Hoping someone can help. I wonder if I can have a few ideas on how to resolve/investigate this case as we are experiencing this issue to one specific site. The queue size is overloaded not letting a business event get triggered. I have tried cleaning the queue and restarting the dispatcher, and it works fine, however, the next day I checked the business event history and no further events had been triggered so I updated one customer to ensure it was still working and it didn’t work. Then I manually cleared all the queues again as I did previously, retested the customer and it worked… how can we optimize the system so this will run as it should?Furthermore, I’m comparing a few GIs and Business events but I have no idea what is causing this as the GI has only a few records.   Thanks !

I have added a new view to a graph extension, my expectation is that changes made to it would be persisted during the normal Save process. Can I delete a commitment change order that was synced from Procore to Acumatica without reversing it? It was synced accidentality, so we want to deleted it in Acumatica and unlink it between Procore and Acumatica. Is this possible?

I am trying to add the material location ID to the production ticket form AM625000.I have added the value “AMProdMatl.LocationID“ to the materials line (AM625001), but it won’t print on the form.   Any suggestions?   

Hello,I want to remove all NOTES from all PO lines.  I created a GI and exported to excel all PO IDs and all of their line numbers.I created a data provider with these 2 fields.I then created an import scenario to replace the notes with nothing.I can get this to work for the first PO line number without specifying the line number.  However, when I introduce lines into the scenario to select all PO lines, it throws an error like it is trying to add a line to the PO instead of simply updating the NOTES.For my @@Line Nbr. line, I don’t see the PO Line number as an available field.  The “Transactions.LineNbr” is the only line number field available in “Internal Fields”.Any suggestions?

Hello,Does anyone have an experience of how to manage R&D items (i.e. components purchased for prototypes) in Acumatica, in the case of a manufacturing company with a very active R&D department? If we create non-stock items for R&D purchases (which seems correct, since they are an expense), what would we do when an item moves from the R&D phase and into production - if the item is already in the system as a non-stock item?It is my understanding that it isn’t  currently possible to convert a non-stock item into a stock item in the manufacturing edition of Acumatica?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!           

I’m in:Acumatica 2022 R1Build 22.107.0022I have set the order type SO to copy over notes. I set a note on the Sales Order Header and I save. I now have a yellow box in the top right signifying I have a note. I create a shipment, there is no note on the shipment.Is this a known bug? I need to get the notes to shuffle over so I can print them on Pick lists. Anyone know a fix or if I’m mis-using the copy feature under Order types?

New Environment - 2022 R2, EasyPost shipping integration, Zebra printer connected directly to PC via USB001 (we do not use Device Hub), label format EPL2Current Process - (using Acumatica shipping integration with UPS WorldShip) Shipments are created individually from a sales order, confirmed, UPS label printed on the Zebra printer and put on the package (we do NOT batch process shipments)In the test environment, we are unable to get the UPS label to print on the Zebra printer. We setup the BAT file as directed in one of the help topics and associated the file type to the BAT file but the label still isn’t printing.One possible issue is that the file created is x-epl2 which was not an option in the carrier setup.Has anyone had success printing UPS labels from the shipment screen without device hub? I need help to access the acumatica installers

In a Manufacturing environment it can be helpful to have both Parent and Child Orders available for a reference.Where would I find the Child Order designation within Acumatica?Under references there is only the Parent Order available, yet when this is my Parent Order and I want to see the connected Subassemblies, is there way natively to see this?The anticipated Use Case in the end is to have this information printed onto the Production Ticket so the Operator knows where to get the Material from if it is physically not in the designated Locations.Either way, a View where I can see all the Child Orders to a Parent Order would be great.

Hi Everyone Create a sales quote and approval email triggered to respective employee. As soon the documents is sent for approval the email triggered.Sales quote is approved User edit the sales quote and sent again for approval, Now the email is not triggered again.Any suggestion how to get an email alert when user requested approval for the edits.Thanks

A2022 R2Would like to setup a Discount code that only applies for the first 10 qty.  Our goal is if order was for 11,  Line Price = $110 ( = 11 * $10 )Discount = $50.   (10 * $10 * 50%)  I can setup the Discount qty Break point for zero to 10 at 50%.Discount 11 to 100 at 0%, but when entering an order for 10 or below it worksbut enter greater than 11, the discount is zero.  Any ideas?Or we could enter the Discount Qty on the Discount Tab,  but that field is non editable.  

On Account payable preference, Bill Numbering sequence.Currently can only allow a maximum of 15 characters.Kindly assist on how I can change that so as to allow 19 characters.Any kind of response will be highly appreciated.

ABCHello,Somebody please help,Above here is a caption of my report details for SO. These are details of only 1 SO. In A and B, you could see that I have fields with redundant data- the same gross amt, total/item, invoice nbr, and unit price. But the [net sales] in A shows that they’re not the same inventory item, which is also shown in C, they are two totally different item. But why is my report using only the first inventory item details (except net sales)? Anyone who has an idea, please?If this would be needed, please kindly see my report file to view tables and relationships. I appreciate the big help!

Hello, I’m looking to automatically add an item to an order when a certain item is entered on a sales order.An example would be: User enters item ‘X’ on the sales order, and item ‘Y’ is automatically entered after it.This is useful for promotions or when we’re trying to sell certain products together. Hi, I am currently trying to create a custom report which shows AR Payments. One of the report parameters I want to create is a From Date and a To Date parameter which lets us filter the database for payments based on the given dates. I have created the following parameter in the build schema of the report The parameter is then used to compare the date values of a DateTime column like so:  The report is saved to the server, and the parameters show up as expected however if we were to set a date in the parameter:The following error appears: 

HiI need help to filter the customer ID for this report field to specifically only return Sales Order details for all ID’s starting with ‘N’ and ‘A’. Eg. N ALLE, A ME73Report is a standard Sales Order Details by Inventory Item used in MYOB Advanced. Screen shot attached.The field is =[SOOrder.CustomerID], so it needs to return results just for =[SOOrder.CustomerID] = ‘N’ and =[SOOrder.CustomerID] = ‘A’.Could you please advise the correct logical script to use.Thanks in advance!
