We have a purchase order work flow issue.  When a sales representative puts an item not in stock on a sales order, (and the items does not have a replenishment set), the item is set to back order.  Our buyers do not know to order that item when the buyers are placing purchase orders.  And the backordered item does not get ordered.  Can Acumatica automatically put these backordered items an a Purchase Order?  If not, how can Acumatica show us we need to put these backordered items on a Purchase Order? 

Which end point can be used to add a new inventory transfer for the screen IN304000 through the Web-API. 

We just want to confirm if this is what we expect for the connector when a customer was deleted in Acumatica. Please consider the ff:1. A customer was created in Acumatica2. It was synced to BigCommerce3. Customer now exists in BC4. Customer was deleted in Acu5. Synced the customer in AC sync history6. Customer still exists in BCIs it what we are expecting? Do we have some indication in BC if a Customer was deleted from it's Acu source? Can we forbid them to log-in and place order in BC? Thank you 

I would like to create a consolidated P&L for two tenants, but exclude sales between tenants. More specifically, tenant A sells to tenant B, but that revenue shouldn’t be considered. Can the row set exclude revenue for a specific customer?Any suggestions are appreciated.

I pay vendors by Job, I go to ‘Prepare Payments’, select the job and pay vendors from there, then I ‘Process’ once to compile them in the ‘Process Payments/Print Cheques screen.  So I do this for multiple jobs.  I do this so I only have to print cheques once, instead of going to the printer 5+ times.  But what this causes is, if I pay the same vendor in multiple jobs, it puts those cheques separately and does not combine them.  So if I Pay that vendor over 2+ jobs, that vendor gets 2+ cheques. Is there a way to combine those into one cheque from that screen, or is there another way I can achieve the same outcome but where the cheques are combined?

what is the reason why Audit History is missing? even though in access rights by user set to view only and also Access Rights by role set to view only, thank you hopefully some people can reply to this .

Hi All, I am having an Issue where I want to have a more detailed Inquiry that is still referencing back to a normal Transaction such as a Sales Order or Shipment. I basically started out and created copies of the Sales Order and other Inquiries, made my changes for Fields and Conditions and exposed it to the Mobile App.Now, I run into the Issue that it is barely showing a very limited Result Screen rather than the Sales Order, the Shipment or others.Please see below for Screenshots.The issue is that major functionality such as editing or taking actions on the Transaction is missing.Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this? Any Settings I am forgetting on the Inquiry Creation itself?Inquiry “Result”Native Sales Order Inquiry “Result” 

What is the procedure for loading historical trial balances? Can you load the most recent TB and load the historical TBs at a later time? 

In Generic Inquiries, we can use Aggregate Functions & Grouping to sum values based on similar key fields, which is a great feature to present summarised data.Is there a similar way to aggregate rows with the source schema tables in Report Designer? It appears that ‘groups’ in Report Designer refers to grouping sections, and does not appear to perform any aggregation.

We have two item classes, REG and FTCCDevice.  REG belongs to Branch 1 with a specific set of GL Accounts and Subaccounts (via Posting Class) and FTCCDevice belongs to Branch 4 with a different set of GL Accounts and Subaccounts (via Posting Class).  The branch assignment is defined on the Warehouse.  Is there way to make this work without having to set up a warehouse for each item class?

Hello, We recently implemented acumatica.We now need a way to extract invoice and sales data to send once a day to different integrators.The files need to be in different formats such as csv, pipe delimited and/or tab delimeted.The files need to be sent the files via FTP or SFTPThe extraction needs to be scheduled to run automaticallyThe extraction needs some logic to send only incremental data (new invoices or sales orders since last execution)

I apologize if this is a duplicate- I tried finding if this topic already existed- if so, please redirect me. However, is it possible to fulfill a sales order by doing an over the counter and a drop ship under the same order? When I do sales order- it assigns shipping labels to all of the items, however, if I do over the counter, I don’t get shipping functionality. Much like the ability to split shipments by date, I need to be able to split it by “Ship Via”.This might even be canned functionality that I don’t know about. I’m a little newer to the order processing side of the system. Any ideas would be great!

I’m using PXReportRequiredException  to open up a report from a button on a screen. I would like to open the report to the where the user can enter the parameters instead of the preview. I don’t want to pass the parameters to the report because it doesn’t make sense in this context.Is there a way to do that?

As you know from 22R1 , CodeRefactoring of LSSelect done and now we have extension classes for Line Splitting and Item Availability. But we are not able to implement them fully as facing issue with creating custom object and call functions or methods.Also while showing fields on line details for preassignment not able to show location and serial number on grid. Please help .

We have two companies in Acumatica, but both use the same bank account. We have created two cash accounts (one representing each company) in Acumatica, both using the same GL account but different branches/companies. Are we still able to use the bank reconciliation feature?I would expect both bank recs to have a large difference but should net each other out (in a perfect world) once fully reconciled - However seems like the reconciling task will get confusing/complicated as you are not sure whether a transaction is truly missing (& requiring a payment/invoice) or whether it was posted to other company. Does anyone run bank recs in a similar situation? Does it work for you?Or should we go down the path of opening a separate bank account for each company account?
