Hi, we need to perform an integration between Acumatica and IFS. The integration points are given below. How can we open an endpoint for IFS to perform these operations via GET and POST from the Acumatica end?Acumatica PO Transfer to IFS as IFS customer Order (GET request from IFS) IFS Shipment Integration to create Acumatica Proforma Invoice (POST request from IFS) IFS Shipment Integration to create Acumatica Purchase Receipt (POST request from IFS) Acumatica PO change order integration to IFS customer order (GET request from IFS) IFS sales part integration to create sales part in Acumatica (POST request from IFS)Thank you.

Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?

I have worked considerable time with the report designer. But this is the first time encountered this issue. I modified the AR631000 report by adding some new columns. It worked nicely in the preview. But when I'm trying to publish the report as a new version by “save report on saver” option, process is getting successful without any error.  I’m using a dialog for data entry, and I’m having issues initializing the filter view with values before displaying the dialog.I’ve tried several different approaches based on searching the Acumatica source, my latest attempt is in the following code block.The dialog always initially shows without any of the pre set data displayed.  If I enter in the additional data and save, a new record is correctly created with the prefilled values.When I debug, I can see the values are updated before the AskExt call, they just do not display on form.If I run the action a second time after the first record is updated, the dialog shows the previously input data including the prefilled values.I seems like this should work, I’m handling for the multiple calls for the AskExt by checking the for Answer == None and only initializing the fiilter in that case.  I’ve tried it with and without passing the RefreshRequired parameter as true.  Same results. Action - this is in POOrderEntry extension publ

Hello,     I know we are having a table named “InitemsiteHistDay”, using this table is quick to calculate a warehouse daily receipt totals and shipped totals.      However, for some reasons, we would like to count the worker’s work load by receipt documents and shipment documents, Like                            Receipt Total          Shipped Total        DateWorker 1                   10                          20                      2023-5-1Worker 2                   5                             45                     2023-5-2        It would be easy if we count seperately,  like we count  the daily receipt docs in 1 inquiry And all daily shipment docs in the other inquiry.   Then we join them in a new report or excle.      Just curious, is it possible that just use 1 Generic inquiry to fulfill the need?I tried join  Receipt with Shipment  on   Receipt.Site=Shipment. site, receipt.date=shipment.date, receipt.User=Shipment.User, but it would bring duplicated data , not right.

I’m trying to add work centers.  The shift is required, but the system is not allowing the shift to be added.  There is a valid shift, but when selected, it is blanked out when I tab out of the field.

I have a GI with the results grid shown below. Everything works, except the GP% calculation. I started with trying to sum the cost and price on the service order details by service order number. I relate back to the service order to use the “OrderDate” as a filter against “fromdate” and “todate” parameters.I get the below result from the query.The difference calculation works. How can I calculate the “Difference/Ext.Price”  as the %Profit in the last column? RegardsWayne

Hi!Branch A open AR is moving to a new Branch B; Branch A will become inactive and Branch B will contain part of another Branch C that will stay active.We use an Open AR import in migration mode to move the AR, but unsure whether Branch A open AR will be closed out when migrated to Branch B or will we need to do something on our end for that? Team thinks we might have to do a customer payment for the open AR and then clear the balance from the Branch A bank account to Branch B AR, but would like to know if that’s the best path?Either way, we will test in sandbox before executing in production.We are running Acumatica 2021 R2, Build 21.212.0039 customized with ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V4, VelixoConnectedAppConfig, VelixoLiteDACsThank you,Dave Z

There is a custom report created by me. It contains two columns as Invoiced Date and Document date. I want to filter the report by using these date fields. First priority goes to Invoiced date. If there is no Invoiced date filtration should be happened with the Document Date. And again If there is both Invoiced date and document dates filtration should be occurred by the invoiced date. Please check the below images.Start Date, End Date parameters  1st attempt by me1st attempt result2nd attempt methodI tried it in several ways in the Filters section of the report designer. But it did not work. In the first method, filtration occurred, but the priority was on the Document date although there was an invoiced date. In the 2nd method, an error message popped up as no Invoice date field found.So can you please give me guidance to fulfill this requirement? Thank you.

