Unable to Create New User

Hi Acumatica Support,

Seeking your assistance to view or assess this kind of error.

The issue occurs when the new user is created.

 

 

Upon checking on the databae, there is no duplicate user.

Attached is the generic inquiry to Pull the PKID.

Could you please check once?

If nothing is found please reset caches and optimize the database to remove orphan records.

Restart application and check
