I am looking at the Issues GI I would like for the Returns to show negatives.  Would someone be able to give me directions on how to make this work.  I am trying to balance our inventory daily and really do not want to have to export it daily and change the numbers to negatives.  This is the balancing that we are doing each day to balance.  BEGINNING INVENTORY, BAL SHEET, April 30 PLUS:  RECEIPTS PLUS/MINUS: ADJUSTMENTS PLUS/MINUS: ISSUES LESS:  COGS NET INVENTORY INVENTORY BALANCE SHEET, May 31  

Iam very new to Acumatica.Iam using Acumatica 2022 R2. I get error on below line before while practiced in T210 Certification. Still I am not clear. Good afternoon, My team is new to Acumatica and my question here being is, for credit card purchase transactions already pre paid for. How would I post goods receipts without accounting for the cost(s) already paid for. would this be posted at cost or zero cost - i’m curious if received in any manner how would it effect it and what is the correct way to complete this action. 

Hello,is there a way to automatically check the “mark for PO” checkbox in a sales order if the entered quantity will result in a negative stock qty? The sales staff tends to forget to check the box every now and then. I am looking for a way to make sure no items from SOs are missing in our POs. thanks for your help. 

Looking for a report or GI that would show available inventory for components of a kit. I can’t seem to locate anything like that but it sounds familiar.  Am I missing something or does this not exist? Original question from client: I want a report that shows my available inventory on hand for all the components in a kit, all on one report.

Customer wants to build a prototype product using Production Job. Once all the cost accumulated on the Job, what is the best way to transfer it to Fixed Asset? is there any way to transfer Inventory Items to asset register/module?any better way i.e using Project to build the Prototype and Moving to asset register?

I have set up row sets that work on standalone Income Statement, but not sure how to design the row set so it eliminates on consolidated statement. Maybe I need different GL accounts - see below. Entity A - CorrectSale to end customer - $25K COGS for order - $21K Entity B - CorrectInterco sale of $21KConsolidated - No EliminationThe intercompany Sales line should be zero and hidden. The COGS material line should be $13,827 ($34,889 - 21,062) The row sets are set up as follows:Intercompany sales being driven by GL account 40005 COGS Material being driven by COGS account class How do I go about eliminating the interco entries on consolidation. Hello,I have an integration with a 3rd party EDI provider into Acumatica.I need the ability to compare the incoming EDI (derived from non-standard Acumatica tables) total amount of the EDI sales order with the Acumatica sales order total amount. Example:EDI sales order total = $50 (data stored in custom tables)Acumatica Sales Order total = $51Print this record on my new custom report because the sales order TOTALS don’t match. Discounts are involved which are causing the discrepancies I need to report. I have written a report that accurately reports the Sales Order number and the total from the EDI tables.I intend to use this as a subreport.The total is in a group footing as it sums up the individual lines of the order.This part works. I can write a main report that will accurately calculate the total of the actual Acumatica sales order.However, this too will have the order total in a footer as a subtotal.  (main report) So I have a subtotal on a group in a subreport that I want to com

Hi All,Does anyone have a solution to adding items on the fly to the configuration entry on the Sales Order? I want to add a Non-Stock Item for example, is there a way to do that? I am also looking to change the prices of the child items, however you can not see those prices on the configurator. I know you can change the item total overall but not the child items.  

Ill get straight to the point with an example. (Totally made up for simplistic purposes.) Somebody orders ten 6 packs of Peeps. They are $5. Order total $50.We charge them $50. But we are out of 6 packs, so at no extra charge, we send them ten 8 packs.  We process the order as the 6 packs they ordered, But we want to keep the 6 packs at 0 in inventory, and deduct 10 from the  8 packs. Is there a simple way to handle this?

Is it possible to set a default warehouse only for transfer order?We knew their location configuration at the warehouse level. Looking to see if there is a way to set a default location only in case of transfer orders.

Hi, We have  a client with Segment Keys setup as shows in the screenshot below where the Segment ID 3, 4 and 6 are non Validating segments.The client would like to disallow Blanks or 0’s in these Non Validating Segments. Any idea if this is possible?We cannot enable validation for these segments as the list grows every day. Thanks 

Hello,       We are using “shipping terms” to charge some specific customer handling fee of 2% of item sold.     Normally, it would be fine. But this Invoice amount would contain “non-stock or service” item, which should not be charged.      How can we just count the  freight price based on ONLY sotkc items?

 Acumatica has told us that the only way to update an open Production Order is to manually place the order on hold go to the operation, click the work center and adjust and save the order.So today I started taking a look at how this works.First, I adjusted all the operations in dept 400 on our Production OrderThis adjustment was changing the OH from 2.9 to 2.05 inside the production order.Next, I created a labor batch for 1 minute on Operation 0050.The Cost transaction Backed out the excess overhead from past labor imports in Operation 0050.I discovered that these labor transactions did not necessarily “true” up all the changed OH operations until we did our final move into inventory on the SFO.From this, I have a few questions/assumptions I am hoping to get verified.This “truing-up” process will only do this in the current financial year and open financial periods (we have some long-running orders that would cross the year we do not want this to change numbers from the previous year o

We enter Quote Lines the move them to a different Sort Order. We desire to print our Quotes in Line Sort Order, not Line Order. When reviewing Line sort options in ScreenId=SO641010 I noticed only Line Number Ascending or Descending, not Line Sort Order. Is there a way to Print a Quote to be the same as the Entry screen appears after changing the Line Sort ?

Hi Everyone.  W are looking to enable the Acumatica physical inventory module in our company.  It seems that the inventory selected to be counted will be locked in the system during the process and we typically count during our operating hours.  I wonder how others have dealt with this issue.  Any feedback or experience you may have with this module would be appreciated

Hello-We are using Print Invoices and Memos (AR508000) screen to email out invoices to our customers - this results in some getting 50+ emails all at once, one per invoice. Many are complaining.Is there a way to email out a customer’s open invoices such that they are all sent in one single email, instead of a separate email for each invoice? Thank you!!
