-shown-on-the-customization-project-editor-4962I tried to remove this screen from the customization project and add it back but the issue still persists. I am trying to create a generic inquiry that includes SO#, Line Item P/N, ship to date, and the ship to address from the shipment. I’m able to get all fields that I need only it is listing each SO# an infinite amount of times with differing information under the Address Line 1. When I remove the AddressLine1 from the results grid, the issue goes away - so I know it is an issue related to that. Any ideas? I’m sure it is something simple I am missing but I’ve stared at it for far too long at this point. Note - there is only 1 item on SO000002. 

I have several accounts for intercompany transactions that have an account class of “IC”.  The client does not have different accounts for AR and AP intercompany.When they print the Balance Sheet, if the net of the Account Class is positive, they want it in the Asset section and if negative, they want it in the Liability section.Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do it?Thanks.

We’ve developed a webhook that receives push notifications and does entity creation work. All has been working fine until we moved to 2022R1, where we’re seeing odd behavior during the process that is kicked off by the webhook event.The web hook kicks off a custom long running process before returning to the caller. The webhook returns correctly, but shortly after, the site goes down and we find a PXNotLoggedInException in our Windows event logs. This feels like an instance or installation related issue, rather than a code issue. Has anyone experienced this before?PXNotLoggedInException Detail 

I am setting up a business event to notify a controller about new vendor creations occurring in the system.  Everything works on the notification email except they want a link to click on to take them to the vendor record.  It takes them to the vendor record but doesn’t fill in the vendor acct_CD so it give them a blank vendor screen to create a new vendor.  Can anyone look at this html code and see why the vendor acct.cd is not be sent through the URL link?<p class="richp"><a href="https://URL/Main?CompanyID=Test&ScreenId=AP303000&AcctCD=((Vendor.acctCD))" target="_blank"><br>New Vendor</a></p><p class="richp"><br></p>Thanks,

In implementing Acumatica, one of the features I wanted to add was the credit card feeds/ receipt storage. I wanted to know if Acumatica has a similar feature to SAP concur. We currently have a paper credit card processing and data entry environment. My goal is to convert to paperless via feeds and pics of receipts.  Does Acumatica have a similar application?  Thanks for your feedback.

Hi All, I am trying to make a new column in the below GI which contains the sum of ‘Component Qty’ for an ‘Inventory ID’. Suppose for Inventory ID JE17882TK, the component quantity is 3 and 2. The new column should have 5 as value.Thanks.  

I’m doing testing on a custom application in 2021R2.  I am trying to delete a customer from the sample database and I am getting this message:I’ve run a sql query against every table that has a field name with ‘%BAccountID%’ and ‘%CustomerID%’ (which was over a hundred).  The only place that account ID is referenced is in the Customer, BAccount, Location and a couple other customer setup tables.  I can find no records in anything related to Equipment.I’ve tried debugging the Delete process but I cannot find the place in the available code repository where validations are done to check for orphan records, so….does anyone recognize “Equipment” and have any idea what that table might be? 

I’d like to be able to make one of the web endpoints read-only.  Is that possible without going through security/roles?There are some other web endpoints that I would like to make specific fields read-only as well. Is there a way to do that?  I could make a non-persisted field that mirrors the value of the field I want to display and expose that in the endpoint. I’m wondering if I’ve overlooked something. 

I created a new restrictive role that has very limited access to a few screens.Now other users who do not have this role see less in their menus.I have seen this before.I believe it may be possible that items that are “NOT SET” may be lost on these other users when I created the new restrictive role.Does anyone have a way to have my new role not affect any users who are not assigned to it?Thanks!

Hello,    In “Search in Files”, I can select multiple files at the same time, but if I click “delete file”, only the first file in selection will be deleted.    Is it a bug?  Or the system is designed to do so?        Now, my question is , is there a way I can delete the out of date files in batch?

Is there a way in Purchase Order or on AP bills to default the GL account by selecting the project and project task?

Hi,I need to setup 2 different type of projects, one that sends all the project transactions to a WIP account (this is the current setup) and a second type that send all the transactions to another GL. Right now the GL settings on the items dictates where the amounts are posted, is there a way to bypass that setting for a specific project. Keep in mind, we have different items that hit different account groups on the same project.

Good day.Another import scenario issue.  See the attached.  The scenario creates the contact with no issue; which is pretty good.  However, the contact created does not link to the Business Account/Customer ID.  I tried a number fixes but nothing seems to work.Any suggestions or changes you can recommend.  i would not like to assign them manually.I appreciate this group’s assistance very much. @Evan G 

I’m trying to build a script that will create a new customer via REST API. I’m running into issues with linked entities not shown in the Web Service Endpoints form yet I need to pass a value for them. For example, I receive the following error message. 'error': "Inserting 'Location' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.; CSalesAcctID: 'Sales Account' cannot be empty." However, I’m not sure how to resolve this issue when I’m sending a PUT method to Acumatica with the following parameters.    },    'Location':{        'CSalesAcctID': {'value': 60030},    }, I noticed that Location was not listed as a linked entity in the Web Service Endpoints list. How am I able to make the connection to Location if it’s not a part of the endpoints list?

Good day everyone,We have a client who is experiencing issues with the function of correcting the Shipment.The Shipment was confirmed by Accident. No Billing or inventory transaction has been taken place.The Sales Order is Completed. When I try to recreate the problem in Sales Demo environment. (Same settings on Order type etc), it works.The User hits Correct Shipment (myself included in that environment) and it says the Operation was completed. Yet, the status doesn’t change to Open as it should: Anyone ever experienced this?
