Has anyone run into problems attempting to set E-sign synch to an automation schedule? A customer running 2021 R1 managed to get the package installed and configured his Docusign to work with it but he finds that the automation actually never triggers the synch to occur. I duplicated this on a demo setup (each history lists 0 items processed). No conditions are listed. I’ve watched a few videos online and never found someone demonstrating the schedule feature, only mentioning that there is one. Before I file a support ticket I wanted to ask if anyone has run into the issue or was successful making scheduled synch work.Thanks!

Hi everyone,We’re new to Acumatica and looking to implement an AP workflow that incorporates entering a vendor invoice and saving without posting to the GL i.e. we may need to edit the transaction lines prior to posting. We also need the process not to restrict us closing a period.Would the settings need to be following? Thanks and much appreciated

I’m trying to create an import scenario to reverse some AP Bills.  I am getting this error “An error occurred during processing of the field Tax Calculation Mode value N TX Error: The Tax Calculation Mode field can have only the Tax Settings (T) value because the Net/Gross Entry Mode feature is disabled.”

I created an import scenario.  It seems to be capturing the fields from my spreadsheet, but I have only 1 vendor in Acumatica.  I want to upload the rest.  I’m just testing on 1 vendor right now in my upload. I keep getting an error “1 items have not been processed successfully.  View name:  BAccount”.  Then in the column for the error it says “Requested Value was not Found” but the value is the name of the vendor, which I’m adding, so of course it wouldn’t be found.  Why won’t it just add the new record?   I’m new to Acumatica, and I’ve gotten this far just from reading the manual and some online videos, etc.  But, this error is not addressed, and I think I’ve done everything else.  I think something must be setup wrong with my import scenario, but I’m not sure what.

Our customer has a large amount of projects and would like to have the ability for users to have a My Projects Filter type that is common throughout the system.When I go into the Project manager column, i can enter @me and the column filter works as expected. When I try to make a more permanent filter, it refuses to accept the @me filter. I tried @me, =@me, and =’@me’ What am I doing wrong?

Regular notes change the icon on the primary list to show a record has a note but if the note is a pop-up, it does not change.  The Acumatica suggested work around to open the record does not seem to be a reasonable solution.

We have discount codes setup and assigned for all our items using item price class and customer price class and discounts are being applied properly in the SO document.However we also have special net customer prices setup for certain customers and items and in this case the price class discount is applied on top of the customer price we setup in sales prices.When a customer price is setup should this not be the final price and no other discounts applied?

Hi, I am working with a customization project and we have added custom fields on the Shipments screen. We have a DAC class set up in Visual Studio, the Database Scripts for these fields have been added in the Project Editor, and the fields have also been added to the screen in the Project Editor. We have added custom fields for seven other screens in this way and they are working just fine. However, with Shipments it seems whenever changes are made to the project in Visual Studio and the new DLL is loaded into the Project Editor, the custom Shipment fields disappear from the Customization Project. The fields will remain in the Screen Editor, under the Form tree, but are removed in the Custom Data Fields section in the Screen Editor. They are also not visible on the Shipments page in the Acumatica instance. This occurs when a new DLL is loaded into the Project Editor, even with changes unrelated to the Shipment fields.I have tried removing the artifacts of these fields in the Form tree,

I have two different dates in different screens Ex(stock item and Branch) and i would like to update the minimum value of the stock item date and Branch date into a different screen. Can it be done via generic inquiry and Business events. thank you in advance

We have a prospect who is ready to purchase Acumatica but have run into an issue with Landed costs.The prospect imports multiple items with different duty rates in one shipment from one vendor. When applying landed costs they need a way to parse the items that by class in order assign different duty rates.I thought of 2 solutions and need to know if either path would work:Add an Item Class filter to the Add PO lines panel or, Add an item class column to the landed cost TAB detail sectionSolution 2 would be ideal, if I understand properly, because it would allow a user to add multiple custom codes that would apply to only a particular class of goods.Am I correct? If so I will look at doing the modification.

I am trying to configure the create and authorize process for our client but cannot get it to pick up credit card payments.From what I read and currently understand, I can use the Create and Authorize function in the Process Orders to look at all orders I want to ship and get a credit card pre-authorization.Client business process:The company will create products that are pre-sold up to 3 months before delivery. The same sales order may have multiple lines with different promise dates. When the product is ready to ship, the company will get a pre-authorizations to know what shipments should be created. Version 2021 R1On the Tasks screen (CR306020), my customer would like to send an email to the owner of the Opportunity when a task is completed if the owner of the TASK is different than the owner of the Opportunity.Is there an example somewhere of how to trigger an email from Visual Studio code?I created a Notification Template.  I’d like to trigger the template from code.  I’d need to be able to supply the From and To fields.  I also want to provide a custom body for the email.Is this possible?If this is covered in Acumatica Training, I don’t know which lesson to do.  Please let me know if there is training available that I don’t see.   

I’ve made a .png with our logo and the same height/width of the Acumatica logo so it should just be an easy swap.We have a few site personnel that can’t seem to use bookmarks efficiently.  They google Acumatica login and end up on some other companies login page and they say they can’t get in, reset their password there etc.   Old dogs new tricks scenario.This way if they don’t see our logo, they’ll know their in the wrong spot. Question is in the title; if we’re hosted by Acumatica, how can I:rename: login_logo.png to login_logo-old.pngupload our: login_logo.png
