Sales order Import scenario Update Existing data

Hello,
Not sure if there is any suggestions on the case below? 
I would like to update the sub account code in those open SO in system.
 
I tried to create a new data provider & import scenario, I noticed that the information update is weird, some order with one line can be updated, some cannot, some order with multiple lines, then maybe one of them will be update or totally no update.

When I did the import scenario data update, it processed successfully.

 

However, in the SO, it does not reflect.

Hi @pandachan48 

Please find the import scenario to update the subaccount.

Please verify for one order with Multiple lines and executed for all. ( Run in the sandbox instance ).

May i know where should I execute this, and how to do it?

Any step or flow to guide?

Could you please check this if you have test environment, if there is no test environment then please check one record and executed for all other records

On your import source data, please use the LineOrder column to identify the detail line on SO instead of the LineNbr. 

 

Make changes on your scenario, and let us know if it works.

Hi, 

I tried to use the line order, but the results still same, where if there is multiple line in the same sales order, it will not happen. this is the import scenario mapping. 

 

This is after import, no changes on it.

Hi,

 

I tried to import your XML file in the data provider.

This is the one i import...

 

After imported, i cant fill the schema field.
in the import scenario, i choose the provider with your xml file, then cant bring the field info.

this is the error.

 

I even tried and change to Line order (sort order) also can’t…

 

no change….

After changed, it successfully import some lines, but not all the lines…

Please try to debug the difference, import scenario worked for me, May be any data issues.
