How can we facilitate auto-saving the check (AP641000.rpx) as a PDF as soon as the document is processed? Can it be done directly through the Acumatica Report Designer or is a customization approach to be taken?

@TharidhiP i do not believe any of report outputs in Acumatica is saved as attachment of the associated document. If you need to do so you will need customization.
