We are coming off an ECISolutions software and migrating to Acumatica. In the mapping of Customers there is a field called Account Ref which I believe links that customer to a GL Account. My question is what actually goes into that field? In ECISolutions there is a field called debnr that is listing the customer number back to the gbkmut table (main GL table).  Would it be better to link the Customer Class back to the GL Account(s) or continue using the cusotmer number? The final say of course would be for the Accounting Manager to make that decision.

I set up a new sandbox and database and uploaded a backup of my production ERP to populate the database. I can see that the database tables populated, however my data is not showing up in the sandbox. Can someone please help me troubleshoot? Thanks!    

I have a Dashboard that shows a pivot table of item sales, between a Start Date and and an End Date, the pivot is sorted by total sales $ descending.The user would like to be able to export the data from the pivot table to excel.From what I have been able to find it appears the only way to do this is to click on the pivot table header and export the data from the drilldown.The problem is the underlying Generic Inquiry is used for other displays on the dashboard and when the drilldown is used the output has many more columns than the user needs or wants.Is there some other way to export the data directly from the pivot bale?

Can anyone tell me if they’ve had any success with corporate credit cards and Bank Feeds?  We have clients asking what credit card we would suggest and none of our other clients have been able to connect bank feeds with their bank.  I would like to at least have 1 credit card I can tell my clients that works. 

I have added a second shift to my work center for 8 hours. My scheduling blocks are set to 1 hour in my Production Preferences. The second shift has its own calendar. I ran the APS maintenance. Then when I look at capacity, the work center shows 40 blocks of capacity. It showed 40 blocks when I had one shift. Now that I have added a shift I would have expected the capacity of this work center to increase to 80 blocks per week.I have deleted work centers, re-added them, recreated calendars and runt he APS process each time and nothing changes?

I have a customer who does their price markups based on breakpoints (i.e. the higher the qty the customer orders, the lower the markup %).I know the discount process can be configured for breakpoints, but I haven’t been able to find a solution to do that for markups.Any suggestions?

I’m programmatically setting the value of a custom field depending on another field’s value. I want it to happen first thing when the page is displayed, before anything is changed by the user. I which event should I put the code?Thanks is advance for any suggestions.

Is there an option for promise date for in-transit items like we have with purchase orders. The only date option I see there is expiration date. I’m trying to keep track of when inventory will be available for customer purchase in our reports, but I’m struggling with in-transit items/transfer orders. 

I created a very simple sub-report with the below specifications. Hi,In the receive and put away form, when the item is lot/ser I want to enter separate lines even if the lot or expiration date is the same. It is possible?  I dont want to create multipe receipts. Which method I can edit or replace? Thanks,EV

Hi All, I am trying to add a Selector column onto the Location Selector that will show the Base UOM of the Item: For the Inventory ID itself it is pretty straight forward:Yet, when I follow the same logic for the Location, it reduces the Selector to Location ID and Description rather than adding the Base UOM. I tried it with InventoryItem and INTran UOM.Any guidance on how I can accomplish this?I am just not sure what the steps would be to add the UOM onto a Selector field where the Primary DAC is not really related to the Inventory ID. Yet, QTY on Hand shows up, so there has be some relation to the Inventory ID we could utilize?Any help or ideas are appreciated!

Hi!I’ve trying to deploy the ability to print the SalesOrder/Quote report in the Mobile App. I follow the code described in this article Acumatica but nothing happens. The PrintSalesOrder/Quote action doesn’t appear in the container “Order Summary”. I was able to add the report screen in the main menu but i want to have the redirect within a specific Sales Order record.Anybody know what is missing?Thanks!

I was wondering if there was a way to create a prepayment for a blanket purchase order without having to go through a normal purchase order linked to the blanket purchase order. We create orders with vendors who each require an upfront deposit of a percentage of the total amount.Example: We create a blanket PO for 1000 toothbrushes with a total charge of $1000. We need to pay a deposit of 30%, so $300. How can I attach a prepayment for this $300 to the blanket PO?There is an action to create a prepayment request on a normal purchase order but not on a blanket purchase order, so I’m assuming this requires some kind of workaround.

When syncing Customer Price Class (type) price lists that contain prices for matrix inventory and template items to BigCommerce, the price list in BigCommerce contains the list of items, but the prices are all $0.00.This is how it’s set up in Acumatica:and this is how it comes out in BigCommerce:I’m aware that Customer specific prices are not supported by the connector, but this is not a customer-specific price.Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?Thank you!

Is there no approval mapping in the production order module?We want to add approval mapping and assignment to production orders for certain transaction type, but there is not approval tab in the production order settings.
