My client would like to prevent users from accessing the mobile app. I logged a support ticket and was told I could use IP filtering, which is not an acceptable solution. The other option I was given was to create a customization. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? They are looking to completely disable mobile app access for the time being.Thanks

With the Screen Event we control the invitations to our web seminars. Once I send the invitation from the screen event (CR306030), the record is locked in the grid for editing (checkbox optional or the comment field). It is only possible to delete it. This is inconvenient if you want to note in the comment after the invitation that the participant will attend later, or maybe did not show up.I tried a few settings in the project editor, but I could not do the editing once the invitation status changed.Can someone help me?Thanks!

 I already generated a company employee name in the Configuration >Employee module, but when I wanted to create a new user, the employee's name didn't come out in Linked Entity. Can refer to the error 'contact ... already associated with another user'. So how can I solve this issue.

Hi,What would be the best way to reverse the code below so that I can update the original DAC field with the custom DAC field? The reason for this reversal is that I created the new custom field to replace the original Description field. Is there any setting or upcoming feature that will allow our customer to only pre-authorize the credit card for the amount being shipped when using the Create and Authorize process screen?I saw a pay by line option on the customer record but that did not seem to alter the pre-authorized amount, it always captures the whole sales order.Our client processes an incredible amount of SOs daily, many of which have back ordered items. Their clients are upset that their credit is tied up by pre-authorizations for the whole order, especially when some of the orders had shipments that were future dated.I know the pre-authorization falls off after a few days but their clients are still upset.

I’ve been trying to build a subreport (basically a copy of the trial balance report) that would pull the 12th period ending balances for each account and pass that value to the standard Trial Balance. I can get the subreport to show values if I run it directly but the value never shows on the original. Am I missing something or is there an inherent problem with trying to get this value into the same report? I’ve attached the report (GL632EMS) and subreport (GL632e99) to this topic. If anyone can point to me what my issue is I much appreciate the assist!

A customer is using the kit assembly with multi-evel kits. So to create a kit the sub-kits need to be created before.Is there any automation possible like the automated (or half-automated) creation of the sub-kits in the process of creating a kit?Do you know any customer doing the same?Any ideas?I am grateful for any advice.

Has anyone seen this?  I don’t know how to explain this?This pdf invoice does not show correctly in the annotator panel, but when you download it, there is a section with the details that does not display in the annotator panel.  

First, I’m not a developer by trade.  However, I like challenges.  Requirements: create three UDFs within Purchase Orders (Estimation Notes (text), Warehouse Last Review Date (date), and Warehouse Shipping Notes (text)).  Two of these fields (the “Warehouse” fields) must be modifiable regardless of the state/status of the NORMAL type PO.  The third field, Estimation Notes is only used during PO creation and not modified afterwards.  All of these are needed within the Details Grid.  One existing field, POLine.PromisedDate is needs to be modifiable as described for the other fields.I created the three fields within the Details Grid. I then created an extension named mrROExtension in the workflow.  I added the all of the UDFs to the workflow extension.  I then created the Code graph managing the RowSelected base handler.  After verification and compilation, no errors.  Upon publishing to my local instance/tenant, all appears to work as desired.I would greatly appreciate Community members

We are not using WMS (yet).  How do you handle shipping pallets and pallet costs?  We have a mix of stock items that are finished goods and BOM-based goods so doing fixed overheads I don’t think would work. We have 7 different pallet sizes we have as stock items since we track inventory on them, cost and if we charge the customer for it.  We also have mixed item pallets so while we know item X is 60 to a pallet, Adding Item A, B, C, D and E may not be 60 to a pallet any more due to variations in size of the box, etc.  With our current system we have 1 stock item pallet.  The sales person enters the sales order, adds the stock items and if we charge for the pallet they enter a price.  When the warehouse picks/ships the order they add the pallet item to the sales order at $0 (unless sales person added it already with a price) and the quantity of pallets used.  That follows through to the invoice and shows the pallet quantity and how much they were charged (if anything). With Acumatica we

When I select Bi monthly which is the statement cycle ID set up for my customers no records come into view as shown;- What actually causes this? Hello,Is there a way to mass delete sub accounts so I can re-import them. I know I can use the X delete button but I am look for a quicker method since there is not a way to shift select multiple accounts.I suppose I could use an importer with the action <Delete> if there is not an simple way to complete this. 

Hi all,I need to get SOLine.POrderNbr filed to my custom smart panel . This customized smart panel consists fields of both SOOrder and SOLine DAC’s. But After adding the SOLine.POOrderNbr field, unlike other fields, it’s not visible in smart panel preview. When I checked SOline DAC, it shows that the POOrderNbr field is not existing in DataBase. How can I set this kind of fields into my custom screen? Appreciate if you can help on this as well. Thank you.

Hello, I have a customer that has a holding company(100) that is over its operating company(200). We currently have the operating company (200) setup as a company with 7 branches under it. We need a way to make the holding company (100) over the operating company (200). I initially thought of creating a second company for holding company (100) and attempted to add operating company (200) as a branch. However, it seems I am not able to add an existing company as a branch under another company.Anyone else figured out the best we to set this up?
