Couldn’t find the function to calculate difference in time between fields in generic inquiry ieTrying to get the time difference from when a sales order was created and when it was shipped. The only function I could get was DateDiff but it doesn’t return time only days=DateDiff( 'd',[SOShipment.ConfirmedDateTime],[SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])*-1 Any suggestions in how to go along with this?

When I add a Scorecard KPI Widget to a Dashboard, it rounds the result, which I don’t like.Here is a screenshot where the number is actually 5,001 but it rounds to 5K: Is there a way to get this number to appear as 5,001 and not 5K?

Hi All,I am revising a GI that show all the items placed in back order or have yet to be shipped. The situation I am facing is that duplicate line of the same items show up when partial quantity is shipped out and there is still remaining quantity to be fulfill. Above screen shot shows that 7 pieces were shipped out and 18 pieces is still on back order. I could not figure out what relation I will need to set in order for the GI to show the line once, preferably the line that is in Open QTY. I suspect there is a hidden line somewhere that I can’t see and remove.Looking forward to see help from the community regarding the situation above. Kind regards,Calvin   

I’m trying to filter results on a GI to @today but it returns 0 results.  I attached the GI.

I have a problem and I am not sure how to fix it, one store uses the Shopify connector and one store uses the BigCommerce connector.Each store has thousands and thousands of products with individual SKU numbers, so each stock item in Acumatica creates 1 product in the stores. I am trying to condense these products as much as I can, to give each one a color variant where it is applicable. I was trying to do this with TEMPLATE ITEMS and MATRIX ITERMS but I can’t seem to do it with existing stock items and also use existing stock items for their matrix items (variants).I can not change the SKU numbers, the SKU numbers are used across multiple stores both online and offline.For example say i have these 3 stock items REG-RB-0013 (red lighter), REG-RB-0014 (blue lighter), REG-RB-0015 (green lighter). Currently all 3 of these are different stock items and 3 different products across the stores. I need to take the REG-RB-0013 and make it just a lighter with red being the default variant with R

I have a customer requesting a report of everything they have rented from us, with prices included. Is there a report out there that has this information on one report?

Is there a dedicated Company Name field in the customer record? We are not using the CRM module so we have been inputting the company name in the Account Name (Customer:AcctName) field, however this is a required field so if there is no company name we have been inputting the full customer name in this field, which is not ideal.Is there a best practice for this? We are used to having a non-required field for Company name (in our old ERP) that we would leave blank if there was no company associated with that customer. This would help with marketing, etc.

Team - we’re trying to limit the ability of our PM team to enter multiple PO Receipts per PO.  I’m wondering what the best way of going about this is.  Essentially, if there is already a PO Receipt received for a specific PO, I want it to be very difficult to receive another one.  This appears to be an issue for newer trainees and correcting it in the system is a bit of a hassle.  I tried to create an approval map for Purchase Orders but I’m confused as to where the map is being applied - it isn’t triggering any approval and I’ve added the map to PO preferences.I’m not married to an approval map - if there’s a preference that can limit one PO Receipt to a PO then that would work, too.  Also, the PM is doing the PO entry and receipt, so limiting their access here wouldn’t make a ton of sense.  Open to any suggestions, right now we’re just telling the team to check if there’s a PO receipt in the PO history tab.  

2021R2 version.  We receive an EDI 850 from our customer.  Through True Commerce APIs, we create a sales order in Acumatica.  Later, we receive an EDI 860 change order from our customer.  Our business does not want this change order to be automatically applied to the existing sales order in Acumatica.Instead, our business wants us to generate an exception report that lists the content of the 860 (e.g. header info, line item data) and generate exception messages where the 860 change order is different than the sales order on Acumatica.  For example, provide exception message that the line item quantity changed, or that a new line item was being added to the sales order.  This exception report would go to the customer service rep., who would review the changes and manually enter them on the Acumatica sales order if accepted.  Has anyone already built functionality that creates custom change order tables (header, lines, notes), and then matches this to the sales order already existing on

I could clear the Cache before querying but the case is I need the data stored in the Cache by the platform for further processing. Any help will be appreciated. I got around it using “PXDatabase.SelectSingle<EPApproval> …” but I do not believe it is the correct way.

Hi,For the given project template, the project template screen revenue and cost tabs show $0, the project budget screen has 0 records, but a the PMBudget table has 21 records.The GI we built to analyze project budgets is including the project template due to these 21 records, so does anyone know how to get rid of these records?Thank you,Dave Z

Hi Everyone. I need help in filtering some entities. Note, we are using Bundle B2B.1. Sales Order Export - Filter by BranchI need to only export Sales Orders in the SLC-APPL branch to BigCommerce.I have tried filtering by CurrentDocument.BranchID for Equals or Contains SLC-APPL, and even tried the underlying number associated with the branch in SQL (27 in Sandbox)Any filtering on CurrentDocument.BranchID seems to filter all orders instead of letting only SLC-APPL orders through. Since we do so many Sales Orders in different branches this makes error monitoring very difficult.Inactive Acumatica customers are exporting to BigCommerce/BundleB2B. I have run some tests on Sandbox with the entity filters and it doesn't seem to be working as intended. Thank you.  

I am trying to find a way to change SQL server from using UTC time to Local time. This is because I need to be getting Local time when I pull data using ODATA via excel. Is there a way to configure the SQL server from UTC to local time?

When I try to export BOM, the first line of each Assembly shows the same incorrect Material Component ID and UOM;   The second line on to the last line is correct;  It’s only the first line, and only these two fields that are incorrect with the same incorrect value each time.  I’m assuming maybe I need to use some kind of offset to fix?  Any advice would be appreciated!Acumatica Job Setupoutput file from job exampleyou can see the yellow highlighted blocks are always the same item ID and UOM, but the second row on is 100% correct;  Quantity on the first row is correct.   This is the same for all 9,000+ BOM Assemblies exported in this report so a manual fix would be quite difficult.Any idea’s on what I’m doing wrong here?This is the form for the first item in the example, you can see what I’m expecting 001-201 item id;   

I have a customization that has CacheAttached for PMInstanceID for SOOrderEntry that is overridden in two different areas.Is there a way to control the order these apply? e.g. I need them to apply in a specific order or it doesn’t work correctly as the merge removes some attributes.

Yes the modified check is selected as active.  what I DID: under payment methods I have selected checkThen under settings for use in AP I selected the AP641000 Check Form with Remittance.  Under the AP menu I select Check Form with Remittance and click on the Edit Report and did some minor changes. Just moving fields on the check itself.  I saved the report as new version check box and made sure it is actived. Then I go to Process Payments / Print Checksselect Checks, enter the account and next check number click on process and the check generated looks like the check unmodified. Are my assumptions correct, that selecting AP641000 under payment methods for Check will make the system use the latest modification under Check form with remittance (the one I selected) or am I missing something here???? Any help would be appreciated

I’ve replicated this in client sandboxes and the sales demo data (no customizations published) in multiple builds for 2022 R2. Does anyone know if this is a known issue? If so, which build is this expected to be fixed in?  

Created and successfully prepared customers in an import scenario.  However, when “Import” was activated, random customers were not loaded.  Can not find a common problem as to why it brought some in and some not.  It did not give an error, just did not bring them in.Reran in test company with  The ones in yellow are missing.Excel dataThe Customers loaded:
