There is a Sub report in my main report. When  I export the main report to Excel, the value from the sub report does not export. But sub report data also appear when the main report export as a PDF. So can I know how to overcome this and export the main report with sub report data to a excel? Thank you.

I created restriction groups based on item classes, and I see all prebuild reports follow the restriction rules and don’t show up the items for users outside the groups.However, I created some GI’s on the PO line table and SO line table and it does show up in these reports all items even outside of the users group.is there anything I'm doing wrong that the system doesn't follow the restrictions on my reports?

Hi,I have application which is implemented via html,css and javascriptThis application  allows to create a form that looks and feels exactly like any website,It opens this form in browser and calls one API for further workMy goal is to do same for AcumaticaIs it possible to insert this form to Acumatica window ?For this I need to understand if Acumatica API supports html page dispatch with which I could work.I mean now it opens just in new tab in browser, does it possible to pass this from to Acumatica window like this ?Is it possible to do that without work with screen graph by adding new element, adding new screen and writing new business logic in Acumatica ?I have ready API and I just need to call it in new Acumatica window not new browser tabThanks in Advance

Upgraded to 2022R2 last week.  I was attempting to remove material previously allocated to a production order incorrectly.  I was able to put in the negative quantity but the dollar amount is positive.  The unit cost selection is grayed out so I couldn’t change the value.  Once released, it was actually adding to the production order total rather than decreasing by the amount removed.  My example below shows how the amounts worked prior to upgrade.  Anyone else experience this?  

If you’ve done this upgrade…Does anything change about the underlying data structures, or does everything that is “native” continue to function properly? The upgrade itself seems quite simple, but I expect customizations to require updating/replacing or eliminating since some of our customizations are now native functionality. Do you have a general sense of how many of your customizations (by percentage) need to be updated/changed vs. any of them continue to work as they did previously? Just curious about your personal experience on this item #2.Thanks! 

I am at my wits end and need another set of eyes.  I have a PO Receipt subreport that prints exactly as I need it, but when I add it to the main report the values are not printing.  I have tried every conceivable combination of PRINT=ALWAYS / WHEN READ and moved the subreport up and down sections  I know it is picking up the subreport because I am getting a textbox value.  I have changed the grouping and sections and am missing something so simple, I know, but I just can’t seem to find it.  Attached are the reports if anyone can help.  Thanks.    

I have a bunch of Android Tablet users who would like to print .ZPL files from a Zebra Label Printer. Usually I use DeviceHub or a .bat file to get this moving, but Android doesn’t support .bat and it looks like DeviceHub isn’t supported either.How do we print .ZPL files to a label printer in the Android OS?

Our base currency is ZAR, and so our inventory costs are calculated in ZAR.When doing a service order for a foreign customer (USD), the costs are coming through incorrectly.  As an example, this item has a cost of ZAR 106.3938.  We are selling it for USD 9.59.The since the service order is in USD, Acumatica should be taking the ZAR cost and converting it into USD, to compare apples with apples for profitability :-)  But it takes the nominal value of 106.3938 and uses that for the USD cost. Now when I use the toggle button to view the base currency (ZAR) a fictional cost is displayed (the actual cost multiplied by the currency rate):As a result the profitability is incorrect.  How do I log this as a bug?

Just updated to version 2022 R2.  Previously inventory was automatically updated at time of invoice.  Since the update, IN updates at shipment confirmation.  Where is this change coming from?  And how do I change it back?  Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have a good video/link they can share for customing workflows in acumatica? I am trying to customize our billing process so everything is laid our in easy steps! 

is there a way to have certain screens automatically open upon signing into Acumatica?  Same situation as if you are logging into your computer, and automatically have teams, or another program open without actually having to manually open it.

Hi, when posting any Adjustment to the Stock Item with Lot/Serial Number and Expiry date, if a user accidently enters a different Expiry date,  the system updates the Expiry date on all the stock for that item and set this new expiry date. can this be prevented or tracked so the client can see the old and new dates? Many Thanks 

When I applying the invoice to debit adj it showing the following error. Error: Inserting  'AP Address' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: 'Country' cannot be empty.I checked the vendor has set up the country and the transaction  remittance has the country. Not sure what else has been missing.transaction error message transaction remittanceThank you.

We are in the process of setting up our Acumatica account and are stumped with payment processing.We have some customers on 30-60 day terms, and our preference is that they pay at that time with ACH. Avoiding cc fees after floating the money for their company for a few months is ideal for our small biz. In QuickBooks, we can toggle payment preference of ACH or CC at either the customer OR the invoice level.We talked to one provider today and they basically told us that we can’t separate payment preferences by Customer Class (we have one for day-to-day customers and another for those in terms). Is anyone aware of an Acumatica-friendly payment processing service that will allow us this kind of flexibility?   

Hi,How to call multiple value on Barcode? Currently, I have configured the report to print barcodes for each value. I have try using concat» CONCAT([ARInvoice.CustomerID],[ARInvoice.CustomerID_BAccountR_acctName]) and set variable to call multiple value however not successful.Is it possible to setup report designer to call multiple value on barcode? Thank you

Trying to import sales orders but some of the lines have invalid inventory ID’s that do not exist in Acumatica. I still need to import the lines that do but they all fail because of the inventory items that don’t exist. How can I skip invalid inventory line and get the rest of the file to import.The import works if I only import inventory ID’s that are in Acumatica.

The system names all the PDF’s ARInvoiceINV.pdf for the Invoice report AR641000. Has anybody tried to change this to include the invoice number in the report? Or does anybody know if this is possible. For example, can we change it to ARInvoice12345? Or something like that….

Hello all,I have been trying to add the tasks under Revenue Budgets tab of the Projects (PM301000) screen. i have selected Task under Cost & Revenue Budget level fields under Summary Tab. Even Empty Item Code has been set as <N/A> under the preferences screen, but still when trying to add the tasks the system is triggering the below mentioned error. The Inventory feature has also been disabled under Enable/Disable features. Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.Thanks in advance.

Hello,     Our company has run Acumatica for nearly 3 years. We installed Acumatica on our own server and database. As an IT stuff, I checked there are large amount of history records when opening screen SM205035.    These records are not quiet necessary, so I want to clean them.     However, if I click “Delete ALL” button, I would get request timeout. Maybe these records are too much(we set some scheduler run in minutes interval).       I can select 1 page and delete 1 page’s record at once by clicking “delete”. but that is so time consuming.      Is there a better way to clean them?      To delete them directly from DB is probably a way to go, but I am afraid to broke the table constraints and reference of each other.       Can anyone give me some directions.