I am attempting to make a custom field on a sales order required. This custom field is only visible when OrderType is “NC”.I am struggling with how to determine if the field is visible and if it is null or blank.I have tried several different methods I have found from various sources. The code below is totally wrong… but is where I got to the point of asking for help…. I have a multi-tier approval map set up by the amount of the Bill.  Everything that I am reading says that Prepayments should generate an approval but mine doesn’t until it is applied to the Bill.  Can we not use approval maps for Prepayments? 

Hi All, I have tried to link table CRActivity with field BAccountID with table BAccountID (as default of system) field  BAccountID but it’s does not work. My problem is when I leave all filter blank, the report just show customers who have task link to it, it only shows the customers with the task associated with it, the rest of the customers don't appear.One more thing I want to show type task not invoice, so I set filter as below Please advice me if you have any idea.

I’m trying to create a GI where I can see my AP Invoices with the State of the shipping address from the PO related to this invoice. However, only the remit state is coming up, I can’t get the ship-to state. I attached the XML file. 

 I can’t seem to find a way to match the print job ID to the Shipment # that the print job was generated from in a GI. We are printing our shipping labels from the process shipment screen and would like to reference and print older labels on occasion. The only way to do that is through the print job screen, but the problem with that screen is we can only see the print job. Trying to reprint a label through the print job screen is a guessing game as there is no way to know which print job was connected to which order.  Am I missing something?

Can holdiays be blacked out when putting in an order so that we do not have a ship date of a date we are not in the office?

I have a customization on the Opportunities screen that overrides the Persist() method.Basically the code is iterating the Products.Cache.Cached collection and checking if a particular inventory item is added and also calculating the total amount of the the extended price.If the item does not exist a new line is added and populated with a calculation using the total.This is all working very well, but i've noticed an issue where the Products.Cache.Cached collection contains values from previously loaded records.For example if I have an opportunity loaded on screen with 3 lines with a total of $500, and I select the add new record toolbar button.  Once i enter the required fields on the new record and save. The total of 500 is being pulled from the previous opportunity and my new line is added based on the total 500 when it should be 0 because no lines have been added to the new opportunity.Any idea why the cache is not clearing when adding a new record.  Any way I can work around it.Tha

I want to change the color of the action to pink “print pick list” in Shipments screen. Version is 2022.112.0018. There are no conditions for the action. Just like “confirm shipment”, it should have a color.Also, I need to get the “print pick list” action before “confirm shipment” action.

The following two concerns are need to be clarified from you all. Can we maintain two set of chart of accounts for those two companies ? Our system use two GL accounts for incoming payments: 120-Accounts Receivable and 260-Customer Deposits. When I run the AR Balance by GL Account report, some prepayments are reported under the 260 account even though they have posted to our ledger under 120. That means the report doesn’t match our trial balance. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a cause and is there a correction? I am very new to customizations in Acumatica. I was wondering if it’s possible to only display certain values in a selector. For example, I would only like to display 3 out of the 9 possible values below as we would like to deprecate some of them. I’m assuming this has to be done with changes to the code, maybe a graph extension, but I have not made customizations through code changes before so I’m not sure how to approach this. If anyone has some example code for something similar, I would greatly appreciate it. 

We are currently going through sandbox setup and scenarios for the Field Service Module and have run into a snag with second appointments on a service order and figured someone out there may have a solution!Marking an item for PO works exactly how we want it to, with the only caveat being if we have multiple POs to the same vendor the system likes to create a PO for each branch-location instead of grouping them all to one vendor.However, we have multiple warehouses so we don’t always need to mark items for a PO, our tech’s can get the part from the main warehouse transferred to their truck warehouse to finish the job on the second call.So, we need a way to trigger the “Needs Appointment” flag on the Service Order for the field techs, and a way to create the demand for the item(s) required for the second trip.Have any of you found solutions for this problem?

Is there a way that we can change a cash account to a new branch?  Example:We are are currently using cash account **1234 for branch A and would like to use it for branch B
