Hi all, 

When a user put a case in customer portal, it is not displayed in “Open Cases” in customer portal. Could you please let me know that how it is setup to show “Open Cases” in customer portal?

To display all cases in customer portal in "Open cases", you need to uncheck "Me" checkbox as suggested by @vkumar and clear the “Created By” Selector so that you can see all cases in customer portal.
