I'm trying to find where “Other”, located in Service Orders, can be located on the Mobile app.

@bhyland As far as I can tell this needs to be mapped via mobile customization to add this functionality, but I couldn’t find an example community article where someone described this process.


Hi everyone,

One of our mechanics figured it out.  Copy the text from the “Other” tab in the Service Order, and paste it to the “Other” tab in the related Appointment.  From there, it will populate on the mobile in the Summary tab, in the Comment.

I just hope no one out there uses the Comment field.  We do now.
