We are looking at changing our warehouse location naming convention. Is it possible to rename current locations in bulk? Or will we need to transfer products to new locations?The former would be preferable so we don’t have thousands of unusable locations stored in the warehouse in Acumatica.

I want to restrict some users from creating purchase order receipts in one warehouse, but be able to do it in a different warehouse. I still want them to be able to see inventory levels and other info about the restricted warehouse.  Is there a way to do this? Restriction groups would restrict them completely.

Hello-We are having an issue with the OrderDate field on SOOrder. When you create a new order, it automatically populates with the ‘current date’ - however there appears to be a timezone discrepancy / bug.Order created on 11/29/22 at 10:53 PM:OrderDate field automatically populates with date 11/30/2022:Both the timezone of the user, and the timezone of the site in ‘Site Preferences > Login Time Zone’ are configured to be Eastern Time:  Does anybody know how to set the timezone the system uses to fill the OrderDate field?The wrong date is resulting in discrepancies in our reporting numbers. Thank you!!

Hi,I have created a new custom field called LineCtr   (Line Counter) to the PMTask DAC, and I want the value that a user enters in this field to appear in the LineCntr field that is in the PMRevenueBudget column called LineCntr (Line Counter).In the Projects screen, the custom field I have created is in the Tasks tab, and the field I want to update is in the Revenue Budget tab. Below is an example of how the custom field would be used. And this is the Revenue Budget tab: In the Revenue Budget tab, the Project Task is added via a selector. Currently, my custom field is displayed as a column in the selector so that the user can be sure what number they are going to be adding to the LineCntr column. How do I set the default Ship Via for Sales Orders of type TR?Usually, we would use the Customer or Customer Class. This specific type of Sales Order doesn’t have a customer, it has two warehouses involved. I cannot find a default for this and I’ve checked the Order Types and the Warehouses screens.Any help is always appreciated. Thank you! 

Trying to add SOLineSplit.IsAllocated field to a GI but seems to always be blank. 

When clicking into any Notes, the cursor no longer automatically selects the text entry field.  You have to click again to begin typing.  I know this seems like a minor thing, but this group of users collectively edit Notes probably a few hundred times a day, so there’s a lot of mild annoyance flying around. After upgrading to 22.111:must click before you can start typing In 21 R1:window gets focus and user can start typing

Happy Friday all!We have a separate GL for our eCom Sales that is configured at the customer level. If I create a AR Invoice the GL populates as expected based off the Customer. However, on the SO side, the Account GL always defaults to our B&M GL regardless of the customer. Is there a hidden config in preferences or something that I am not seeing? Wanting it to default to what is in the Custom GL Accounts info. Thanks 

Hi, I would like to create a GI to show unbilled PO Receipt amount. In the previous versions we use to have “POReceipt.unbilledTotal” field but it is no more there in the PORECEIPT DAC in the latest versions. Can someone please let me know if there is any other DAC i can use to get this field? Thanks 

Hi Community, Is there any way to create an advance invoice ( AR Side) and offset it with the final invoice in acumatica?? I have checked in the Payment and Application Prepayment functionality. Hi, We added the PO number field to the AP Aging report ( AP631000) Now the client would like have that field as a hyperlink to the PO entry. screen ( po301000)The PO number is being pulled form APTran & is working great. I tried to duplicate the hyperlink on the Reference Number but I am having no luck. I get the PO Number to show as a hyperlink but when clicked the Bills & Adjustment screen opens with te AP Reference number. on the PO field, Properties,  the NavigateMethod is Server I added NavigateParams of OrderType→ [APTran,POOrderType], OrderNbr ->[APTran.PONbr] and the NavigateURL as https://company.acumatica.com/Main?CompanyID=company&ScreenId=PO301000&OrderType=OrderType&OrderNbr=RefNbrFor the URL, I’ve tried it in ‘ and with a $ before the OrderType & Order Nbr. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi All,Can someone please help me? I can’t get some tables’ field data so I tried removing some tables and relationships that I’m not getting any data from because it seems like they’re causing it. After removing some, I got those tables’ data. But then, my total net sales, still with same filtering, differed. And that shouldn’t happen. Now what do I do? Returning the tables will not display those field again tho. Pls let me know what I need to show so you could help, thanks a lot!

Not sure if there is option to do this.An item in SO is shipped not invoiced, but the item is issued by Update IN. What's the process to be able to return the item back to stock and use the same SO and the same item line again for another shipment? It looks like we can only create return order or IN Receipt but there is no way to make new shipment for the same item on the same SO.

Hay guys, I had a great shipping API customisation which was working, however it stopped working. I went to debug and this method of accessing the packages doesn’t work anymore. Hello,We would like to receive push notifications when non-stock items are added or updated. We added the IN-NonStock generic inquiry to one of our existing push notifications, but we are unable to trigger a push notification by updating an existing item. We experimented by adding another GI (AR-Customers) to the same push notification and had no trouble triggering notifications with that one. Is there anything about the IN-NonStock generic inquiry that might be preventing us from triggering notifications? Is it indeed the correct GI to use for this purpose?Thank you.Dave

I’m struggling with an issue with the report writer currently. There is a value that exists within Acumatica that I’d like to display (see “Desiredproperty_Values” for its examine element screen) but despite the category of AMProdMatl being populated by my schema builder (see Schema Builder) it does not appear in the list of values I can assign to appear in a text box. it should have all the same properties as the previous value that appears in the field that I’d like to change from (see Currentproperty_Values) so by my understanding when I use the schema builder to populate my report, that value should also be grabbed.What am I missing here, folks? Why would populating AMProdMatl pull 1 variable but not another?
