Good day,I have 2 custom fields on the purchase receipt line and in Bills and adjustment line, I want those fields in the Dialog of the ADD PO RECEIPT LINE button in the Bills and adjustment screen, retrieve the information and apply it on the Bills and adjustment line.I can release the purchase receipt, but I can't get the data in the Bills and adjustment.I have a projection override and my events in a graph extension of the Bills and adjustment screen, to retrieve the information, when my DAC override inherits from POReceiptLineAdd I am having the error Invalid Object Name POReceiptLineS everytime I want to Enter AP Bill. I'm having trouble with this way of saving the data in Acumatica inside an async method for some reason when I call the method and try to save the current data it always takes the last company in the database. Hello, Seems like a simple question, but I’m at a loss on this one. So AP debit adjustments can easily be applied to AP bills….However I can not find a way to have a simple vendor credit adjustment applied to an invoice. There appears to be no similar process there credit adjustments can be applied to AP Bills. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Bob

Are there any built in or custom Dashboards for Engineering Change Order / Request ?

Is there any way to change the way Acumatica handles numerical ordering? For some reason, the system will treat numbers by whatever the first numeral is instead of the entirety o the number itself. Please see the example I’ve provided of how the system handles the order of tasks. I would refer the system listed the numbers as such102030405060708090100110120130140150160 rather than it displaying as1010011012013014015016020304050608090   

How can I modify the list of Termination Reasons under Employees > Employment History ?

In Shipment Screen if user will enter Notes at the Header of the Screen and in the Details Tab of the Screen as well It should display the Notes of Header as well as Grid. Both Notes should display.How can we display in the report? 

I noticed my email was wrong (andy instead of andi) so I reset it in the Acumatica portal in my profile. I also changed it in the Partner University (“Learn” link and changed the email on the Profile there) however this latter action seems to have broken the link as when I now go to “Learn”, everything I had achieved has gone.  It is if I am visiting for the first time.I note that on the partner portal when I click on my profile, the dropdown still shows the old (incorrect) email as if that is some sort of unique user ID, even though my actual profile shows it as now being correct.Is it possible to reset my portal user ID to the andi email (and that may then establish the link to the University) or have all my achievements gone for good?

I need to map the phone number associated with the default address from Shopify to a specific field in the customer record in Acumatica, but I can’t seem to figure out how to specify the phone number associated with the default address, not the phone number associated with one of the other (non-default) addresses, in a formula in the Customer entity.Does anyone have a suggestion regarding how to accomplish this?

I have some items on Shopify assigned to non-Acumatica locations (drop-ship), I want that when the item does show up as available in a Acumatica warehouse it should sync to Shopify. It doesn’t sync with the real-time sync or the manual processing. Only when I sync the item through the sync history screen. What do I need to do to get it synced in real time?

I have PO with a non-stock/expense item costs $850, linked to project. Process PO Receipt without changing unit cost, then create Bill at $1,000. The project however is only costed at $850 even though the Bill journal shows additional expense of $150 as a result of purchase price variance. The PPV allocation mode is Inventory Account. Is there anyway to post the additional expense to Project?

Hello - I am trying to produce a report that shows AP Bill transaction detail (have this already) that also shows if that bill has been reclassed and if so, which accounts they were reclassed to. I’ve tried linking several different tables but none of them seem to work. I thought I was close by linking the GLTranForReclassification but the NewAccountID does not seem to work, keep receiving the below error. Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?  

I would like to know if any of you who uses UDI format barcode could share how you configured or customized Acumatica to read the UDI barcode to reduce data entry while capturing transactions (shipping, transfers, even product label generation etc.).  The UDI device identifier that we have to use is not at all like our inventory ID.  I am thinking that we will need a field added to the heading screen of stock items and a look-up table behind the scene to do the conversion...

Hi All, We have a unique need where our customer doesn't want to fill out the import templates for barcodes as these 10-16 digit barcodes for thousands of items are quite unrealistic as they are moving from paper based. Is there any way in acumatica where items with the these barcodes can be scanned ad hoc in the system without having a cross reference to start with either via purchase order or stocktaking. I will wait for any suggestions if any please.

Hello All,I have done action override a hundred times but I am facing an issue in Close Action of ServiceOrder that I am not sure why is happening. The problem is the "baseMethod" has a null value and as a result, I get an error that "An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext'. Please see the trace log for more details." Hello,I’m attempting to update pricing on existing stock items only. We have discrepancies in our Inventory IDs and instead of creating a bunch of duplicates the company only wants to update the stock items where a match is found. Is this possible using import scenarios? I’m having trouble finding documentation that supports this. Edit: Furthermore, I would love to be able to identify the records which are not found to be corrected. So maybe that is an alternative avenue. Thank you in advance
