Have been trying to import an invoice into the system, but while importing it throws and error as shown below:  This error also gets triggered while I am trying to create the same invoice( Invoice Number: INV-0035) manually into the Invoices and Memos form.Whereas when I am trying to import other invoices (of different invoices numbers) the system is accepting it.Can anyone let me know the reason for this error getting triggered for this single invoice number and the resolution.Thank you in Advance.

Hello linkies,I would like to have a clarification on the Complete Order option which under More Menu of the Sales Orders(SO301000) screen.  I have been trying to modify the status of an order from Open to Completed without creating any shipments.Even when the Completed checkbox is active at the line level, the status of the Sales Order still remains to be Open as shown below: Kindly let me know the use of Complete Order option for the same. Thank you in advance.

@Irina or someone, I am looking for advise/KB articles or anything else that can help me determine why a report is running so slow.  I know it could be the joins, subreports etc but I am hoping for someone to point out the typical culprits.My report takes about a minute + to run, has two subreports and only a few tables that are joined as recommended.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello all,I am attempting to add a salesmen parameter to my AR Aging report so I can run that report as it is relevant to each salesman. I have attempted to add a parameter, however it still returns all invoices, and not just the invoices based on the salesmen entered into the parameter. Here is how it is currently set up -As stated, the report returns all invoices regardless on the salesperson ID entered into the parameter. Thanks all!

I’d like to setup Multi-factor authentication for all users in our tenant. I see options for sending an email or SMS but I would prefer using an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator. Is this possible and I’m just not finding how to set this up?

I need to add the project manager employee ID (AcctCD)  to the PM-Projects GI but keep getting the Account ID (BAccountID) instead. This is my setup. EPEmployee is linked to PMProject. How do I get the employee id that starts with “E”? 

We just very recently had an issue come up where we have two copies of a production label printing from one production transaction. We are not looking for multiple copies and it is very hit or miss with transactions either printing one or two labels when performing a transaction. Has anyone else seen this or know of a setting I am unaware of? TIA

Hello everyone!I am trying to customize our SO workflow to change the state of a sales order based on conditions of sales order lines. By default I am not able to reference any of the SO Line fields in a condition for the SO301000 screen. Is there a way to add the SO Line fields so that I may reference them in a condition to automate the workflow changing the order status?For example I want to set up a condition like this:SO Line Description contains “Bar”ANDSO Line Qty over “200”Any and all help with this will be greatly appreciated! 

Does anyone know of or have a work around for default locations for transfers? I am talking specifically for automated operations. Acumatica has a default Issue from and Receipt to but there are no other defaults that I can see.  

Hi, In the Result Grid Tab, when i add a column and I set it to the attribute, it show the Attribute description by default. How to show the Attibute Value ID instead of the Description?I already tried a lot of workaround like Attibute.Value without any succes.I don’t want to use “schema field” because i will need to put this in formula .My starting point is from the Non stock list PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItemThanks

Hi all, If I was wanting to add a new delegate to every active employee in the system, what would be the best way to do that? I don’t want to manually add the delegate to each employee profile, so I know there has to be a better way. I’m not familiar enough with import scenarios either.

See the attached screenshots. As you can see, the undeposited funds report shows Prepayment 009665 Ck#1389 with the amount of $3767, but when I add this payment to a deposit, it shows the deposit amount as $0.00. The reason I have a voided payment on there as well is that we tried just voiding this and reentering the payment to resolve. Unfortunately, the voided payment shows up as ($3767.00) causing my correction deposit to be negative. I have been using Acumatica for almost a year and have not seen this error before. Can someone tell me why this happened and how to resolve it?

 I’m trying to make an adjustment so my bank reconciliation ties. The Entry Type on “Create Adjustment” is blank.  I have a deposit and disbursements entries on “Entry Type”. Please let me know.  

We have recently launched with Acumatica and we are using the Acumatica Shipping tool. I have no problems connecting UPS and Acumatica from my laptop. I can create shipment, send data to UPS and bring it back in and confirm shipment all the time.  Our warehouse uses the network version of WorldShip as it is on many machines. While I can send Data to WorldShip,, when I try to bring it back into Acumatica, it doesn’t write the data,  Anyone else have this issue? 

Hi Community, please assist. I have setup an Import scenario to import vendor payment details into the system, However upon import, it imports the first Record and gives me an error for all other records. I have checked the formatting on my file and i think its ok. There is no difference between the first  record and all other records. PLease assit. What is it that i am missing 

I’m trying to create a GI (for a dashboard) that lists Inventory Transfers that have not been received. I’ve used my imagination and looked at tables in the DAC browser, but haven’t found what I’m looking for. Anyone have something to share? :)

I have a GI that has several calculated fields. I need to take the qty on hand from one Warehouse and add it to the qty on hand form another to show total qty on hand.I tried grouping by inventory ID however this causes issues in my calculated fields.Example Error: “Column 'INSiteStatus.QtySOBackOrdered' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.”   

I have a GI that uses the Soline table. There are a couple of custom fields basically some boolean values I would like to update. Is there an easy way to add them to the mass update list?

Hello,      In help doc before 2021R2, like in 2021R1 below. We are having a section called “implementing inventory” and it gave out the guide to do inventory migration.      However, after 2021 R2, like the recent 2023 R1, this section was deleted, and can not be found anymore.  Why, is the inventory migration way be changed?           Please advise.

How can I update multiple  cost codes by modifying existing values? I am trying to change the description and numbering sequence of cost codes. When I import, new values are added. How to I import and modify the existing cost coded without manually editing over 2000 cost codes and descriptions. Thank you.
