Hi everyone

anyone know a fix for this ?

saw this link but I have insufficient rights to open it

Issue description

 

Acumatica screens could not be loaded in iOS web browsers on Apple mobile devices.

 

Root cause

 

This is a known issue for the Acumatica ERP Version 2022 R1 only, Update 11 (22.111.0020) through Update 13 (22.113.0040).

 

Solution

 

Update to the Acumatica ERP 2022 R1 Update 14 (22.114.0029) or later.

 

Workaround

 

Use Acumatica Mobile App.
