Hello,I have a very simple GI I am working on.  I want to select “Receipt” records.The GI works and I can see records where InDocType and TranType have a value of “Receipt” in them.  However, I cannot limit my results with a simple condition on either field I return no records if I add this condition for either field.   

Hi,We are looking to switch some of our custom fields to be unbound. I have switched the custom fields in our Sales Order extension DAC with no problems. However, following these same steps with our Shipment extension DAC, I have run into some issues. I made the changes to the fields in the DAC, but now the fields are completely missing from the Screen page in the Project Editor.Adding the fields back in through the Project Editor UI will give a “duplicate field” error, or it will add the field and not recognize that it exists in the customization code.Has anyone run into this before? I want to add the State to the Vendor ID lookup popup window (selector).  It is not one of the fields that can be added easily as it is not part of the vendor id attribute.There is a well documented way to do this here, but unfortunately, I cannot find where the actual PXSelect statement is to overriden.I found the VendorAttribute which matches the fields that show in the popup window.I thought maybe this method might be what is used to create the results for the selector but when I put a break on this in debug, it is not being fired. In the customization editor on screen AP301000 Bills and Adjustments, the field attribute is shown as follows. Does anyone know where the actual PXSelect statement is for this lookup field?  The code example provided by KishoK in the article mentioned above gives me a boilerplate template on how to do it, I just don’t know where to override the PXSelect that is being used for the popup.Thanks,Joe

Hi,The Tenant is configured with two companies and a one company(Ceramic) have two branches. When creating transactions the system allows to create transactions in between branches and this affects a difference in the branch level TB. Please refer below example.The Midaya Ceramic Pvt Ltd is configured with two branches - Ceramic and CandlesWe have created two warehouses for Ceramic and Candles. I have created a transfer from Ceramic warehouse to Candle warehouse. In this case system creates a journal transaction for both branches affecting a difference in branch level TB.In this case I need a help on avoiding occurring transactions like that since the customer haven’t purchased intercompany transactions. Thank you,Dulanjana 

I created the attached GI which works well in the browser.However I want to use it in the Mobile App and I get the following error.“sequence contains no matching elements”Has it to do with my GI? 

Hello COmmunity,I am simulation a process.Assuming a client go live. On the bank module, transactions like inter bank transfers, payment, bank charges etc have been posted against a bank.HOw can I bring in the opening balance of the bank before go live so that the bank balance can be use to relate with the reduce the negative value to it actual value….. Thanks in anticipation

I want to add the “Last Vendor Price” that is shown in the Stock Items screen to the data grid on the “Purchase Orders” screen.I believe this will involve creating a custom non-DB related field in the PX.Objects.PO.POLine DAC.  Then I would get the value from the POVendorInventory table for the respective vendor in the Purchase Orders screen.  I think I would do this in an POOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<POOrderEntry> extension as that is the graph used for the Purchase Orders screen.I would get the value to store in the custom field and trigger it with one of the row events.  However, I’m not sure which one to use.  Can someone give me advice on which one of these is the most appropriate? Thank you in advance for your help.  Also, if you think my plan is bad, I’d welcome any suggestions.Joe Schmucker(Noob) 

We are trying to implement the  Daily Field Report for our field employees.  Many of our projects are billed in full before all work is completed due to contracts being a lump sum and not T&M. Once they are billed complete they are removed from Active status to Billed Complete so they are removed from our WIP reporting for that month.  The problem we are having though is that once the job is no longer in “active” status employees can no longer find this job under Projects in the Daily Field Report if they need to add additional hours after it was closed on the accounting side.  Is there a way to have the Daily Field Report continue to show jobs that are in a different status other than just active?

We do not want items sold out or not available for sale to show up on our Big Commerce Website.  Here is our problem: When the last item in stock of a particular SKU is on an Acumatica sales order (but not invoiced) it still shows on the Big Commerce website as available for sale.  How can we configure our Acumatica connector so when the last item of a SKU is on a sales order the item will not show up as available for sale on the Big Commerce website?  We are on Acumatica 2020 R1. 

How do you get a PO status to say closed when you end up returning all items and canceling the PO?

Does anyone know if there is an integration with Dunn & Bradstreet or any other credit checking facility for Acumatica? ThanksSharon

Hello, I have a situation where a user needs to be notified whenever the credit limit utilisation of a customer exceeds a certain threshold. I have tried using an existing GI which Acumatica offers out-of-the-box with title ‘AR-CreditLimitCustomers’ and added a field to calculate the utilisation percentage. The calculation is as below.=((([ARBalancesSharedCredit.CurrentBal]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.UnreleasedBal]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalOpenOrders]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalShipped]-[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalPrepayments])) / [CustomerSharedCredit.CreditLimit]) * 100 However, as expected, the business event does not trigger due to a known limitation that business events do not work on calculated fields. For this reason, I created a SQL View which basically runs the same query as in the GI above and included the custom formula as well as a separate field. Hello, good afternoon. I have a tab "summary" that contains fields of type date and I assign the default value (today) as well as in my header but the values ​​do not appear. For confidentiality reasons I cannot show all the fields on the screen  in the corresponding fields (DAC) of my header and summary (detail DAC) I used: [PXDefault(typeof(AccessInfo.businessDate))]but only works in the header date field (not in summary tab as you can see in the image above) the screen is a customizationcan you help me please? thanks

Hello,I am unsure of the purpose of Stock Item kits in Acumatica.I created a stock item and marked it as kit.Then I defined the kit in kit specifications.  It is just 2 purchased parts in the kit.I put if a sales order for the kit’s stock item ID and MRP did show it in the MRP display.How do I generate something for the shop to build the kit from MRP?It seems like I have to see the demand in MRP display, then open Kit Assembly and process this.It seems like just having a BOM with 1 “assembly” operation and the component materials is a better way to go as I can generate the production order directly from MRP and when completed the completed kit goes into stock.Am I missing some basic understanding of Kits in Acumatica?Thanks!

Hi,We just started our Acumatica implementation. We are a wholesale food distributor in Ohio. I was wondering if someone out there did a recent implementation and is willing to have a conversation about their experience.Thanks in advance.

I am working on getting MRP up and running for my company. We have been getting by until we could get our BOMs updated with acumatica and in line with how it would pull inventory. Then, we did an entire inventory count to balance back out all of the mistakes that had been made over the months since our “go-live” date. That being said, we have several POs that have been created due to word of mouth need instead of through MRP. Is there a way to go back and link these POs to lines on MRP to remove the items from the list so we do not create any more POs for unnecessary items? If not, how should this be handled to get these items off of MRP?TIA

Is there a way to permanently exclude credit and debit memos from the Print/Email process?  IE we would like memos to permanently not show up on Print Invoices and Memos screen (filter not really acceptable) and not trigger the Invoice notification template defined in AR preferences Thank you!!

Does anyone know of a way to generate production tickets from MRP for the total quantities that are in demand for an item.  Currently it is showing the same item multiple times and if you generate tickets it will create one by one instead of a sum of the quantity.  If we manually sum the qty and create a work order for that quantity, mrp still shows the demand one by one until it’s complete.  Quite cumbersome to keep on track.  Any suggestions?

We are trying to add a group at the end of the Summary tab on the Projects screen.  We create the new group by adding a new group from the controls box.  When we add the data field to the group and try to publish it, we get a Validation Error.  Is this the correct process to accomplish this?
